The quality of the room for the price that I paid was good.

1. The location they inserted to Booking.com maps was approximate and not exact. Consequently the hotel was on the 3rd street to the right instead of the second street. and the hotel was on the right side where as the dot said it was on the left side. 2. I had to nag staff 3 times to have breakfast by 8:45 in the morning. (which is not that early) They prefer to look at their phones or sleep on the job. Even to get a empty glass, they said that is the cook's job to give me an empty glass. 3. the staff were unable to provide the required Form C for foreigners by the time I checked out at 10am. I left a note with my email address to send the form to, but they found that too difficult. It took 3 more calls before they finally were able to send to me by hatsapp.

There is a didi cook. She is a superb shef. Always smiling face. As a sports person we eat food as we eat-in our house. She is always co operative. Dead honestly for her work.

Worst experience while staying in wild orchid. Kerosine oil was put on the room The room was stinking. we were not able to sleep due to the smell.There is no food facility When we ordered after 30 minutes the reception guy came and said that things are not available and it will take 1 hr more to prepare. The bathroom door doesn't lock properly. Only the location was good
