Nice location since it was near to my guest who I was visiting, front desk was helpful
There is construction work adjacent to the hotel going on which caused noise during daytime

The spread was good not great.. it had flies in the restaurant.. some things got empty but was asked to be refilled.. tea took 25 min..

Rooms were spacious enough. Food was amazing, staff was friendly specially Subhra and Rahman, they made our stay very comfortable and aura of the hotel was amazing.
Bar was closed because of elections.

Every facility is top notch... Rooms are neat and clean.
Vivanta staff is very polite and friendly...
I like the theme decoration at the entrance it is awesome...
I would like to give one suggestion for the live food counter.. Keep any deep frying items counter away from dining area as oil smell tents to settle down in the area.

Everything at Vivanta was perfect. I highly appreciated Faroz taking me around for two days and to the airport.

Like most hotels, less emphasis on baby care facilities so I hope that would be taken into consideration.

I stayed at this hotel for a night in August 23. The central location was purfect as it's very near to Acropolis Mall and the Visa Office is located just opposite to it. There is a nice restaurant 6 Ballygunj Place, if you have a craving for authentic Bengali cuisine. The girl at the reception Ms Vaisnavi was very helpful and efficient as she ensured checkin was a breeze. There was even a surprise birthday cake kept at the room for my son. Overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend for families and others

The receptionist Mr Vivek too uncooperative, AC gave us problem at night.
Your ACs need replacement, mechanics are too bad.
