Would definitely stay here again! The complex and apartment were so nice and convenient to Broadway.

This apartment exceeded our expectations for renting. We loved the location and the apartment and amenities were perfect! We will definitely rent here again when we come back to Nashville.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this lovely condo. Not only was it perfectly equipped with all we could need, it was beautifully decorated and spotless. The pool, which was a short walk from our building, was delightful. The ease in and out of the secure building and the safety of the parking garage was excellent! Just a short Uber drive from Broadway, this home was a perfect spot for our getaway with friends! We would definitely stay here again!

We (4 adults) enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. Nicely decorated and very comfy, we loved this as our home base. The 6th floor location is a bonus with access to the roof top deck for lounging and talking. Nice walk to bars and restaurants! Uber’s easy to get when we went exploring other neighborhoods. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was just as described. The view of the city was spectacular and the place was roomy and nicely decorated. Though a little outside of downtown, it was easy walk the Broadway area. The only time we drove was to go to the Grand Old Opry. I would definitely recommend. The use of a parking garage at no extra cost was a real plus.

Loved the unit! Nice quiet area, clean unit with comfortable beds. The management company was also very helpful. Only 1 thing I feel needs to be made clear is that the pool in the pictures is not attached to this building. It is at the building next door. You have access to it and it is just a 2 minute walk but renters should be aware of this. Thanks for a great 5 days.

We travelled to Nashville with friends to enjoy the music and all the fun that Nashville brings with it. We were all thrilled when we entered the apartment. The view is spectacular. The windows let in so much light and the open floor plan makes the place so roomy. It was great that we could park in the garage without paying a fee. The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer was a big plus, since we had been on the road. The weather cooperated, so we were able to walk to the Museum and to bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, and the layout of the bedrooms on each side of the condo was great and didn’t make us feel like we were in each others space. The condo was a perfect location for the activities we planned on Broadway, the Opry, and other spots downtown. It was just a short Lyft ride wherever we needed to go. Our only suggestion is we wished there was a mirror somewhere other than the two bathrooms :)

Propery was clean inside and out. Easy access. Walk to downtown was easy. Walk back was up hill, be prepared. I would use them again.

This is an absolutely wonderful location for a fun time in Nashville. There are two bedrooms on opposite ends of condo each with private baths. Everything you need is in the condo for cooking, laundry, etc. Beds were very comfortable. This unit on the 6th floor provides a lovely view of downtown and surroundings. The neighborhood is very nice. The walk is probably between 1/2-3/4 of a mile -- very easy. Confession: I had forgotten several sweaters I inadvertently left in the closet. When I realized this a day later (and a state farther), I called the owner. He was very kind to allow a relative to stop in to pick up the forgotten items. His cleaning staff had placed them in storage -- still on their hangars. To the owners, thank you so much! The next time we visit Nashville, we will definitely be booking this unit again! If this unit is available for your trip, book it now.

Our stay was very nice. The room and building were very good.

Property is exactly as depicted in pictures. Very comfortable size for family of 3-4. Little concerned about granite extension of kitchen island and two metal support legs that were floating and not fixed to granite or the floor; accident waiting to happen. Location was great for us in relation to Broadway since we enjoy walking. There were a couple of “ant sightings” by entry door and in the second bedroom. More ice trays or ice maker would be nice.

Beds were comfortable, nice size for 2 coworkers to each have our own space. Close enough to down town and the convention center. Things were clean. Didnt smell. Nice decor. Everything worked. It wasn't an 11/10 but it was exactly what we needed.

Great location for a quick trip to Nashville

Very cute place. Came to Nashville to celebrate a birthday and this was perfect. Close to Broadway and all of the nightlife which is what we wanted. Quiet top floor with beautiful views of city. Really enjoyed our stay!
