Perfect house for our annual trip to Folly! Just enough room for our family of 3. Nicely updated decor, beds very comfortable, quiet at night.

Bright, cozy beach cottage. Great location, quiet and clean. Just right for 2-3 people. Short walk to the beach. A few updates would make this place pop. WE definitely enjoyed our stay.

Property was accurately described. Pots and pans and dishes were new and very clean. Proximity to beach was perfect. Beds were very comfortable.

Super quiet location with plenty of activity and night life just a few blocks away! The beach access is super close. We walked to it in the dark (easy!) to watch the sunrise a few times and completely felt safe doing it. The house is small, but had everything we needed! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the ocean!

We have stayed here our last 3 vacations to Folly Beach. It is perfect for us. It has everything we need for a great vacation. It is clean, comfortable and only minutes from beach access. There were many updates this year that were very nice. Will always stay here if possible.

The home was in a great location on Folly Beach. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beach is a short walk and having the outdoor shower was a bonus after being at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot tucked into shade and view of marsh. Can hear the ocean from the porch 🙏🏼 Little expensive when comparing homes now that I’ve visited! But I’m trilled with this home!

The property is exactly as shown. Very clean. We loved having coffee in the mornings on all sides of the deck. This property has more privacy than most on Folly Beach. You have your own driveway, and that makes parking a breeze and hassle free. The beach is a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again without hesitation.

Awesome place to stay!! Great location to enjoy your time at folly beach! The house was clean and stocked with everything that you need. Location was far enough away from the noisy, touristy area of the downtown so Mornings on the deck with a coffee were a nice bonus!

Loved the cleanliness of this property and it's location. Literally across the beach! There is also an outdoor shower, which helps to clean our doodle paws when on the way back from the beach.:) will be back. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Marty's property at Folly Beach. Two bedrooms and two baths gave us all the space we needed. Dog friendly spot with an outdoor shower to get all the sand off your furr-friend. All the amenities, with a washer and dryer. My only disappointment was there was no extra toilet paper and no laundry detergent as advertised in the pre-check in information received. We'll definitely be back here to stay again.

The house was just as pictured. A short walk to the beach with probably one of the prettiest beach access trails in Folly Beach. The house is located a short walk, drive or bike ride to many restaurants and shops. Driveway at the house is big enough for a boat and the house allows up to 4 cars.

This was our second time staying here and it was great. You are just a few steps to the beach. You can also sit on the back porch overlooking the marsh. House is comfortable and well stocked. Looking forward to staying there again.

Rented this house in Sept of 2016 and very much enjoyed our stay! The house is clean, comfortable and nicely updated. Plenty of yard makes the place feel private. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails each day on the deck overlooking the marsh. The beach is across the street and an easy walk (about 3 min) to two public access points. Can't beat an outdoor shower! "Town" is a 5 minute drive and the house is far enough from the center of Folly to be quiet. The owner is very professional and great to work with. Would definitely rent again!

We rented this house last year at spring break and had a great time! The house is clean and easy to keep clean. The yard is perfect for some privacy and to let dogs pee at night before bed. Great areas to walk with the dogs and nicest people living nearby. It's small, with 2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch bed, but sleeps very comfortable and the deck upstairs adds more living space to spread out. I found the owner very friendly and professional. Great rental and I am hoping to go back this year.

We had a wonderful time staying at Marty's home. The space is gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for. There are a flight of stairs to get to the front door so please keep this in mind if you have many bags or have a hard time walking. The inside is thoughtfully decorated and had all of the things you'd need (well-equipped kitchen, additional toiletries, extra towels, etc). The best part was the location. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can hear the waves from the house. Folly Beach also has some great restaurants. It was especially nice to have the peace and quiet during the evening while being close to Charleston as well as the surrounding nature preserves. The stars were beautiful on a clear night! All in all, this was exactly what we needed.

This is a small house but well laid out so you don't feel cramped. We had several people come to visit and everyone was comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach. I found it easy to work with the owner and we really enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival, the house had not been cleaned. Contacted the owner, and was told that the cleaning lady would arrive within the hour. As all the linen was dirty and the bathrooms had not been cleaned, we proceeded to clean the place and wash all the sheets and towels. Cleaning lady arrived 2.5 hours later, at 6:30 PM, and since we'd already done all the work, we turned her away. Owner apologized and I asked for a cleaning credit, to which he said we could work something out. We left the house in better condition than when we arrived. Here comes the fun part, contacted owner numerous times to request the deposit be returned and a credit for having to clean the place. After 5+ emails and several phone call over a period of 25 days, the owner finally provided an explanation for the delay on the deposit being returned and copied his legal counsel on our email string (classy move). Don't worry, it gets better. Finally, after 25 days, the owner graciously decided to refund the deposit, but DID NOT credit us anything for us having to clean the house upon arrival. Overall, it's a decent location, but not worth having to deal with a lousy owner.

Nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. Not too far from 2 public access paths to beach. Although the house needed some repairs(we were there at the end of the season, so I'm sure it got lots of use), we would definitely book it again.

Well maintained, comfortable, and clean house. Beach access is 2 minute walk and the beach is not crowded even during July and is simply great. WiFi is very reliable (important to people like me who work on vacation). Easy drive to Folly Beach business area for supplies but is far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful in evening. Nice veranda to sit in the morning and evening also nice large gravel area to sit in the evening. Price is very reasonable compared to neighboring properties. In all, this a very nice place and the moderate price is right in line with the property. Will return....

We spent a week in this house and enjoyed every minute there. The house was clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the wrap around porch and the location is ideal. You are 5 minutes from the beach and a 5 minute drive down town but you're out far enough for it be very quite and peaceful. My entire family said we would definitely have to stay there on our next trip to Folly.

My family and I enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this conveniently locates beach house. We were pleasantly surprised to find it is much larger than it shows in photos — perfect for our family of 5. The interior is clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. Only a few short steps to the beach, it's everything we had hoped and more. (If only the sun had shone a bit more).
