This place has been very well thought out, down to every detail. My wife and I came with our 3 month old and 4 year old and were blown away by how nice this house is and the location. We had such a great time, we are already planning on returning to this property again next year on our annual family vacation to Grand Haven. The host was great and very responsive during our stay with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Home was very clean and very stocked with supplies. We usually bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags because we are used to being provided only one per bathroom/for the kitchen. This home had more than what we needed for two families with small children. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The house was with in walking distance to all of our favorite places. Home owner was very responsive and accommodating! Our kids loved the house and open first floor layout. Would definitely recommend/re-book!

This is one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in! Clean, comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay. The location was great as it was an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Brian was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions or requests. This house is in a great location that is very walkable to restaurants a few blocks away. We loved Lucy’s and Kirby House. And the Farmers Market almost across the street. Easy drive to The Unicorn Restaurant and the beach (less than 2 miles away). The house was just as presented in Vrbo. Clean, cute decor, and comfortable. Two couples stayed and had plenty of private space as well as space to hang out together. Brian was responsive and helpful as needed. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This property was perfect for our girls weekend in Grand Haven! Convenient driveway or street parking, 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the beach. The house was more spacious than anticipated and truly had everything we could have needed or wanted! Including a fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies and spices, spacious eating and lounging space, beach towels and wagon, private outdoor seating space with a grill, in unit laundry, and comfy bedrooms! Was very clean and exceeded our expectations!

New house with a perfect great room layout. Huge kitchen table with plenty on seating. Fully functional kitchen, new appliances, everything provided down to spice rack and Ziplock bags. Comfortable beds, linens provided at no cost. I would definitely recommend.

The house was super clean and in a great location. We just loved the nautical theme that was carried throughout. It had able space for the 4 or us. We loved being in walking distance to the water and downtown shopping area. Major plus that everything was in walking distance and we felt safe even walking after dark. This was a great find!

This property is very clean and new. Close to all the downtown activities but yet quiet enough in the evenings for the littles.

The property is BRAND NEW and outfitted perfectly. We are four longtime friends who like to cook, shop, walk around, and laugh. We were able to do all of that in GR. We had a three-night stay and did the farmers market, an impromptu gospel concert that was incredible, breakfasts at Anna's House (incredible), barbequed in the backyard, tons of walking, and a day in Saugatuck. Perfect end-of-summer fall getaway. Kudos to the owner for making a great home away. Best VRBO I've ever stayed at.

Highly recommend this house! Large common area with spacious bedrooms. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. Location was perfect, just a couple blocks from shopping area and close to boardwalk.

We loved staying at this property and can’t wait to come back! We have stayed several places in Grand Haven , and this house is by far our favorite! The house was very clean and well organized. It was functional and perfect for our family of 5. We loved the location and could easily walk to the Main Street for meals and entertainment. Brian was a great host and he was very responsive to our questions. We are looking forward to staying longer next year!

Brian’s home is a great home for family with younger children. It’s right across the street from a playground and a couple minute walk to a harbor and mini golf. It’s also only a couple blocks from all the restaurants and bars, it was great being able to walk to all these places and not drive. The beach is a short drive from the home and was the only place we drove to within Grand Haven other than the grocery store. The home was great, it is open, updated and clean. Brian has a pack and play, beach chairs, beach towels, and wagon to lug all your belongings across the beach. Everything worked perfectly within the home and Brian was very easy to reach and willing to help. Checkin and checkout was smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Grand Haven!

The owner of this home did everything right. This property was so immaculate and was just remodeled and everything was gorgeous. All high end finishes, the decor was great for a vacation home. Size was great, myself, husband, mother and two small children were very happy and comfortable in this home. Supplied with all your needs (clean towels, TP, ziploc bags, cookin utensils, etc.). I can’t say enough nice things about this property. No complaints. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Location was perfect; 3min walk to downtown, 5-10min walk to the marina and 5min drive to the beach. Highly recommend booking this property.

The house is new, clean, well furnished, and in a great location to take advantage of all that Grand Haven has to offer. It was very well stocked and it was perfect for our family. This house will not disappoint. Dowtown is a few minute walk and the beach isn't much further. Will definitely stay here again.

There were 6 of us and this home had plenty of room for all of us. It appeared to be recently fully remodeled and was very clean up on our arrival. Brian was amazing with communication with any questions we had and very responsive. Would highly recommend. This is close to anything you'd wanna see or do in downtown Grand Haven!

The place was perfect for our family to stay at on a trip to grandhaven. Very walkable to everything from restaurants and coffee shops to the beach and greenspaces. Place was thoughtfully and sufficiently stocked so that nothing additional was needed. Communication with owner was great and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The house was nicely renovated on the inside, but could use some updating on the outside. The decor was great for a beach house. We loved the surfboard island in the kitchen. The beds and bedding were very comfortable! The house had all of the basics that you needed. The built in couches/beds in the living room are very cute. However, they are not that comfortable for lounging. Overall, it is a very nice rental and we would stay again!

Location and interior of property was great. Three blocks to downtown and mile and a half walk to pier and beach along lovely river boardwalk. Modern well equipped eat-in kitchen with distinctive surfboard counter top. Owner takes pride in tasteful decour and little decorative details. Very lovely private enclosed patio in back. Screened in front porch with park view. Only enhancement needed - updated upholstery in livingroom. Highly recommend!

The two attached bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5. We did have one stubbed toe on the bump up between. We didn't spend a ton of time In grand haven on this fall weekend, but did get to the beach for a walk and to Morning Star Cafe for a fab breakfast. Great location for drives/hikes and brewery tours in the surrounding areas on a beautiful fall weekend!
