We were in Santa Barbara over 6 days for a friends family wedding. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 people/2 couples with 2 bedrooms, separated by a comfortable living space and nice, perfectly sufficient kitchen. The highlight was having 2 outdoor patio spaces offering privacy from the street and shaded space for meals and relaxing.
We walked all over in town to the art museum, courthouse, restaurants, beach, Stearn’s Wharf, the pier, markets, just rarely needed to use an Uber.
The train station was also close by and we took it into Ventura and rode bikes to Ojai Another day we did a wine tasting tour on e-bikes.
Overall, just a lovely location and pretty neighborhood.

The condo was great. It was close to the places we wanted to visit, the designated parking was helpful, we LOVED the outdoor patio, and the house had everything we needed. The portable fans were especially helpful, as the temps stayed a little warm in the evening. Would definitely come back!

Very cute 2 bed/2bath. One of the bedrooms has a desk which came in handy for doing some work. Wifi worked great. Loved sitting out on the patio to eat our lunches and breakfasts. Bathrooms very well stocked with plenty of towels etc. Enjoyed the coffee machine and the host provided plenty of pods. Short 2 block walk to the beach and 10 minutes to downtowns. Would highly recommend.

We came back so relaxed and refreshed! The place offers all that you need; beautiful location with proximity to everything, great sized rooms, spotless clean, quiet street, free parking, what else? Excellent communication and fast response. They accommodated us with our last minute request with no hesitation. There was a little issue with the toilet that was addressed immediately. Just a rounded 5⭐️!
Thank you so much, we’ll be back at this property anytime visiting Santa Barbara again 😍

We loved our stay at this fantastic property! It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked and perfectly located very close to the beach/wharf and many businesses in the Funk Zone. Highly recommend and we will definitely return if /when we are back in SB.

We had a great long weekend stay at the property. It was easy to check in and they were very accommodating to us. The place is lovely and just as advertised, great location 2 blocks from the beach and State street on a nice quiet residential street. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The unit was very comfortable for the three of us. Great location and clean. Our host surprised us with a champagne bottle in the fridge. We had mimosas every morning! Kitchen supplies included a Nespresso style machine with coffee. Everything was nearby. The Santa Barbara airport is only 15 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent location. Pretty place. We’ll-appointed and supplied with everything needed. Heating system was a bit uneven ( but we had unusually cold, rainy weather). Biggest draw back was the street noise and train noise but not enough that we wouldn’t come back.

My 3 friends and I stayed at the Beach Getaway #2 for 3 nights. The location was absolutely amazing...EVERYTHING was just a 5-10 minute walk away! The unit was VERY clean and had everything we needed. The only small complaint was that it was a bit stuffy in the evening since there is no AC. If we had some fans we would have been fine. Other than that everything was perfect during our stay! Thank you so much!!

Great location! Nice extras like espresso machine, pods, creamer and sugar (if you want drip, bring your own). Newer appliances. Great patio. Nights can be noisy when windows open (no AC) but that is due to its great location. Easy parking for our one car.

Everything was as described; lovely place and good location. However, the unit is on the street side of the building and there is a lot of noise in the morning due to trucks/traffic.

This place was so cute and much more charming and spacious than the photos show. We were able to easily walk to the beaches and into town. The place had everything we needed and I would stay here again.

Santa Barbara getaway
Our family had a wonderful stay. This was a first time visit for our son and his wife to Santa Barbara. The weather was beautiful. The condo was well appointed, very quiet. Looking forward to returning.

We had a great stay. Location is perfect. Great patios. Kitchen has what you need for a short stay. We were two couples (no kids) in town for a family wedding. Really enjoyed ourselves. Only drawback — there aren’t any fans in the unit, so the windows need to be open all the time to mitigate the stuffiness, which makes the unit surprisingly noisy. An acoustic fishbowl.

Great location
The apartment was immaculate, exactly like the listing and was in the perfect location. The lack of air conditioning may bother some people, fans were provided and when you open the windows the house was cool. The building felt very secure.
