Das Essen ist nicht wirklich so gesund wie sie beschreiben. A la carte war wenig Auswahl und nicht wie im online Angebot. Wer hohe Ansprüche hat, an wirklich gesunder Ernährung und guter Küche, für diejenigen ist das Angebot sehr klein. Dennoch sehr schön angerichtet und viel Auswahl. Essen war oft fast kalt. Der Raumduft des ganzen Hotels, war extrem stark, wenn man gut riecht.

Die Anlage ist gigantisch! Ein Traum für alle Tennis Fans! Eintritt ins Museum inkl. Aber auch für normalen Urlaub bestens geeignet. Unser Zimmer war geräumig mit sehr schön breiten Betten und großem Schrank, blitzblank sauber. Es gab Bademäntel für Spa/Schwimmbad (Achtung: Badekappenpflicht, ist für 6 Euro zu erwerben, wenn man keine dabei hat). Großer Fitnessbereich. Wir hatten kein Equipment dabei und wollten dennoch paar Bälle schlagen. Es gab kostenlos Leihschläger/Bälle. Die Plätze können kostenpflichtig am Empfang gebucht werden. Wir hatten das Glück, das gerade ein ITF Turnier stattfand. So konnten wir auch spannende Matches verfolgen. Das Essen war hervorragend und gesund. Wir können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist zwar groß, aber auch viel frequentiert, da Gym/Spa/Schwimmbad (u.a. für Schwimmkurse) auch von Externen genutzt wird. Ist kein Minus, nur ein Hinweis. Wir haben unser Auto immer irgendwo abstellen können.

Herzliches Personal, warmes Ambiente, alles sehr sauber, tolles frisches Frühstück, sehr schöner Spa-Bereich.

L’insonorisation des chambres, impossible de dormir après 7h45, on entend les gens parler dans les couloirs et marcher…

Breakfast was wonderful. I ordered dinner off the menu the 1st day but then found the buffet and really loved it. I ate too much while I was there. Front Desk Omar was so kind and helpful, especially with getting a taxi back to Palma. Both waiters Eduardo and Johnny were delightful and made an old lady feel comfortable.

The noise from the next door rooms when the beds were scooted across the floor woke me up. I feel sorry for the cleaning ladies who have to struggle to do that to change the sheets daily. I noticed that just moving the desk chair made a harsh noise when moved across the concrete floor. Soft pads on the legs of the furniture would be an inexpensive fix.

the property has everything. My husband swam in the pool and had a haircut. Buffets were great and staff are very accommodating.

Our room was a very long walk for us to the elevators but we see 2 elevators near us not working yet and construction is still going on. I am sure next year will be all finished.

This is an amazing facility, wish I was a young talented tennis player who had the opportunity to attend this facility. we have been on the road for six weeks and this was the best room and the best breakfast we had in all that time.

The food at breakfast was wonderful and the buffet supper we had was fantastic. The bedrooms are enormous and everything is so clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was just a very efficiently run establishment.

Great hotel for tennis fans. Thanks to the special atmosphere and coaches of the Academy, my son, a 7-year-old son, took his first steps in tennis and fell in love this sport. We liked the museum and children's simulators in the museum, we visited the museum with our son 3 times

the light for the washroom is automatic, should change to a button one.

In particular we arrived very late and the night receptionist Omar was first class. He made us extremely welcome and managed to muster two sandwiches long after the kitchen had closed along with some water. Really excellent, smiling and friendly. The gate keeper was charming and helpful.

The hot breakfasts were cold on cold plates. The only hot breakfast of four was a freshly cooked omelette but served on a cold plate. Our room was cold with no central heating working, but they provided two extra duvets when requested.

I liked everything.

This place is a dream come true for tennis lovers! it has a positive vibe to it and the moment you leave, you are already looking forward to come back. the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are big, the food is healthy and with lots of choice, the sports facilities are top class and everyone is nice and friendly.

Reception. was very busy at times and they should look into more options for self-service (for example for booking a tennis court)
