Food wasn't great

Sunbed area was really nice looking out to the sea. Staff were nice. Bed was amazing so comfy. The hotel was nice.

For a 5 star Hotel the food was not good. Food very plain just ordinary nothing exciting.

I want to say one big Thank You to all the staff of this wanderfull hotel Everithing was perfect,including the best room of the hotel.bevereges,food and atmosfphere ! I woluld like to come again ! THANK YOU !

aqua park facilities was poor, hotel was not clean, few and dirty elevator, small and old bathroom,

Lots of activities - the aquapark was a hit with the whole family, kids club (great staff Arya and Tina), mini disco, playground, pier area was lovely as chilled, more space and beautiful water, huge selection of delicious food from the buffet, great views, good location for ladies beach and getting a dolmus into the centre, cocktails from the terrace. Overall we had a good time

Too busy and noisy around the main pool in the middle of the day (better first thing or after 5 pm) with sunloungers packed like sardines, people reserving sunlongers with towels then not using, slippery surface around the pool - both children slipped and banged their heads. Communal toilets and other shared areas sometimes dirty. Our room was noisy at night with bins being dragged to bin area in the middle of the night. One lift got stuck with children inside for about 20 mins. Building work unlevel and shoddy in places.

the food was good and well served. Many hotel guests so it is understandable that there need to be strict rules. There was a young staff of people working there and they were nice.

the hotel was globally good but many aspects were not well cleaned or maintained. For instance, there was a glass wall on all of the terraces but those glasses were never cleaned. The same for the stairways that were quite dirty.

Every thing in this hotel is bad especially cleanliness around the pool inside main restaurant its horrible. The food quality very bad all day we eat outside there is good choice for dinner or breakfast. This hotel Meets the definition pay more get more less.

Aquapark, pool, beach, location, big rooms. Variable food and breakfast.

Leaking water in bathroom, broken door in bathroom . No available towels at every room cleaning. Eggs never well done in the breakfast.

Do Not Stay In This Resort !! They ruined our vacation The hotel reception treatment was very very bad !! The service is bad they did not respond to our calls and ignored us for long hours .. The treatment during all time was very bad !! The photography shop was so racist !! They delayed our check-in for two hours due to inability to read properly (Booking in English) .. they have attitude problems.. their management is bad they didn't even apologies.. They treated us very very bad during all times .. The resort was dirty ! Very very dirty ..
