Cute place in a great location. Please note there is no Dish Network available, but worked with the host and we were able to get a smart TV set up.

We had a great time here, and Sandi's place is just as it is described in the pictures. The place is very conveniently close to the all the amenities and the highway too. It is ideally located for visiting Zion and St George. The condo is cozy, and a great place to unwind and relax. Very well equipped and spacious enough to accomodate 2-3 families easily. Our lil one had a great time in the house exploring the place and was very excited to be here. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay near to Zion and St George.

The condo was in a convenient location. We had no trouble finding the condo. It was a great place to meet up with friends we hadn’t seen in years.

Charming townhouse. Quirky decor that inspired much conversation and inquiry. The property is just as described. Location is quite convenient to the Shakespeare Festival and anything else you need or want in Cedar City. Beds were comfortable. Well appointed. Clean. Not much to complain about. Perfect for a family or small group of friends.

Great home to stay in when we visited our kids at SUU. Cheaper than 2 hotel rooms with many advantages: 1.Living room to hang out plus a balcony and patio area 2. Kitchen to cook and save money 3. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms 4. Convenient to I-15, stores and SUU 5.easy check in and check out.

I was so impressed with this home. Beautifully decorated and a perfect location. So peaceful.

This place is a lovely and relatively convenient place to stay in Cedar City. Near the Freeway and reasonably close to the main area of the town.

Everything was great about this place, with minor exception of AC. The AC worked but air was not super cold so it took a while to cool. May just need a coolant recharge. Also the Nest thermostat was set to eco mode so every time we came back after a few hours the temp as 78-81 and it took several hours to cool back down. Otherwise property and manager communication were great

This is a very good location for exploring the area around Cedar City, including Cedar Breaks Monument, Bryce and Zion National Parks, downtown (Don't miss the iron worker monument just south of The Grind coffee shop.) and, most especially, the Utah Shakespeare Festival. The room arrangement and space is good although the AC cools unevenly. The downstairs space was not comfortable to use even with the temperature set at 74 degrees to cool upstairs. It was incredibly hot at the time we were there, over 100 every day. The kitchen is well stocked but small. Lots of dishes and pots and pans.

We really enjoyed out stay. The seating in the living room is extremely comfortable. Beds are good. Kitchen small but well stocked. Everything was up to date and worked well. Our main issue is we have some mobility challenged family members who wanted to visit and I did miss there were 10 steps to get to the living room. We managed them fine that were staying there but were unable to have those family members meet us at the condo for the show. A very minor issue and I did know there were stairs but do be aware if any mobility issues. Great location to visit the Shakespeare festival and very comfortable. The only minor issue we had were bathroom door upstairs needed to be slammed to close and squeaky doors so late night restroom visits were noisy :) Very minor complaint. It is a lovely space

We loved coming home to this nice condo at the end of our long days of hiking and sightseeing. Also within walking distance of Starbucks, Walmart, Thai Restaurants and so much more

This was a perfect little townhome that was great for a family of 6. 2 of which are teenagers. The kitchen is a tad small, but worked great for our needs.

This is a great property (condo). There are stairs up to the front door then stairs up to the main living area and stairs down to another whole living space with the third bedroom, bathroom, laundry room plus another family room. It’s very cozy! There were 4 of us and the only tight place was the kitchen:). We managed just fine! It has everything you need to cook and clean. It is centrally located if you’re going to Zion, Bryce Canyon or Cedar Breaks Parks. There is also an historic downtown, Walmart and plenty of places to eat. Try Milt’s Stage Stop if you’re up to a nice ($$) dinner. The condo owner, Sandi, is very nice and accommodating. She just happened to be in town for some family functions and it was great to meet her in person. I highly recommend this propert.

Nice property thought the double beds didn’t fit 6 comfortably. Had to crash some kids on the couches. Not so comfortable. Plenty of space for a. Air mattress and lots of extra bedding. Pretty steep deposit of $1500 so I will be checking my bank account to make sure it’s refunded soon.

Came down from my son SUU graduation! Great location and was perfect for our needs! Decorated nicely. Comfy beds, and nicely stocked kitchen! Would definitely rent there again!

The house is located near restaurants and grocery stores. The area was quite. We have an issue with one of the faucets, the owner was very responsive, she offered to send us a plumber but i choose to decline and wait until we leave the property. The house was clean overall good experience. The house is not the most updated house but it worked for us. Showers have good pressure, toiletries were provided. The check in and check out was pretty easy.

Overall, this was a great place to stay! Check in was easy and the condo was clean. We loved the little balcony looking out towards the mountains. It has lots of space and the beds are comfortable. I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons…the bathrooms need updating. Although they were clean, some corners and furnishings are old enough that they don’t look clean at first glance. The plumbing needs some work as the water doesn’t come out like it should from the bathroom faucets. And the hot water is on the cold side in both showers. But definitely functional and did not impede our stay. Additionally, the kitchen only has one cookie sheet that is very old and small and not in great shape (that we found anyway). We also could not find a complete set of measuring cups and measuring spoons and knives were old and dull so prepping meals was harder than expected. Would definitely stay here again. Great location and host was quick to respond.

Great property to stay at in this area of Utah! Centrally located near parks and other sites. Was clean, stocked and just the right size, would definitely recommend!

Location close to interstate to get to anyplace you want, plus cute downtown area is just a few minutes drive. Kitchen stocked with anything you might want to cook, as well as condiments and some basic spices. Huge washer and dryer - new washer and we didn’t exactly know how to use (and if you are short you might need a stool to get the socks out of the bottom). Comfy chairs for our back injuries, good beds - what’s not to love?! Host quick to respond if you have questions, checkout among the easiest I have encountered in years of using VRBO. Don’t miss Brody’s Mexican restaurant right across the street - south Mexican food. Different and awesome! The St George Dinosaur Museum is well worth the trip and then the opposite direction from Cedar City is the petroglyphs and a few dinosaur tracks further down the same road. My husband is an archaeologist and said this area had the most petroglyphs of any place he has seen. The entire area is a geology adventure as well! Highly recommend this VRBO. One thing - there are fairly steep steps to get in. Not many, but be aware if that is a problem for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Played a lot of golf did some sightseeing and had good food in the local restaurants. Sandi was wonderful host . When we needed a little orientation she responded immediately and left us alone. I would love to go back!
