The house was beautiful, comfortable , and clean. We were greeted with wonderful amenities and enjoyed the outdoor porches immensely! The beds were just right and the location was a short drive to everything! We will come back!

Clean and comfortable for a family of four and much better than having to find a hotel suite or two hotel rooms. The house was a bit dated (bathrooms, linens on bed) but it was clean and comfortable and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

It was a lovely home home with easy parking and very convenient to get to downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the property. Parking was a little bit of a problem. Nice, clean place. Our bed was not as good as the 2 upstairs. Loved the fireplace. Loved the lights at Rock City. We would use this place again.

We had such a wonderful time this weekend as we celebrated our sons graduation from UTC. This property and their owners are amazing. Very close to campus. Owners were so great to work with and the home is beautiful! We will definitely use this property again.

The house itself was great, with clean and comfortable beds, bedding, and linens. We weren’t expecting the street to be so loud-it was loud enough that my 3 year old was scared of the traffic sounds. There are sound machines in the front bedrooms that could go quite loud, so for heavier sleepers I don’t believe it would be an issue. The back bedroom was quiet!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home was located close to everything. Lots of places within walking distance. Some areas seem they may not be the best at night but other than that great area. Easy parking. A few items in the house were either broken or needing to be fixed/replaced. But nothing that damped our stay! Would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

We loved this property! The house was spacious., clean, well stocked, and even had added touches (we loved the k cup coffee pods available!). It is close to everything, although we did not walk, it was a quick ride away. The host, Lisa, was amazing and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

Communication was great with owner. A very nice surprise awaited us at check-in. Home was clean and photos accurate. Beds were comfortable and closet space is plenty. Close to UTC and Uncle Larry’s restaurant. Very quiet area. Just note that the bathroom downstairs is a half bath. The upstairs bathrooms must be shared for showers. Overall, I strongly recommend this home for your Chattanooga visit.

We stayed at the property to attend a local high school graduation. It was pretty much as described, four beds in three bedrooms, 2.5 bath, kitchen, living, dining area. Air conditioning worked great, especially warm this weekend. Great location for our needs, close to the school and there were a number of good restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Overall, the cleanliness of the unit could have been better. There were numerous throw pillows in almost every room that looked like they had seen better days. Living room couch looked dirty and was stained. 'Master bedroom' looked dreary. There was a discarded, soiled baseball cap in the chair of this bedroom. On the plus side, there were plenty of clean towels for our stay. The kitchen pantry needed to be sorted. It had an opened 10lb sack of pancake mix (yes, I said 10 pounds) and four (4) opened pancake syrup bottles, all about 1/2 full. It might be good to provide things that people might actually use. The Owners left a loose leaf binder of details about wifi, TV (you needed to have your own streaming app logins to watch most TV), restaurants and bars in the area, and things to do along with their opinion and descriptions. All of this was quite helpful in finding places to eat. Overall, it was great weekend for the graduation, but the accommodations could have been better.

Property was great!

This house is perfectly located to everything you need. The house is fully stocked and the cleanliness was impeccable. Chattanooga is a great place to visit. We will be back and hopefully we will be able to rent this house again.

Everything was centrally located to our house. Beautifully decorated, loved the antiques! My only suggestion would be to dust the fans, especially the one in the master bathroom. Can’t wait to stay again!

We enjoyed our weekend! I have been staying at VRBO properties for years and have never encountered more attentive owners. The house was stocked with nice extras like desserts for our arrival, K-cups for the coffee pot, trash bags, etc. We had a small issue with the wifi and couldn’t stream the March Madness games. Lisa was extremely quick to respond and it was all resolved within minutes after resetting the router. We had no other wifi or streaming issues during our weekend and never had any other problems (but is always nice to know the owner will quickly respond if we did). Highly recommend this home - we are already planning our next trip.

The property was well-maintained, had lots of little extras that made our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the college next door.

This is an excellent property. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully loaded with any tools you might need, and the location is excellent. The bundt cakes were very much appreciated.

We wife summarized it succinctly - “We are ruined for hotels now.” I doubt we will stay elsewhere the next time we visit this area, it exceeded all our expectations.

The owners went above and beyond making us feel at home. The house was decorated for Christmas and was so cozy. They even had little bunt cakes to welcome us.
