The desk staff were nice and helpful, although they were not aware of the ADA Laws for service animals. They told me I was unable to have my service dog in the lobby and in the area where they have breakfast. I informed the lady at the desk that she could not deny access to my service dog, and although she was not rude or anything she said that according to her manager that dogs (service or otherwise) were not permitted in these areas. I gave them a few cards with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Laws written on it and told them that they may want to educate themselves because it is a federal law that they can not deny access to a service animal.

The breakfast was exceptional well put together thank you I enjoyed my stay there my kids enjoyed their stay and the location was awesome we didn't have to spend 30 or 40 minutes driving somewhere. very peaceful and the staff was very attentive to my needs thank you all for your services.

There's nothing that we really didn't like about it everything was just nice peaceful we were just really enjoyed ourselves.

Room was dusty, sofa very worn , very thin spread for sofa bed.

The room advertised had a wall divider. Our room did not.

The room was not as described. There were roaches in one of the elevators.

Food was good and accessible morning and evening. Pool was great for kids. Space in room was plenty for family of five. Staff was very helpful and kind.

The breakfast hours could be a little bit longer. I also very quickly took away breakfast promptly at 9:30 and didn’t seem to take into account the people that got down there but couldn’t get their food right away

Pool/Hot Tub

I was overcharged. my total price plus taxes etc was $174, I got charged $210. On my description of my room states I have a dryer in the room. I do not. States we have a bar sitting area , we only have a sofa. false advertising

Location was perfect for the convention center! Such an easy walk!

The pull out couch was absolutely horrible. It completely sunk down in the middle and made a huge dip in your back. The air conditioner did not work properly and it became so hot at night.
