Loved our stay! Unit was clean and comfortable. The 2nd story porch was perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Just a few steps to the beach. Perfect beach house!

The location and space was perfect. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Missing a few things that would have helped with convenience such as hand soap in the bathrooms, and salt and pepper in the kitchen as well as a few more kitchen towels. Overall a great place and we will definitely book again.

First visit to Tybee and this property exceeded our expectations! Beautiful updates. The only negative for us were noisy guests in the unit below us. If you have enough family and friends to rent the whole house it would be perfect!

The best part of the property is the location. It is on the Southernmost point of the island and is a walk-on distance to the beach. We were able to take our coffee and walk the beach in the morning. Property is located on a quiet street and has views of the beach from the balcony. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the breeze and views. Walking distance to the pier and main street with lots of restaurants.The vacation rental company did a great job with the instructions and we had no trouble finding the place. Remember to read the "What to bring" list completely. The place is clean, remodeled recently. Remodeling was cosmetic so is not an open concept and the slop of the floors takes a little getting used to.

The house was located perfectly. Beach was a minute walk and a couple minute walk to restaurants and to the pier. It was very relaxing to sit in a rocking chair on the huge porch and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Great experience!!

Great location and loved the decor of the house. Everything was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Things to work on would definitely be the Wifi. Only worked in a couple rooms and only 2 days of our trip did it work in those rooms. TVR quickly responded to our request to fix it but then had to order parts that would not in before we left. Also, there were no coffee filters in the kitchen. Ended up buying some and just leaving them for the next group. Overall, a good experience except for what I mentioned.

Perfect!!!! 3 generations on vacation, my husband and I, one of our daughters, and her two children. Great time at the Seaview, as always. Can’t wait until next time!

Really nice rooms and kitchen. Great access to beaches on the ocean side and back water, so easy walk for sunrise and sunsets. Shared balcony a bit disappointing since other guests were out there smoking anytime we wanted to relax (I was pregnant and I have a 2 year old). The street is somewhat dangerous, one way leaving the beach and people sped down it at all hours. I was woken up a few times in the middle of the night by people speeding and revving engines.

This is an older home on a side street. It was close enough to see the ocean and hear the waves. It has a big wrap around porch. We loved this. We sat out there every day. Very close to downtown. We rented a golf cart and had the best time.

We had a great stay and enjoyed porch views. Would stay again! Disappointed in contact with the actual property manager. I had messaged her several times using Vrbo site and I never heard a response back from the actual owner. I had to contact the local reality company who answered all my questions.

We won this stay at a silent auction. Thanks for the donation! Just a few things for the owner. Overall, we were very pleased with the house. The dishwasher nearly flooded the kitchen. We think that the garbage disposal was draining to the DW, which quickly filled with water. The upstairs porch has very soft spots indicating possible decay but certain structural concern. The kitchen is missing essentials especially a cutting board. Several dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Again, thank you for the donation. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Short walk to the beach, great breeze and ocean views. Will be back for sure!

Property was in great location, parking is always an issue

We spent 3 days and 3 nights it was the most perfect place for our event. We enjoyed being on the island with the ocean at our front door yet the cottage gave us our country home feeling. We will be back. Beck at the office was an angel for helping me. Thanks to Tybee vacation rentals our stay was remarkable. Everything was awesome we really felt at home.

We rented this place as just a place to sleep - the trip was actually to visit and elderly grandmother who didn't have enough space for us all. I loved how close it was to the beach. This allowed an early morning walk on the beach and we were even able to grab an hour one afternoon. The space was clean and the rocking chairs with a view of the water (from our suit anyway) made for relaxing late evenings and early mornings.

This home has a great location and view of the ocean. It's older and needs some work. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors.

We had a great 4 night stay in Sea View #1. It is a very roomy apartment, and we loved the old building, the well-stocked kitchen, the numerous windows, and the balcony. The balcony, while shared, was private our whole time. It has a view of the ocean which is just slightly marred by power lines. The location is great as far as being fairly quiet but an easy walk to all the businesses on the south side of the island and a very short walk to the beach - closer than we've had in oceanfront condo buildings elsewhere. The only downside is that the bathroom attached to the master bedroom is cramped and ugly and both showers suffer from low water pressure. But if you can look past that, it's a terrific apartment!

Easy check in and check out. Received a text when the room was ready and didn't have to wait until 4. It was ready before 2, that was nice. :) Accomodations were wonderful. Location on the island was ideal. We could walk to everything ... and did!
