Very nice, great rooms, a clean and comfortable house for friends to enjoy time together.

We were in SC for a family wedding. This place was perfect for our group of 6 (two couples and two singles). Everyone had a private space, the bedrooms except for the loft had generous closets and great bathrooms, the common rooms were spacious and comfortable with a glimpse of the ocean a bonus! Plus we could hear the waves crashing and the sea lions bark! It was great to have the two-car garage so no worries about parking. Some of our group used the beach chairs and towels for an afternoon at the beach. The kitchen was well supplied, convenient and open to the other common areas. The location was perfect for our event - we could walk to almost all of our functions. And the downtown was a short drive away. We found good local eating: breakfast at Linda's Seabreeze Cafe, lunch at the Seabright Deli, dinner at La Posta! It was perfect!

We absolutely enjoyed the Seabright Beach property. We could see the ocean from our window and watch the pelicans fly over the ocean. We used to live in Santa Cruz so this was like coming back home. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked so we cooked and even baked a pie using the wonderful glass pie dishes. Every couple had a queen bed and the 3 bathrooms were perfect. We all agreed that we would come back to this place. The only negative is that the master bedroom and lower floor bedroom had beds that were so old we felt like we were sleeping on a hill. Otherwise, love this place. Thank you!

We stayed at Seabright Beach House to celebrate our Grandaughters 30th birthday, a promotion and enhgagement. There were 7 of us and the room configuration was perfect. Close to all sights and attractions. A wonderful place to celebrate life milestones.

Spent my 30th birthday weekend here. Although we never partied in the house (per the house rules), the location is perfectly close to everything. The house is located on a court and that court ends on the beach! Walking distance to Betty’s burgers and some town bars. We also spent most time on pier and boardwalk, which that distance is too long to walk but such a short drive. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! Great location, lots of room and amenities, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Could hear the ocean waves at night and see it during the day. Easy check in and out process.

We stayed here for my daughters 16th bday with 4 of her friends. The location was perfect. An easy walk to the beach and so close to the boardwalk and downtown SC. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable and included a nice view of the ocean!

We had a lot of fun during our stay. Lots of light, some went fishing, one surfed, we all walked on the sunny beach. House has a well equipped kitchen and large bbq. A bit disappointed with climb up to 4th bedroom with no bathroom, but it all worked out great!

We had a wonderful trip and loved the location. We will definitely try to come back next year. The house was perfect for our entire family.

This is my second trip to Santa Cruz for a girls weekend. The house has a nice kitchen with plenty of dishes to make a meal. The house is located within walking distance of a few good restaurants and the local bar. The house was big enough for all of us to spread out and catch up. Sitting on the balcony and listening to waves at night was fabulous. And, the short walk to the beach allowed for plenty of beach time but be aware there are several steps down the beach. We handled them just fine. Also, there were fans in each bed room which nice during the day to keep the cool air moving when the sun was out. The only issue we had were with the windows which are hard to open and close. Otherwise, great house. Great location.

Loved the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ... kitchen and dining area were great for family meals ... proximity to the beach and boardwalk was a huge plus.

We were very close to the beach! Just a short walk, down the stairs and we were there! The home is spacious with all that we needed to have a few days to enjoy the sea, sun and make memories! We had the luxury of garage parking to fit 1 truck and 1 car! My grandsons (5 and 7)slept up in the loft and loved it! Had breakfast at the Harbor Cafe on the way home! Had a wonderful time at this house. Really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the living room/deck. Has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The bedrooms were nice in size with comfortable beds. Had a couple of guests really enjoy the heating pads on the mattress. Had stayed at another house last year a few blocks away. Wonderful neighborhood and location, had lots of parking. The place was perfect for our group.

The location was really nice, just a short distance to the beach, and a nice view from the patio. The house and furnishings were very nice, I would stay here again. Only a couple of points to know ahead of time: the lock getting in was tricky, some instructions on how to do that would have been nice, and the windows were older and many latches were broken and wouldn't close completely or latch, but they told me they were being repaired soon though. One other point to know there is no air condoning, there is a breeze most days but the afternoons got very warm especially the loft area.

My family and I stayed here for 4 days and couldn’t have been happier with the house and location. It was incredibly clean, and we are pretty picky about cleanliness, and the location was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The short walk to the quiet beach is a huge plus too. The house was really well stocked, from the kitchen, to extra bedding, toiletries and beach towels. Thank you for the memorable week!

We will definitely be back! The house was great. The stairs to the loft are tough but we made it through. The location was wonderful and neighbors were very nice. Very well stocked kitchen.

The house worked out very well for our group. Having 3 bathrooms was nice when getting ready to adventure out. Just a short distance to the ocean lended itself to frequent walks and hanging out on the beach. When not at the beach we enjoyed the limited view of the ocean from the comfortable main living area and deck. We took advantage of the quality Weber gas grill several nights. The house was well stocked and the neighborhood was quiet.

This house has more kitchen appliances and tools than any house we have rented. It was great.

I have already sent a detailed account of my stay to the property managers at Surf City and never heard back… Feedback about the vacation rental While the townhouse has much to recommend it…loved the artwork in the main living area upstairs. Enjoyed the hardwood floors. The kitchen was well stocked with necessaries for any cooking needs. We appreciated the chef mat in front of the sink. The view to the ocean down the street from the living room area was an unexpected treat and we were able to enjoy eating outside a couple of times on the veranda. Plenty of towels. Nice sheets. Great hot water. Wonderful selection of beach gear in the garage to take to the beach and bikes!…it was still really hard to endure the musty, moldy odors that were in all the rooms accept the upstairs bathrooms and kitchen. When we arrived, the place was closed up and the smell was really strong from the moment we entered the space…upstairs and down. After 2 or 3 days of opening every functioning window and running the fans to move fresh air in and mold spores out…it was a bit better from an odor perspective, but the allergies just got worse. Noses were draining by all and a daily course of anti-histamines was required. Many red noses from all the blowing and clearing. The large sofa smelled like it had been left in the rain and left to sour in the sun. We covered it in blankets all week to smother it best that could. The worst places were those rooms with zero air flow: The dining area…the curtains had a very strong mold odor so we all crowded to the kitchen end of that space, and the downstairs bedroom. THAT was the biggest disappointment of all. No windows in the room were functional. The smell was almost of fermentation. No way would we allow anyone to stay in the space. We had to cancel plans for friends and family who were planning to stay a few nights during the week. Very disappointing. Beautiful beach home on a nice quiet street. It was the perfect location for walking to the beach, harbor and places to eat. It’s a lovely neighborhood for walking. Mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee while gazing at the ocean were such a treat. We loved the main living space because it was so sunny and we spent most of our time together as a family there. We have found our new favorite beach house! We also had an opportunity to meet the owner and he was a very delightful man who gave us a history of the neighborhood which we really enjoyed.

This property was excellent! Perfect location, very roomy and comfortable. We had family join us for dinner and there was plenty of room. The beach is steps away and a short walk to the Boardwalk.

This home brought happiness to us each time we woke and we went out onto the deck. We could walk any and every where we needed. Only two of us in a four bedroom; the one recommendation is that it could use an update for one of the rooms to a queen for guys , like my son, who was over 6’1”.

We stayed in this home for our annual girls getaway! It was everything we could have wanted. Close to everything and very clean and comfy. We will be back again next year!

We had a small wedding in the redwoods and rented this house to stay in all together. It's absolutely perfect for a big gathering of friends/family. The bedrooms are fine, but the shared living spaces are really fantastic. Seeing the ocean from the living room and letting the ocean air in through the windows while everyone's curled up on the comfy couches - even if you don't actually make it to the beach, the living room makes it worth it. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment (we had a full holiday dinner), and we were able to seat the whole group of 11 around the dinner table. And of course the beach is only a couple of minutes away. The host Courtney was also very accommodating and helpful, and I'm so grateful for his help in making our weekend special!

We rented this spacious house for a week with our best friends. We have kids and the loft was perfect for all of them to sleep in. The beds were great, such a rarity at rental properties! The kitchen was well stocked (as in Dutch oven, air fryer, all the bowls you could want, etc). A short short walk to the beach was great for our kiddos. There were awesome sand toys, towels, beach chairs and boogie boards available in the garage. The outside shower was great after a day at the beach. Internet worked great, we brought our own Roku for movies at night. We loved this house and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Our family spent five nights in this lovely home, just three doors down from beautiful Seabright Beach. Ages 3 to 73, we had a great time!
