This was the perfect house for our family to gather to celebrate our youngest graduating from Georgia Tech. The house has an open concept that worked well for cooking, watching TV and visiting. Nancy is a very responsive host. We had a LOT of entertainment sitting on the front porch watching people come and go across the street (Dark Horse Tavern). We also enjoyed the local restaurants and walking to the beltline.

We stayed here with close friends during our daughter's wedding. What a beautifully-appointed, comfortable home! Spacious, gracious, with wide front porches on the first and second floors to gather and experience the character and activity of Virginia Highlands! The interior is luxurious with welcoming plush furniture, exquisite chandeliers everywhere, and heavenly beds! A beautiful kitchen with marble countertops and gas stove offers all of the tools you might need, and then some. A separate office provides privacy for work, reading. The host, Nancy, is immediately responsive and absolutely delightful!! We will definitely be back, as all in our group just felt so at home here -- this house just does that to you. If you even think this home might meet your needs, it will meet and exceed them. I've already done the work for you; just say "yes" to this home.

We stayed in Nancy's home for a bachelorette party with 10 girls. The house was clean and fit all of us perfectly. The house was in an AMAZING location with bars, restaurants, and grocery stores in walking distance. Highly recommend this house to stay in and if we ever come back to Atlanta, I will be renting this again!

This property was the perfect location for a mini college reunion in the city of Atlanta. It has all the amenities of home, plenty of space, and outdoor areas that made relaxation easy. The host was always immediately responsive and made sure that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. I will definitely be staying here again during my next visit to ATL.

What an amazing house and location to stay in for our daughter’s wedding weekend! The house was perfect for family with its spaciousness, comfortable bedrooms, stocked kitchen, and beautiful decor. Overall, this was the PERFECT stay for a little family vacation in Atlanta. My husband's family came down from Jersey and my parents drove up from Savannah so we could spend some time in ATL with extended family before our baby is born later this summer. We were able to walk to so many different coffee shops and restaurants in Virginia Highland and cooked our own breakfasts and dinners when we didn't feel like going out. Nancy was an awesome host and was very responsive during the booking process. Would definitely stay again!

I surprised my husband with a weekend getaway to Atlanta with friends and family for his birthday. The home was very clean, spacious, warm and inviting. It is centrally located near bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Nancy was very responsive before and during our stay. If I had anything negative to say about the property it would be that the property has a shared driveway and the assigned parking spaces are not clearly marked which was a bit confusing for us. Additionally, with the number of guests in our party, we could have used additional bath towels and washcloths. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Atlanta. Caprice C.

So much to say about this place and the wonderful, kind, and going the extra mile host, Nancy. Nancy is a great host! She made all of this happen for our small, intimate wedding and it was a success. Everything went so well from check-in, to the beautiful rooms, to the perfect location for restaurants, quick runs to the grocery stores, to the florist, to checking out. The entire experience was handled in a professional manner, yet Nancy’s warm and caring personality was the winning key to assure us that we chose the right place for our special occasion. We had a great time over New Years at the house. It has a beautiful interior (especially the light fixtures-just stunning! Also, the master shower was divine!) It was convenient to restaurants and all of our NYE festivities. Very easy check in and out. Nancy was so accommodating and kept in touch during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We took our dogs and the side street walks were lovely. It was a great place to gather with family and friends before our outings.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and it was a memorable weekend. Location does not disappoint, and off-street parking was provided. The problem we encountered is that there was no actual fifth bedroom with twin beds. There is a first-floor office with a full foldout sofabed, but nothing else will fit in that room. There's a foldaway bed in a closet of one of the upstairs bedrooms, but that foldaway would need to stay in one of the upstairs rooms. Based on the makeup of our group, there was no elegant solution to where people slept other than to utilize the couch in the family room. Also, one of the two full bathrooms is jack-and-jill style between two bedrooms with no external access. Luckily our group was flexible and easy. The kitchen was well enough appointed (except for forks) and household products like paper towels, trash bags, hand/dish/laundry soap were all on hand. Also note that rental scooters by Uber/Lime/Byrd are scattered around the neighborhood and easy to use. All in all it was a good stay except for the bedroom configuration. And we probably expected too much given the premium we paid for the holiday weekend.

This house was perfect for our family gatherings associated with my daughter's wedding. It was spacious, centrally located and so comfortable. We will definitely return.

We had a group of 5 in town for a trade show. The quality of the property and location exceeded expectations. It was convenient to the Georgia convention center. There is some great live music venues nearby and an excellent yoga studio. The property made for a wonderful team building experience. Nancy was very responsive upon our check in. We will be back.

Perfect weekend away in VA Highlands. So much within walking distance. Home is beautiful and clean. Owners were great to work with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely loved this property! It was very clean really accommodating for a family or huge family! There’s enough beds tv internet Netflix. I would definitely rent this place again

This property was expensive to rent. That being said I expected everything to be clean, orderly and as pictured. The outside of the house was pictured with pristine white pillars and white fencing on the porch. However when you get there it looks old, dirty and in need of some TLC. On the first floor porch on the side of the house were a bunch of filthy tables and chairs that needed a major power wash. The two benches in the front of the home were also filthy and needed to be cleaned before you could sit and enjoy the porch. There was another picture that gave the impression that there was a deck with this property. The image had wood flooring with traditional looking patio furniture. There wasn't a deck, it was the second floor porch. The second floor porch was worse than the first floor. First you had to go through two of the bedrooms to have access to the porch so if you wanted to have a gathering any guests who stayed there would have to be comfortable with strangers walking through their rooms. Once you get on the patio it was disgusting. The patio furniture had a layer of dirt on the cushions and lounge chairs, the grill was rusty and filthy. The layers of grease and dust all over the grill made it unappetizing to use. There were tree branches everywhere on the floor of the porch and there was a random wet towel on one of the patio couches. The inside of the home was decorated as pictured however the floor has a film of dirt and the bottoms of our feet were dirty from walking on the floor. The counters in the kitchen still had ring marks and residue. The whole place had to be cleaned once we got there. The bathrooms appeared to be wiped down but not clean. The cherry on top of staying at this home were the toilets. The hall bathroom and the master bathroom toilets broke. The hall bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and the master bathroom toilet wouldn't take water in the tank to be able to flush it. So it constantly made an annoying noise of the water recycling through the pipes. The owner did send a plumber and the master bathroom was fixed. However the hall bathroom that my guests shared was another story. Whenever you would flush the toilet, water would leak from the back of the toilet and spill on the floor. It was hard to notice what was happening at first until the bathroom rug became soaked. It was gross. The amount spent for this property doesn't match the inconveniences, look and filth. I wasn't satisfied, I just had to deal with it.

We live in this fantastic neighborhood, but we needed extra space for family visiting for graduation. Nancy's house was ideal. It provided a comfortable living space for all, from my mother who uses a walker to the young adults who enjoyed walking to enjoy the nightlife! We couldn't be happier with this choice and we will definitely book it again.

Couldn't be better! This house has a wonderful location. It's spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. and has quality appliances. The host, Nancy, is super accommodating and answers your texts promptly. Checkout procedure is simple-no extra work on guests' part. We used it as the out of town bride's family headquarters. Location was perfect. Nail salon around the corner for bridal party, restaurants across the street, and entertainment too. Spacious areas for bridal party to get ready and small post wedding brunch. Perfect!
