The property was close to a beautiful park, well furnished and clean. Great stay!

Love this property and neighborhood! Our second stay here for college move-in. Felt right at home. Secluded parking. My only suggestion would be to have the carpets cleaned.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The apartment is in a great location in midtown. Walking distance to Piedmont park, restaurants and coffee shops. We brought our dog and the neighborhood felt safe to walk her at night. We didn't cook here but the kitchen looked well stocked. They had several coffee makers including a Nespressoa and French press. The owners left several cans of sparkling water and beer in the fridge, which was sweet. There's laundry supplies, blowdrier and flat iron. Very clean as well. Parking was a bit confusing at 1st but I think that's DT Atlanta. Also, there's several doors when you pull in and we weren't sure which was ours but it's the one with the sign that says "beltline bungalow". Owners were terrific with communication and very accommodating. We originally rented their top unit but needed another night and it was rented out. They graciously refunded us and rented this unit to us. Would definitely stay again.

The place was perfect for our weekend stay in Atlanta. Parking was easy with the two designated parking spots for the unit. It was a quiet location in a nice neighborhood. It was a nice surprise to find the refrigerator stocked with bottled water, beer and seltzer too! We would stay again next time we are in the area for a weekend visit.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days until her apartment was ready. It was a perfect place to stay while we explored Atlanta. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. The place is attached to the home, but felt like our own private space. It was quiet, comfortable, clean nicely decorated. I’d highly recommend staying here & I’ll likely stay here when visiting my daughter.

Was a bit tricky to find the entrance at night but the instructions the host sent were very helpful. Host also made sure to let us know about the water main break, which I appreciated. This was a great spot to work and hang out with friends. Quiet and night and close to many activities

We were in Atlanta for a graduation at Georgia Tech and this apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was spacious, clean and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the Piedmont Park apartment as a an overnight stop before heading north for a family wedding.
We arrived a lot later than expected, around midnight after flight delays from the UK, and the hosts were in contact with us to make sure we had arrived and settled in safely.
The apartment was spotless and refreshments were in the fridge which were so appreciated after our long journey.
The appartment is situated in a lovely residential area a stones throw from Piedmont Park and some nice eateries. We would recommend Snooze for breakfast.
Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Atlanta given our experience with the hosts who were really attentive and the location of the apartment.
Wonderful stay and definitely recommended.

When first book didn’t say it was a shared home but even then it was a nice space for me and my family very clean and neat and nice neighborhood

We loved this property! It was a perfect location for us, as artists in the Dogwood Festival this weekend. We walked to/from the art fair all weekend and didn’t have to worry about parking! Place was really nice and clean, and quiet! We loved making dinners in the kitchen and having a nice table to sit at and talk. Really appreciate the quality of communication and nice touches around the place. Thank you!

This was an amazing rental. Beds were comfortable. The apartment was actually larger than I expected. Super quiet for being so centrally located. Easy check in and checkout. The hosts were very responsive. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Great stay!

All the positive reviews are absolutely right! We have no complaints. Our stay could not have been better. After a long drive, a refrigerator with drinks made our first night perfect. Location is perfect. Parking is perfect. Neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Stay offered us everything that we were needing. Location was close to the areas we desired to go to downtown. Home was clean and comfortable for 2 adults, child, and a fur friend. Communication was always quick and helpful. Thank you.

House was comfortable
Keep in mind this spot is Not the most accessible for individuals w limited mobility: two short flights of steps to get into the house, and a sloped driveway from the road. But the location is great — short walk to Piedmont Park, safe neighborhood, beltline, grocery store and easy cab rides to other important areas/sites

We only spent a night but the accommodation were nice and exactly as described.
Had problems finding the entrance (we went during a festive and side roads were closed). We promptly got a call back and directions to the entrance. Overall good experience.

Our group of friends (2 couples) was looking for a space close to Piedmont Park so we could enjoy the botanical gardens and the park.
We were there for 4 days, and were looking for a clean comfortable spot to homebase while we explored midtown. Very clean, has comfortable beds and furniture, reasonably well stocked kitchen, in a beautiful and calm neighborhood with dedicated parking spots -- very much prefferable than a hotel!
Location has some great shops and restaurants in walking or scooter distance.
Alex was a very responsive and helpful host - would definitely recommend staying here!
