The condo was very clean, the check in and check out process was easy, close to a lot restaurants, nice pools beaches and kitchen had everything you needed. The fireworks was spectacular as from our view in the room. The only issues we had was the elevators were not working properly. Long line and wait to get to your room. We just used the stairs. McWilliams stay again in the future and recommend to friends and family. Mahalo

We had a fabulous stay at the Ilikai. The unit was immaculate and the layout was perfect for me and my husband. The view from the lanai was gorgeous. We watched the HHV fireworks on Friday night on the lanai. Bed was comfy and unit had everything we needed during our stay. Darko mahalo for your hospitality!

The owners were very responsive to our last minute request to stay for New Years Eve. The balcony views were fun to watch the evening hula dancing show across the way at the Hilton. 2 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the food truck park, our favorite. The apartment/bed was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

Condo was very comfortable and clean. Communication with owner and manager was very easy. All questions and requests handled quickly and courteously.

Enjoyed our stay, loved being in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the Hilton Village is very close by with restaurants and shops. We took the Waikiki trolley for sightseeing and they have complimentary pickup at Ilikai. The Friday night fireworks did not disappoint. Darko our host is responsive and very helpful. We will come back!

We really enjoyed to the property. It was a bonus that we were there on a Friday evening and able to take in the amazing fireworks show from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for small families. And it is inside Ilikai Hotel so you have the benefit of Hotel amenities like Pool, cafe, shops and restaurants right where you stay.

Very comfortable, relaxing and a great time had by all. Walkable to many restaurants, the beach and lagoon. Great fireworks from the balcony on Friday night. Plenty of towels and washcloths for personal use. If plan to cook will need to provide own spices, oils or basics. Plenty of cookware available. Would definitely return! Owner very responsive!

The condo was fantastic. The location was perfect for us- Easy access to all activities in Waikiki and Honolulu. Darko was very responsive and ensure we were all settled. He was very accommodating. We would certainly stay at this condo again in the future.

The property has a great, the location is ideal with a short walk to get to the lagoon and around to the beaches. The apartment was as advertised and lovely to stay in. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. We had a fabulous holiday stay, no issues or concerns at all.

The description is generally accurate, although in many cases the actual unit falls short of it. In particular, I was surprised that we could not see any water from the living room. We needed to go out to the lanai to have a partial view. (This is sort of implicit farther down the description.) The view itself was OK, though, and the fireworks were terrific, with each of them generating a huge bang due to the echoes off the buildings. The kitchen was barely adequate, but it was adequte. The dishwasher creaks, but works fine. The refrigerator would pull out from the wall sometimes when pulling on the door, but it worked fine, too. There was a corkscrew (two, really). There were generally four of everything, cups, glasses, plates, etc. The TVs are kinda small, but as big as the limited space allows. The wifi was a little slow, but worked fine. The bathroom is not nearly as good as it sounded in the description, but I've no complaints except maybe for how small it is. So: minor complaints about much of the unit, but it all worked out and no major complaints at all. The owner was very easy to communicate with via text.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The room was spotless and enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed for the kitchen was there and would 100% stay here again!

The condo was really clean and updated, and it was so convenient having a store, restaurant, and ice cream shop downstairs. I would stay there again! Wonderful view of the ocean and Friday night fireworks. The only con we’re the elevators. They close quickly and do not open if you should get trapped as they are closing. My 83 year old father in law was hurt when this happened and his upper arm was left bleeding. The doors really jolted him back and forth. The building should really update their elevators, they’re not very safe. The elevator doors should pop back open if it closes on something or someone and they do not. USE CAUTION!

Great place to stay in the heart of activity in Honolulu but can still easily venture out to quieter parts of Oahu. Condo was a "5".

We had a great experience renting with Darko and his rental property. It’s in the perfect location and he did such a great job making sure we were comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

My parents stayed in this unit for two weeks and loved it! The unit had everything they needed and more. It’s located in the historic Ilikai hotel and it is in a great spot, close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The view from the unit is breathtaking! They had breakfast on the lanai in the morning and drinks in the evening and enjoyed the views. Finally, the host is super awesome and very responsive! Highly recommend and will stay with again!

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ilikai. Darko was communicative during the booking process and answered all of our questions. It was our first time using VRBO and he made it easy from A-Z. The apartment was clean and the location was excellent - beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the beach, downtown Waikiki and attractions. It was the perfect condo for our family of 3. It had everything we needed for our 10 day stay in Hawaii.

We are so glad we chose to stay at Darko’s condo! The whole condo was clean and spacious. Wonderful location. Quick walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Valet parking was really quick and they were very friendly. The pool at the condo was very nice! I enjoyed getting drinks at the bar/restaurant located at the condo and going to the pool. We used the cooler, beach chairs, and snorkel equipment at the condo, which was a huge plus!!! The furniture outside on the patio was really nice and comfortable. We didn’t sleep on the sofa sleeper but it was comfortable to sit on. Bed was comfy, as well. Darko is a excellent host, he even left us coffee and chocolates to enjoy -which we loved!!!! We hope to come back some day and stay here again. It was great. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! 10/10
