Clean, quiet, nice neighborhood, kid freindly plenty of room. Overall, as advertized. Owner is very responsive. I have not used a dishwasher before (yes, true, except using for wine storage). But I learned here!

Great clean family house with very friendly, accommodating and organized owners. My group of 5 had plenty of places to sleep and access to whatever we needed. Good location .

A great property! Very clean, lots of room, updated interiors, baths and kitchen. Caters to young families too with games, trampoline, and swing set. Owner very responsive to inquiries. Quiet, clean middle class neighborhood. Easy access to Hwy to get to Badlands, and short 15-20 minutes to Mt. Rushmore. Would highly recommend. Would stay here again.

This property is as described. It's in great location very close to everything in the area and walking distance to a fantastic public pool. The yard was perfect for our 4 year old who enjoyed the swings.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated having access to the garage when a quick hailstorm went through the first night. A short drive to downtown and Walmart is close. We stayed here with our teenagers but there is a play set and trampoline in the back yard if you have littles. Nice quiet neighborhood

We were in town for the 47th annual Firecracker baseball tournament and this property was just what we needed at the end of the day, to relax.

This was definitely the home for a family. Large back yard with playhouse and trampoline, patio with patio furniture and grill. Spacious, well equipped kitchen. It was definitely my home away from home. Ideal location, nice quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this house.

Came to bike rally- it was easy to get to, quiet neighborhood. It worked out great for us. Beds were a little small for a couple of us but we knew that before we came so it worked out fune.

The location was great. Very easy to find and convenient to all the major attractions. Great place for anyone with kids especially little ones as they had everything you’ll need. Very clean and is larger than it appears in photos. Be aware that the main shower is downstairs. There is also really only one bed for adults so I wouldn’t recommend this particular location for multiple couples. Very clean, had everything we needed including maps of the area and activities. I also didn’t experience any concerns with the thermostat like I read in some of the reviews we were very comfortable and there’s a ceiling fan in the master bedroom for additional air circulation. Lastly, there is driveway parking but not access to a garage if that’s a consideration for you.

Great house, especially if you have kids. Our family was two parents and three kids, ages 2-7. We spent every afternoon at the house for nap and quiet time, and there were books, toys, and a TV and Blu-ray player to keep the kids entertained. We only used a few of the toys and games that we had packed. The trampoline was a hit, too! We cooked all of our meals at the house and had no problems finding a pot or utensil that we needed. We chose this house because it was kid-friendly (whereas many other listings had plenty of things my kids could break). It was a great home away from home.

My family (kids 13, 5, and 3) and I just got back from staying a week at Alex and Casie's place. We had a great stay with everything we needed. A location convenient to the Black Hills (Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park), Badlands National Park, and restaurants / Walmart in Rapid City. There is also plenty of space to stretch out after a long day of sightseeing (teenage son enjoyed having space to watch videos down in the basement). The kitchen was well appointed, though we only cooked once (being vacational after all). During our stay we communicated with Alex via text. Responses were quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house for a South Dakota vacation.

This house was a good fit for our family trip of parents, one married son with three children and a single daughter. It is located near a Walmart which we used to supply food for breakfast and then supper after a full day of sightseeing. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and dishes. More attention could be given to cleaning and dusting.

The house was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It was close to restaurants and shopping. My 7 year old loved watching movies in the basement every night. We had a great time!

This was a nice home centrally located to everywhere we wanted to visit. My 2 year old thought it was the greatest place on earth with the kids toys and the trampoline. We would definitely stay again.

This property was located in a very convenient spot. Close to some shopping, gas station, and fast food for the nights you don't want to cook. The house fit the 7 of us perfect. The host was great. He helped us out when we had car trouble. Very happy with the experience.

Everything was as advertised and was perfect for us

We stayed at this place with 5 adults and 2 kids on a family trip to the Black Hills. The kids had lots of toys to entertain them and the large backyard/patio was a great entertaining area. We went to Mount Rushmore, Hills Alive, and Storybook island and they were all just a short drive away. The only cons to the property were: 1) the thermostat being locked to go no lower than 72 and 2) the downstairs hide a bed not being very comfortable. Other than that would stay here again!

We were within reasonable distance to everything we wanted to check out in the black hills area and was nice to come back at the end of the day to a comfy bed and cool air conditioned home. theexactly as advertised. There was plenty of parking for our three vehicles and enough beds to sleep our midsized group. The backyard is open and clean with grill access, perfect way to enjoy the 4th of July. The downstairs family room/den is ideal for cooling off and enjoying the entertainment set up and big TV for movies. When we had questions we were able to reach the owner via text almost immediately with a clarification. Honestly can't say enough good things about the property, so glad we were able to stay over the holiday. Would definitely recommend!

This lovely home was the perfect landing spot for our family of 5 while visiting Mt. Rushmore and the other amazing attractions around and in Rapid City SD. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfy. The day we arrived it was very late and the temps reached 112 degrees and it was so nice to enter this adorable home that was cool and inviting. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable for everyone. We didn’t really spend a lot of time in the house during the day but it was so nice to pull into the driveway at the end of a long day of sightseeing and relax in such a homey place. I would love to go back and just see the rest of Rapid City. We wandered around the downtown area and took pictures with some of the president statues. Lots of fun shops and restaurants that we didn’t get to visit this time. The owners of this property have got a great spot and they made it so warm and inviting for our family. Thank you for your hospitality.

The house was wonderful and very clean. I would recommend this company, it is way better than staying in a 2 queen bed hotel room.
