We had the pleasure of staying at Chris's stunning beachfront condo during our recent getaway. The kitchen, equipped with brand new appliances and an impressive array of chef-quality cooking amenities, truly stood out. Additionally, having access to a full-size washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. The beach itself offered a sense of privacy rarely found in the area, and the included rental of beach chairs and umbrellas was a delightful bonus. Chris went above and beyond by providing us with thorough and detailed instructions, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we look forward to visiting again!

the owner is wonderful to work with, very clean condo with everything you need. Quite beach area, although there is ongoing construction in front of building and some renovations on the exterior of the building. Still all in all a great place and will return

Chris is great to work with, provides everything you need for your stay and the condo is always clean and well kept. Me and my daughter had a great time! It’s also in a great location you can easily get to Pier Park and other attractions and stores. The only issue I have and not with this condo or Chris is the elevators always have issues. It’s my 3rd time we’ve stayed in the building and the elevators have been down each time.

The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. The views of the beach were awesome. It is so nice that chairs and a umbrella come with the unit. The beach is private for Aquavista so it is not crowded at all like it is at the high rise condos. Christine was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions very promptly.

This property was the cleanest condo we have stayed in. The room had all cooking appliances and utensils you would need.

Our stay was awesome. Condo is beautiful only problem was when we got there was finding a parking spot for a big truck. Have to park on outside of spaces to fit and finding a moving cart available to take belongings up to room. Other than that it was awesome

We loved everything about our stay! Perfect location over looking the beach, right on the main strip and the property well taken care of.

The building was under construction, but it did not impact the ability to relax while in the room. Very close to beach, hot tub and pool open early and stay open late.

We've come here for three years now and it never disappoints. Everything is and was absolutely perfect. Christine is a wonderful host and makes it a pleasant and comfortable environment. We plan to come back next year and will be staying with Christine again. Thank you so much for making my daughter's dreams come true!

Our condo was beautiful that we rented. Easy access to everything. Beach was so nice with the provided chair service. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a fun vacation!

The property is very wonderful the furniture needs much updated. The twin beds in the second bedroom feels like you will fall out of the bed. Couch and chairs in living area are worn they don't look worn but when you sit its hard to get up. Other than that wonderful stay second time in this condo

Beach access was wonderful and they had plenty of water toys stowed away for our little guy to enjoy on the beach. Balcony view was beautiful. Quiet hours made it feel like we weren't in a college spring break town so we could actually relax and enjoy the sound of crashing waves

The condo is fantastic - very clean, great view, comfortable beds, and nicely stocked with a starting set of basic necessities. Our family had a wonderful time, it truly is a sanctuary of relaxation with minimal crowds and lots of room on the beach. It’s in a great location, close to most anything you want to do, and you can walk across the street to the grocery store. If you don’t let the construction bother you (didn’t impact our stay at all), then this is the place to stay!

Chris is awesome to work with, her unit is clean and furnished with anything you might need. The complex is under renovation this year and made for some noise and messes to deal with. Theyve changed the rental chairs to the portable one and aren't as accomidating as the previous years. Also the road construction in front is very much a mess and looks as though it will be awhile before competition. Love the unit, love the location hoping all is better next year.

I stayed in 603-E the condo itself is decorated cute and the owner very attentive. The bed was comfortable. Several of the utensils on the counter have broken handles so they are pretty useless. The can opener needs to be sharpened or replaced. There isn’t enough hot water for 3 people to take a shower. The deadbolt requires moving the door to get it to lock. Nothing that would keep me from coming back to the condo since the owner is very sweet and the condo overall is great. There is a spot on the balcony which you can get you foot caught on if you aren’t careful. However, if you are booked there at least for the next year be aware. You pay for a view and ours had cables hanging down from the work being done on the front of the building. The pool and hot tub were nice but not well maintained as the hot tub barely bubbles and several lights were out on both. As you pull up to the condo it looks like a war zone between the road work in front of the condo and the work they are doing on the condos. Parking was a nightmare! They had a ton of parking blocked off and if you couldn’t find a parking spot they would text you and threaten to tow you at 8 am since I refused to walk at 11 pm when we got back from Pier Park. You were expected to park across the street if you couldn’t find a spot then walk across. Mind you where they have you walk it floods every time it rains. There are no sidewalks anywhere near the condos on the road because of the road construction. The beach in front of the condo has a straight down slope and the west end is a lot slower to clear up after storms than the East end. At 7:50AM workers were beating around outside of my kids windows and tapping on the windows. The guy who manages the beach chairs refuses to allow you to move closer to the beach so you hear jack hammering the entire time you are trying to relax at the beach. I spent a lot of time driving around trying to find a spot to park, had paint chips and debris landing on my car from them power washing the old paint off the building, and there is drywall stucco mud everywhere you go. The elevator honestly feels like a death trap every time you get in it shaking as it moves and has a door which doesn’t stop and reopen when it hits something. The door just keeps pushing on you trying to close which about broke our wagon and smashed a ton of stuff on our first trip up! The gate to the beach worked about half of the time. Nice condo unfortunate location.

My family and I will not be returning to Aquavista. Inside the condo was nice, had everything needed. I had 2 other families staying at Aquavista same time and we all had a terrible experience. It's disappointing the owner didn't give clear details about the real construction. The owner stated PCB was doing construction... that is true but it is not worse than the construction going on at the CONDO. If I'd known about the drilling, painting, scraping, etc. going on I would have picked a different spot. Expect to get paint on your vehicle also. Keep in mind that PARKING is NOT guaranteed even for 1 vehicle. You park at Winn Dixie, where it says you'll get towed. The price you pay to enjoy a week away was not worth it here. Elevators are sketchy and didn't work for 2 days on east and west side. It's no fun carrying groceries up 6 flights. Renters ask about construction before renting. I wish I could've been warned. Would love to post pictures if possible. I'll take my money elsewhere in the future. Some people even got money back that I know for the inconvenience. Everyone at the pool and beach had the same opinions. Good luck!

Private beach is not crowded at all. Kitchen is fully equipped , apartment is clean and has nice decorations. The only problem is construction going on inside of the building, making a lot of noise but overall we had wonderful time and we highly recommend this place

The condo was great but not sure about a return trip there because of all the construction going on outside.

This is our second time here and we love it. The condo is always fantastic and with two kids a full size washer and dryer is essential! They have everything you need! We will be staying again!

This condo was our haven, I can’t say enough good things about it. Everything you want is at your fingertips. The property manager, Christine, was kind and so easy to work with. I loved it being called Selah. I left a journal for all who visit, something I hope we will be able to share and bless the owners as much as they allowed us to be blessed by our magical stay! ❤️⛱🌊 many, many thanks!

Once again this was the perfect room for our family. Every appliance is top of the line. Soft linens and towels. Great perk of the beach chairs and umbrella. Dehumidifier is also excellent and helps keep a cool temperature. Only complaint is outside of the condo owners control - once again only one elevator worked. Also daily maintenance of scraping the stucco from the building that began before 9am and continued until 5pm. Constantly sounded like someone was using a jackhammer in the hallways

The area was quite and absolutely beautiful. The only issue was the elevator stayed out of order, had to call numerous times. Was on 6th floor and has to tote up heavy supplies. The elevator is a must on a multi floor condo.

Very well kept, owner was very on top of the info you will need for the stay. Very clean, no complaints on the room being maintained. I didn’t like how someone broke in the room sometime before our stay and it just appeared to be glued and strewed together but I think that goes back to the property manager. The beds were very nice too 👍🏻

Property was well equipped and very nice but a bit dated. You could not have had a better view of the ocean and access to the beach. There was some major road construction right in front of the building which was a little annoying but there was nothing that could be done about that. We liked the fact it had under building parking which kept your car out of the hot sun. All in all it was more than adequate for our needs and we had a good vacation.

A delightful destination for us as our get-away from northern sub-zero weather. The condo was as pictured with a very well stocked kitchen, great views, beautiful sandy beaches, convenient to shopping/entertainment and very clean. If the pillows had been as fluffy as the towels all would have been perfect!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The beach was very nice, even tho they had construction work going on it was so interesting to watch . Condo was very nice and they had lot of different items to help us get started available.

Beautiful property with beautiful views. Chris was wonderful from beginning to end. I had a special request and she was happy to accommodate the request. I would stay here again.
