The location was an easy drive with GPS from SJU airport. From the time we arrived to the time we left everyone was friendly and helpful. The condo was spacious, modern, well cared for, with a great view of both the pool and the mountains. Palmas is huge, I would recommend renting a golf cart even for a day to tour all of it. We didn't eat in Palmas much, there is a great food truck park a few miles out, and the food truck/stands along the streets are also a must. We traveled to Patillas by coast and the view was breath taking the entire way. We stopped at a local bakery to bring home goodies the day before we checked out. On check out day I made it to the airport and realized we forgot our goodies on the counter. The condo manager offered for his son to drive to the airport with our baked goods which goes to show the kindness you can expect. We will be back for certain.

Really enjoyed my stay . Loved the condo and location

This is my 3rd visit to PR and love the island and people. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The space had plenty of room for 4 people and the pool was just below us. The beach was just okay, the seaweed season is here and the eastern side of the island got hit. So the beach was unswimable and had an odor for 1/2 our stay. Overall a good time and value

We stayed for a week over the kids spring break. The condo was exactly as described. Only thing is that the pics in the listing don’t do it justice! Felt above my pay grade. One minute walk to the big, clean quiet pool. Great view of the pool to keep an eye on the kids. Felt totally safe. Safe enough for the kids, 15 and 13, to walk to the plaza for ice cream and pizza. Warm sun on the balcony in the evenings. Had cooking gear for breakfast and a few dinners in. Would stay again for sure.

The villa was very beautiful and clean great for families, close to the beach and inside palmas del mar the only problem i had was that if you barely make any noise the neighbors downstairs will complain for any little noise you make like they left me a note saying i was moving furniture late at night which i wasn't because i would usually go to sleep around 9pm to get up early the only thing i would move is the chairs in the dining room to sit and eat even then i would mostly pick them up so they would make noise besides that noise complain everything else was great!

Pros: Plenty of room and right by the pool. Lots of restaurants on site. Parking right out front. Very secure. Check in/out was easy. Grocery / Stores close by. Cons: Twin mattresses were SO hard and uncomfortable. No mattress pads or top sheets on any beds. (mattresses were clean but still seemed odd) Short brown hair was everywhere. Refrigerator was not clean. Could not adjust temperature and it was cold. Dirty sock found in end table of master bedroom. Tons of ants by master bed. Palmas Del Mar property is absolutely beautiful and certainly well maintained. Navigating it took some effort, however. Just a suggestion to maybe consider leaving a property map or some tips for renters. It would really be helpful for people not familiar with the area. Parking at Palmanova Plaza was very difficult and service at all of the restaurants we visited was definitely sub-par. It’s unfortunate because there is so much potential for it to be a really cool place. The beach was very nice but we wouldn’t swim because of the rip currents. It was a great place to just hang out for the day though. We bought a day pass for $35 to hang out at the Wyndham on our last day. We understood that there was also a casino there but we were told it “isn’t working right now”. All in all I would stay at Palmas again.

Palmas Del Mar is a nice resort and we felt very safe there. The condo itself was fine but could definitely use some new supplies like nicer sheets and bedding, towels (no hand towels to be found), kitchen supplies. While we only did minimal cooking, there was not even an oven mit or a kitchen towel to use. The grounds of the condo are very nice and the pool area is comfortable and relaxed. Overall we enjoyed our stay in PR and appreciated having a quiet condo to relax in after long days of exploring.

Great place for vacation

Villa generally met expectations. Non-working microwave was replaced within hours of notifying. Major downside, however, was the mattress (way too soft) and bed linen (way too thin). We recommend both be replaced/upgraded.

The kitchen was not so tidy few ants, checkin has to be called 3 days in advance and lots of contracts signed make sure you have the time to do before you go owner comes personally to greet you and say goodbye lol but he’s great!

We faced multiple delays with our flight and car rental and didn’t get to the property u til 1 a.m., the property manager Carlos happily waited was their to meet us to go over the property and give us the keys. It was above and beyond and we were very grateful. The condo itself was beautiful and as described in the listing. The balcony views are serene and a peaceful way to end your night. Would 100% rent again.

Nice location with short car rides to other locations. Nice villa right in front of pool (which we enjoyed) would be happy to visit again. Really helpful, welcoming and friendly property manager also.

Nice location (by pools). The listing is accurate and it is an outstanding value. There was a little hiccup regarding check-in but the owner made it right. Overall a great stay and I would recommend.

The Property was beautiful. It's 24 hours gated community. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer & dryer, large living room & dining room. Love the porch they have. We love the area & we will definitely come back again 💯%

We are a family of four and this property had all we needed. Just like in the listing spacious & clean with a lovely view. We all enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved everything! The owners were attentive and flexible when we had to make a last second date change from Covid. They were always cheerful and helpful in their replies. I loved having a view of the pool and hot tub when my kids and teens were swimming so I could keep an eye on things. The beach was a short walk away. The gate pass to get out to the beach was missing and the replacement hadn't arrived yet. Perhaps having a spare pass nearby would be helpful for other guests. The property manager was wonderful. We enjoyed finding coconuts on the beach and snorkeling! The place was clean when we arrived. Overall 5 stars for a family vacation great place to stay!

This place was great. Nice and quiet location in Palmas Del Mar (near a pool and hot tub with only a .4 mile walk to the beach).

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 week stay immensely, an escape from the cold. Our home away from home was clean and roomy, the veranda was our evening pleasure! Any issues were minor and addressed immediately, Carlos was awesome! Our host were gracious, accommodating and responded almost immediately with any questions we had prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would love a return. Thank you Vanessa!

Spacious well melt

This property was perfect for my family. It was a total of 7 of us. 4 adults and 3 kids and the space is big enough for us not to feel cramped. I love the high ceilings. AC was great. The pool right outside of our room was awesome (wear sunscreen!). The washer and dryer were very convenient. The rooms were modern and the mattress was super comfortable. I will definitely stay here again in my future stays. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect. The apartment was amazing. The views were great.

We had a great stay but there were moments when access to the property was problematic. Guards at the gate weren’t there the front day when we arrived and a switched digit in a phone number made us wait at the gate for a bit. The keycard was also not functional and when we inquired at the walking gate, they just said to walk around. It was fine but just a weird response

My husband and I stayed for 8 days. At arrival we were greeted at the apartment by the complex manager Carlos, he was excellent very friendly and professional. The apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Would like to extend our gratitude to Carlos and the owners.

Our experience was wonderful, Carlos the manager was helpful, and was very receptive in calling us back regarding any question we might have had. The Villa has an awesome view, we felt safe and the Villa was clean. We would return there in a heartbeat. Our granddaughters were impressed and they loved having the pool some days for themselves. It was an enjoyable stay, due to the fact that in these times of uncertainty it’s great to know that you are secure and that is one less thing to think about! Beautiful Villa, beautiful stay!!

The property was spacious, all appliances were in good order, and everything was nice and neatly cleaned. Will definitely stay here again. It certainly is a pleasure to say how marvelous our stay in the Villa 742 at Fairway Court in Palmas Del Mar, Humacao. We loved how everything in the Villa turned out to be exactly as depicted on the website and more. The living room and dining room were large and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the bedrooms luxurious, the building well-maintained and very quiet. All was spotlessly clean and the linens and towels generously supplied. The Villa could not be better located, pool and hot tub - fully functional and all this is after the Villa suffered two major hurricanes on the island. Not once did we lose electricity and everything working in magnanimous conditions. An enjoyable part of our stay was exploring the Villas beaches and site seeing and being able to relax by the pool. The Villa is safe and family orientated. I have to again compliment on how beautifully the Villa is kept and the Manager Carlos Vera who received us at the Villa and was there for any of our needs if we needed. Again, thank you very much for helping to make our trip an enjoyable experience. We will most definitely recommend Friends and Family members to Fairway Court Villa 742. My family enjoyed our stay at the Palmas Del Mar resort. The condo was great! The view of the courtyard & pool area was great from the balcony. The condo was more spacious than the pictures eluded to. Honestly, I don't think the pictures do the place justice. The only trouble we had was with the wifi the first night. I emailed the owner & he was very prompt & helpful in getting it resolved. We ate at a restaurant in the resort the first night, which had very good food & service. We spent the majority of our time in Fajardo, which is only about a 35 minute drive from the resort. There is lots to do there. We also took a water taxi to Palomino Island & Icacos Island. Simply beautiful!! Just be prepared if you go to Icacos Island, to take plenty of water & food. There is nothing on the island...it's just an island. We would definitely come back to stay!

We stayed at the villa for 14 nights. Jaime was great with communication and worked with us on dates. The home was located in a quiet gated community with a beautiful view of the pool. We spent a few days at the home cooking on the very large BBQ and enjoying the large pool. We have stayed on the resort the last 3 years and found the security guards to be quite friendlier than the previous locations. We also found the home to be very comfortable and safe. Our daughters enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony and the closeness of the beach. Located in the center of all the necessities. We really enjoyed our stay and the comfort was exceptional. the house was cool and had everything you could need. We did snorkeling, kayaking, hiking,and gambling at the local casino. The food was amazing. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
