We have a very large family of 24, and this house comfortably fit all of us with room to spare. Christie was very quick to respond to all inquiries and was a pleasure to work with. The beach was just a short walk or golf cart ride away, which made for a very convenient location. I would highly recommend this property especially if you have a large group.

Upon arriving at the house, even before we got inside, we observed broken glass bottles and trash in the landscaping, and the swimming pool was green with algae. The inside of the house was dirty, with the owner having to call the housekeepers and pool maintenance person to do what was supposed to be done before we arrived. The furniture and kitchen utensils were “tired” and worn, with most of it needing to be replaced. Multiple light bulbs were burned out in most rooms. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and wouldn’t pull out, toilet valve broken, with maintenance man coming to fix. The house hasn’t had a deep cleaning in a long time, and was dirty. The home owner did a good job of quickly contacting workers to come do their jobs, but she is managing the house long distance. Until she gets a local house manager, I’m thinking similar issues will continue.

We had the best time staying at this property for a family reunion! We had 18 family members and this house worked great for our group! Christie was wonderful to work with and made our stay that much better! Thankfully the weather cooperated & we had fun beach days followed by fun at the pool & house! Would absolutely stay at this property again!

The house was great for our large group. Plenty of room. House was just as described. Property manager communicated with us through the entire process. We will be staying there next year.

The set up of the house is perfect for a large group. It was a great location for bike rides to multiple locations. We would definitely recommend the house. We had an issue with one of the toilets and it was taken care of immediately. List of positives from our experience could go on and on.

Great house that was perfect for two sides of the family

The property was perfect for a large group of adults in town for a sporting event. It was clean and accommodated us great! Christie was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future!!

We had a group of 30- 12 adults and 18 kids from infant to 11 and this place was perfect. Plenty of parking, king sized beds for all the adults, kids loved the pool, close to the beach. There are a few parking spots by the Eastern lake access but you could also walk. The coastal lake is so nice for younger kids to play in. Overall, awesome experience, would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with plenty of room to spread out for family vacation. Great pool, close to numerous public beaches. Quick and easy communication with owner when necessary. Would definitely recommend.

The house itself was very good. It was a big disappointment to our family to find so little EASY access to the beach in this whole area…even where there IS public access, there is virtually no parking or bathroom facilities (unlike much of the rest of 30A). The nearest public access was more than 1/2 mile away. If planning to spend some time ON the beach, a golf cart is necessary, not a luxury.

Only thing we had problem with is with the gravel driveway. It was hard coming and going on motorcycles. But other than that everything was great.

We loved staying at Seaside Reunion! We used the space for our family of 15 (8 adults, 7 kids ranging 6 months to 8 years). There were ample bedrooms/bathrooms and the pool was large enough for the entire family. It was so nice having two kitchen and living room spaces to spread out or closed off if needed. Christie was awesome to work with and answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly. Would highly recommend especially if staying with a large group!

First and formost I want to say Christie is such a great host! Her communication is great and quick! She answered any and every questions and concerns. My family really enjoyed her place. The kids loved the pool. The walk to the beach is a little ways, it says 8-10 mins but I felt like it was more, especially when you have to carry your beach items, but over all we managed. But it will be harder if you have elder adults. Thanks for hosting us. I highly recommend this place!

House was very nice and clean. We had a group of 26 and it had plenty of room for each of us. The kids love the pool and spa right in front of the home. Beach access wasn't the best but wasn't too bad either about a 8 to 10 min walk. Over all it was pretty good trip for my bunch

We had 24 family members from 83 to 1 and this house was fantastic. Having 2 kitchens, dining & living rooms was so convenient. We loved the pool & the location was fantastic. The walk to the beach warranted a golf for older folks & those with mobility issues. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time. There was plenty of space, with enough bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate our group of 20+. The pool area was large enough for all of us to hang around and a spacious pool were many of us could get in and not feel cramped up. A few minutes walk and you could be sitting on the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

Our large family was thrilled with the number of rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms! Four master suites are huge; and having double living rooms, kitchens, and washing machines was wonderful. Renting a golf cart was a great idea and bikes were very helpful for getting to the beach easily. Christie is very responsive and assisted with concerns immediately.

The set up of the property is perfect for large groups. The pool was a life saver for those that had difficulty getting back and forth to the beach. The house is clean, well-equipped and owner was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely rent again but a shared golf cart will be helpful given the walk to the beach for those older travelers or those with small children. The area was extremely crowded but I think we just were there at a very busy time. Would rent again!

Communication with owner was awesome. We chatted throughout. Property was very clean, and perfect for our group of 26. Being able to close the door at night and during nap time was fantastic. The pool is large and perfect for all ages. Beach access is a little ways away, but fine. All was well!

This was the perfect gathering place for our family of 17! From my two-year-old grandson who needed his own sleeping space to my 87-year-old mom who enjoyed a quiet king suite with balcony, everyone was happy! We had two kitchens to help with cooking large meals, and with two large dining tables, everyone had a seat! The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was a wonderful asset to our vacation. It was a great size, and at the end of May the water temperature was perfect. We made daily trips to the beach, and the house was close enough for us to transport everyone and all our beach gear to the closest beach access. The vehicle drivers then returned to the house and took a short walk to meet us back at the beach. There are two beach accesses nearby: one requires you to cross a shallow lagoon (that's the one we used) and the other one, a short distance away, has a wooden walkway all the way to the sand. Christie was a wonderful host. She made sure all the instructions were clear, she was available for questions, and our check-in was flawless. We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is huge and we had more then enough room for all 21 of us! Christie was very friendly and quick to answer any questions leading up to our stay and well there.

We had my husband and myself with 6 of our children their spouses and grand children and we still had plenty of room. The pool was perfect since a few of our days we could not swim in the ocean. Everyone loved the place. Will definitely come back.

The property was a nice house to take my whole family. My wife and I, t children with their spouses, and 10 grandkids. The grandkids loved the pool. Just wish the access to the ocean was a little closer. Plenty of restaurants close by.

The property was great for us. There was room for people to have different games and activities without interrupting or interfering with others. Two kitchens were helpful in the mornings when some people were still trying to sleep and at night when lots of food needed to be cooked for the whole group. Outsides temperatures were not hot, let’s say mid 60s, but the pool was plenty warm. The spa was good for some while the real fun was in the main pool. The beach requires you to walk a little, but for us, that was fine. Everyone took their walks and runs along the beach without hesitation. We enjoyed our stay and we’d also like to mention that the owner was proactive checking if we had any issues. Of course, there was nothing that needed attention while we were there. Christee was great at communicating information, recommendations, and responding to text within minutes. The house was big enough for 19 adults ( most with partner/spouse and 3 teenage kids. The two kitchens had everything you needed for cooking The four tables had plenty of seats for eating with a group our size. The location was nice and close to the beach access, stores and restaurants. Recommend renting a golf cart for easy parking in most places (parking spots are a premium). I would also recommend bringing or renting bikes to explore all the towns along the beach. They have good bike paths that keep you off the main road. The pool was a nice feature and allowed everyone to gather when not at the beach We had it heated, so it was usable during November. The house can also be split in half if you have a smaller group-you would only share the pool area. Overall it was a great place to rent and we would rent it again in the future.

This property was amazing. We could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone had their own space (bedrooms) and there was plenty of common space for the 10 of us to hang out. Would definitely reccomend this property!
