Our apartment bedroom very hot. You cannot open your doors as ours opened onto a party tourist street so extremely noisy Very small duvets No fitted sheet on the mattress - linen not up to the standard of the Apartments. Staff do not answer phones when trying to contact them. Customer service ethic lacking at Reception A 2 bedroomed Apartment is only a one bedroom with a stretcher bed in living area ( very confusing/misleading on Booking.com )

Location, Room quality and property ambience

Extra amount they charged me during booking as my previous booking got cancelled. Booked 3 rooms but all were in different apartments.

spacious and very clean flat. great location in old town. very convenient parking

could cater a little more to families (eg high chair, cot) and provide a few more basics in the flat (more cooking utensils, cooking oil, dishwasher / washing machine tablets, etc.)

The building and apartment were excelent, spacious and the location could not be better, close to the altstadt but not in the "mess".

The kitchen was not very well equipped.

The location was great, close to the river Rhine, all the restaurants and shops and the tram station. It was clean and the staff, Pedro was helpful for sure. 100% recommendation with my pleasure.

I dn't think there was anything I didn't like. Everything was great. I cannot even name one.

Bed sheets should be changed at least twice a wee, not one time.
