It was clean and in a very good location.

The location is very good, in the centre of the Old City. Many (small) restaurants in the sorroundings. The (bath)room and the linnen are (very) clean. The bed is comfortable. Sufficient electrical sockets.

We took the biggest room located at the topfloor (4th floor). No lift, so it's not suitable for elderly people. For us it's a hotel for one night only (with minimum luggage). 2 nights stay or more is not for us. Limited room ammenities, no breakfast, no coffee maker or watercooker. So you have to bring it yourself. Almost no place for your clothes to hang up. Sorry, but we won't come back again.

it was really cold, not clean and a glass window to the bathroom.

Very central location, the room looked great and we really enjoyed the (later than normal) check-out at 12:00.

I'm 1,70 tall and the bed was a little too short for me. Also, because the hotel has a very central location we could hear the music of the bar at the corner of the street. Sleeping was ok with some earplugs. So don't forget to bring them if you are a light sleeper.

The location was perfect in the bar district of Duesseldorf. Therefore, it is great little hotel for young folks who want to have a good night out.

The hotel room was very small and I would have liked to have a bit more space. However, the room was clean and for a one night stay it was absolutely ok.

great location and charming decor

our room was on 5th floor with no lift and very narrow stairs. getting luggage up and down was a challenge. toiletries were very basic. Ned sheets had an old stain and towels were very worn out. very strong smell when entering the building (paint) but it wasn’t problem in the room.

The room is a work of art, minimalist, wonderfully designed and a pleasure to be in. the location is perfect in the Altstadt.

Was sent an email ON THE DAY of arrival that I did not receive as I was traveling, that I would have to let them know what time I was expected to arrive as the reception was not on site, I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive with kids that were tired and fed up, one of which is autistic and could not understand why we had to wait. I emailed the hotel asking for them to book a taxi for me (on booking.com it says that they have a concierge service - the do NOT!) but I never got a response. No front desk. Front door to the hotel - which is literally just a door and difficult to find - NEVER locked despite given a key to unlock it. Unclear instructions what to do when you get there. Horrible smell in corridors. Shower leaked all over the bathroom and into the room. Room looks like it has twin beds but it doesn't and bed upstairs is much smaller than it looks. Was woken up at 2am by noise from the street downstairs and people shouting. Room is on 4th floor and no lift and no offer of help to take my suitcase up. Could not wait to leave this hotel.

Check in is supposed to be at 15. I arrived, and the hotel was closed, there was no one there. I called, had to wait half an hour in the street with my luggage for someone to come open the door for me. Apparently the hotel reception doesn't exist anymore??? There is no lift, I had to carry my 30 kilo luggage three stories up narrow stairs. Check out is at 12. "Room service" knocked on my door at 11:03 to ask when I'm leaving. I really don't know how this place passes as a "hotel".

It looks beautiful!! Perfect little space for a short stay in Düsseldorf.

It was really cold! The heater, even on high, doesn't heat the room. I had to turn the shower on to heat the room.

The room was pretty (even though it was tony) and I slept alright even thought the bed was very soft.

Arrival was complicated. There was a key lock box rather than any reception. I wasnt given the box code until I emailed when I was stood outside. The phone number given wasnt in service. The room was very small. There were lots of Mark's on the walls yet there was a note saying we had to pay a 50 euro deposit so how would they know of any of the damage was new. It was an unsettling arrival and a cramped stay.

It was ok. I just love when you do not have to meet with anyone. They just leave you the keys in a safebox.
