We were with our family of 12 people. The welcome was warm (despite our late arrival). The rooms are spacious. Most bathrooms are also spacious. The larger rooms had more than enough storage space for clothes and belongings. The smaller bedrooms have less storage space. Some maintenance may need to be done here and there. The garden is fantastic with a nice swimming pool. The staff are friendly and polite and provided a wonderful time with delicious food.

Second group in two weeks and same opinion. Chief and his people the biggest asset of the villa. Great service ,nice people. Fast and accurate contact with assistance manager Gede-he was for us any minute-both groups. Thank you Gede!!! Villa is perfect for family of 10 adults and 4-8 kids or for 10-14 good friends.

Chief Km Dharma and his people are great!!! Very good communication with Hery- the manager. Molly-the driver-great skills and tour guide. I have never seen more polite,nice,easy to contact people in this type of service. Thank you guys!!! Villa as a building needs few improvements to make the same level like working there people.

The staff were amazing. The villa unfortunately has a really bad case of ants and mosquitoes all day and night. The driver wasn’t there to collect us from the airport as they had thought we were arriving on the Sunday but not sure why they thought that when the booking confirmation stated Saturday. The rooms were nice and clean. The description of the villa isn’t quite right. It states there is a washing machine and dishwasher and luxury kitchen. All this is incorrect. My children had both cut themselves on the floor of the pool as the tile had broken and my daughters foot bled for a good 30 minutes. The staff and chef are amazing and that’s the best part of it. They couldn’t do enough for us. They definitely made it worth staying

The property was perfect and comfortable for our family group of 8 adults and 1 teenager. It was very well located for the 2 over 50’s and the teenager, however the 20 to 30 year olds found it too far from the bars, eateries and night life now centred around Seminyak (45 to 60 min by car 30 min by scooter) The villa itself was a perfect size with very friendly staff. The driver was very flexible and put up with long days and waits. The breakfast was very adequate and was a great way to get all the family going for the day and an opportunity to share all our experiences. We used the chef only once for dinner due to the variety of restaurants close by and further afield. The pool was a delight, well kept and very clean. The Villa is showing signs of wear and needs some maintenance unsurprising due to the 2 year gap in tourism. All in all a very lovely place to stay.

This was one on the best trips my family and I have ever taken and it’s definitely due to the hospitality at this villa. Upon arrival at the airport there were two van waiting to pick us up. We entered the home and all the staff were called to come out as they were introduced to us one by one. The Chef, the driver, the Gardner, and several additional house helpers that maintained the cleanliness of the property. They were all very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Typically we book excursion before traveling but I sent Mr. Craig the activities we were interested in so that he could be sure the operators could pick us up from our Villa location. It wasn’t until this point that I realized we had a driver everyday for 8 hours provided by the Villa. Mr. Craig suggested we let the driver know where we wanted to go instead of booking online. That was the best decision ever!!! You contribute to the gas and it was a little extra per hour if you need it longer than 8 hrs a day. The chef if amazing!!! Although there maybe some small language barriers if you use the curated menu the chef will have every single detail included. I can not get over how amazing the food was Everyday!!! The Villa comes with breakfast of choice daily and you pay an addition $4-$6 per meal if you want to include lunch or dinner. We literally only at out once. Our room were very clean. I appreciate the staff cleaning our rooms and common areas. Ohhhh please don’t let me forget the massage!!! My family always book a spa day. Well this trip we didn’t have to because the Villa came with a massage for every adult. The Villa has given attention to the most important details. The host suggested places for us to tour daily up until the day we departed. The Gates of Heaven, The Beach, The Shopping Stores, Jewlery, Money Forrest, Waterfall, and so much more. Beautiful, amazing, friendly vibes.
