This was our third stay at VL. We were extremely impressed at how well-kept this property is, despite the harsh 2023 winter. The hospitality and communication from both the owner the caretaker were exceptional. For its size, the property is priced appropriately such that it's a very economical stay. I highly recommend co-living w fam & friends in this amazing property for your next stay in June. You will not regret the decision. We will be back!

The Victory Lodge is beautiful with cool antique items throughout the lodge. The views are amazing and it was such a great experience to stay here.

An experience everyone should try! The lodge was a perfect spot for a family gathering. Art was super helpful. Sleeps 18 people comfortably.

Stayed with a group of friends and family, with roughly 10 children ranging from 0 to 9yrs old. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The house itself was very impressive in regards to craftmanship, ammenties, and features. Everyone loved it. We have already booked another trip for 2024!

Beautiful facility; however, Needed a few minor updates some bathroom doors were hard to lock; some toilets were not flushing properly; mattresses needed to be changed; seemed too old. Told Art property manager

Property is absolutely beautiful., pictures do not do it justice. There were 18 adults and 3 under 3. Art, the caretaker is amazing and was always there and prompt when we had questions. Perfect place for a big gathering, with beautiful scenery. Had the most wonderful Christmas/family reunion. Would definitely stay there again.

There is no place like The Victory Lodge. It truly is a magical place with everything you could ever need. We stayed with our whole family (20 people) and had plenty of room for alone time when we needed it. Art, the property manager was wonderful as well. This place and our vacation was one of the best we’ve had.

The house was beautiful and more than enough room to hold and entertain 18ppl. Lots of fun to be had there. There are a few things that need to be fixed(bbq, ice machines and screens on doors or windows) but overall amazing. Art was great!! He was very helpful and accommodating.

Stayed with our family for our wedding amazing place housed all of us so nicely, had a ton of amenities we took advantage of including June lake catering and the massage room. Art was a tremendous help away available and extremely accommodating to our ever changing needs before and during our stay. It is being referred to as once in a life time trip by our whole family.

We rented this lodge for my dad's 80th birthday party and family reunion. The pictures don't do it justice. This is a magical place for family gatherings. And Art the house manager is on point to your every need. Highly recommended.

We all had a delightful stay at the Victory Lodge. Everything was smooth and easy, thanks to Art, the on-site manager. There were only eight of us, so we really spread out and enjoyed all the spaces. I wish I had a prep kitchen in my own house -- it was great for multiple simultaneous cooks!

Our group of 20 had an absolutely amazing time at Victory Lodge. The location is ideal with breathtaking views of Gull Lake from most rooms in the house. All ages had fun with the game rooms, and there was plenty of space for "me time" as needed. The proximity to June Lake amenities - really good beer at the brewery, delicious food at a few local restaurants, gear rentals at Ernies, basic necessities at the general store - as well as short drives to June Mountain for downhill skiing/snowboarding and to a few incredible trails for snow shoeing and xx skiing made the location extra perfect. We had to drive to Mammoth Lakes (about 30 min) for a grocery store, but that was easy as we were up there anyhow for skiing/snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain - which was amazing. Any question I had, from prior to reservation on through check out, was answered promptly and thoughtfully. Art was on site and available as needed, which was a really nice perk. Couldn't have asked for a better Winter vacation!!

We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday. This place is everything and more. It’s so big but feels so cozy and homey. All of the rooms are big and so comfortable. The views are incredible. I don’t know how to say it enough. This place was heaven. Stay here.

We celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday with family and friends. We were all in awe over the property and hospitality of the caretaker. The lodge was perfect and beat our expectations. We are planning to rebook for a future stay. We ended up spending 90% of our time at the lodge since there was so much to do and such a beautiful place. Thank you to Art for making our stay so welcoming!

I have rented houses up to 26,500 square feet, and the Victory Lodge is absolutely incredible. Art, the property manager, is extremely helpful, and so cool that we invited him to hang out with us an entire evening. You won't be disappointed with this stunning retreat on Gull Lake

Fantastic mansion! Largest property with the best lake-front view of Gull Lake in the area! Custom and unique woodworks, furniture and art pieces throughout. From the impressive great room to the game/casino room to sauna/steam room, there is everything for everyone. Art, the caretaker, is very helpful/friendly. Centrally located with short scenic drive (June Lake Loop) to nearby June/Silver/Grant/Mono Lakes. Mammoth area is also within 30 min drive away. But don't go out too much; stay put at the mansion to enjoy the unbeatable lake and mountain view while enjoying all the comfort/amenities and space that this awesome mansion has to offer. Highly recommended. It's worth it.

Our large family loved our recent trip to June Lake and Victory Lodge. It was a wonderful area with lots to do and an amazing home with plush beds, tons of recreation, and huge kitchen. We grilled one night on the spacious deck and witnessed some incredible stargazing! The caretaker helped us with a paddle boarding adventure and was incredibly helpful and personable. Everyone had a great time!

We will be back next year.

We stayed here last year and it was just as amazing as the first time. 20 min to mammoth mountain in a beautiful little town. June lake mountain has always been great too. This house has equivalent to 3 fridge and freezers and a fully equipped kitchen..an espresso machine. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. This cabin is full of sturdy furniture and it's a perfect place for any age. We have 6 kids 13 to 1 years old. It was perfect for our yearly extended family trip. The manager,Art, was over and beyond helpful. Even offering to build an outdoor fire for use to do s'mores and giving the kids sleds to play. We felt so at home. Can't wait til next year.

Incredible property and so much to explore. There were 14 of us, 6 kids and it felt like we were living in a chalet/hotel. So much to do & see for kids. Beautiful great room with majestic views. Art rheanager who lives on properly nearby was so helpful and fantastic. Truly an overwhelming and fantastic place esp if there’s a large group that wants to be together

This is a truly unique house and experience! We spent a long weekend at this wonderful house with a group of friends and our kids. The house is impeccable and each detail has a story. The house is loaded with games and accessories making it a very fun time for everyone. Thank you for sharing this amazing house!

Another great trip.

This home is so amazing! The quality of everything in the home was stunning. We had a bunch of kids and babies there and it was so easy because everything was high enough that little kids could not reach. The house was so clean! Not any dust anywhere! The view was like from a magazine!! Stunning sunrise and sunsets...The distance to June mountain was about 10 minutes and to Mammoth mountain was 30 min. Evan (the care taker) was so helpful and kind. He was easy to talk with and made the home immaculate for us to arrive to. He also was available when we texted him. We never had a hard time trying to get ahold of him for questions. We will definitely rent this cabin again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the Victory Lodge in June Lake. The views and accommodations were remarkable. It was clean, spacious, with plenty of supplies and equipment for a large family like ours. We strongly recommend it and will be back to experience summertime as well!

Victory Lodge exceeded all of our expectations. The pictures on the website do not do this place justice. Every details of the house/property are amazing and very well maintained. Evan (on site caretaker) was very helpful throughout our stay by being extremely timely in responding whenever we had a question. Tom Goodwin (owner) was also very responsive from the time we booked until we arrived, answering plenty of questions as we prepared for our trip.
