Would like to suggest to check/clean the aircon monthly! was noisy when I stayed

Location near airport. Supportive staff. Facilities well invested. Motor bike rent. Good enough in-room lightning. Upgraded to a room with balcony but it cannot open.

Noisy air-con. Baby milk vomits smell like stuck in the room, perhaps left-over from previous guess takes time to leave. Having left the window open for fresh air invited a cat in midnight and I had to let it go out before sleep resumes.

The location is right behind a small alley. There is a convenient store on the main road and surround by a number of delicious local food restaurants.

It is noisy neighborhood especially in the morning. I can hear people arguing, fighting including noisy motorbike. My room is unfortunately in front of an elevator. I stayed there for 8 nights. They never clean my room.

Location is close to most of district 1 tourist attractions.

Place is showing the sign of being old. Everything is old and smelly. Try to clean and sanitize but didn't work. Bathroom has that sewage smell. AC was very dusty and dirty. We had to clean the filters. Helped somewhat but still not felt clean. Also, place is on the 5th floor where elevator/lift only goes up to 4th floor. So, if you have big/heavy or lot of stuff then can be inconvenient. Unfortunately, we don't think we will stay again.

The facilities are good, there's a chill place in 4th floor. What I concerned about is the sound of the train, everytime they ran by, I feel the entire floor in vibration.

Great room facilities.
