Nice and big light house. We had a weekend in Bowral for a family birthday and was 13 adults and 3 young kids. Really spacious and also super cosy. We ventured out mostly in the morning and anll chilled at the property in the aeco onwards. Everyone loved.

Our accommodation was of the highest standard, clean, great amenities, comfortable bedding, with a generous welcome from the host Carol, providing more than ample breakfast for each day, fresh flowers on arrival and a complementary bottle of good wine.
There is plenty of room for both adults and kids. Our family of 14 felt very spoilt and totally enjoyed our stay. We highly recommended Arborea for a holiday treat in the beautiful Highlands. Enjoy

We stayed here for 4 nights for my daughter’s wedding in Bowral. We had family and friends stay with us and everyone loved the property. There were plenty of spaces for people to socialise or find a quiet spot to read and relax.
Communication with Carol the host was fantastic.

The house was fantastic, it’s well presented and very well equipped. Carol the property manager called to advise when the house was ready for check in and also left generous touches like breakfast items for us. The house was a perfect size for our group, lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.

Perfect weekender
We loved our stay in Bowral. The house was immaculately presented and very clean. It was perfect for our girls weekend away. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Great appliances. Everything was perfect.

Great for a family reunion or group of friends
This lovely, large home had ample space for our extended family. Carol had thought of everything including providing some staples to start us off. It was across the road from a park, well located close to Bowral Centre. Our whole family enjoyed our catch up and we would definitely rebook again in the future.

Our stay in Bowral for a family wedding started at Arborea House Bowral. The house was warm, has 2 beautifully equipped kitchens and comfortable lounge and bedroom areas. A wonderful wedding and perfect accommodation. Kim from Bulli

Fabulous home with everything you would need
Accurate as listed home with all you needed to enjoy your stay. Very clean and comfortable. Carol was quick with response time and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast and bottle of wine awaited our visit and was much appreciated.

We had an excellent time. We had 8 adults and 5 children aged 10 months to 5years. The property has lots of parking, multiple living spaces and amenities such as washer, dryer, air-conditioning and dishwasher. We had lots of bathrooms and a jet spa. Netflix and board games for entertainment were also provided. The owner was very accommodating; I asked if there was a porta-cot available and she dropped one off within 20 minutes as well as a feeding chair. The house was well stocked with cleaning supplies and condiments and lots of utensils and cooking pans etc. The house is right opposite the park with a children's play area which was also handy! and a few minutes drive to the main shopping village.
The only negative was that under the beds was dusty and two adults had hayfever and found the sleeping/breathing difficult at night (different family and different bedrooms). Everyone else was fine.
Overall it is a fantastic place to stay!

Perfect Accommodation for a Large Group
Our extended family celebrated Christmas at Arborea Country Holiday House. We had a wonderful time and it was the perfect venue for a relaxing holiday, with space for everyone. The main living area had plenty of room for us all to be together but we still used the second living area that was set up with games for the children, the second dining room was used for a quiet cup of tea and even the second kitchen was utilised with all the extra Christmas cooking. Lots of platters, bowls, cutlery and glasses which is often overlooked. Comfortable beds with lovely linen and plenty of towels. Carol was so helpful and friendly and we really appreciated her sharing the beautiful space.

A well appointed and well located House to Stay in Bowral
We were pleasantly surprised with our Accomodation when we arrived.
Well appointed bedrooms, Massive Dining room and very well supplied Kitchen.
Carol our Hostess was ever so generous with her supply of Provisions she had left in the Fridge and cupboards for us.
6 Bedrooms. 2 kitchens. 2 Dining rooms. 4 Bathrooms and 2 Laundries. Not that we intended to use the Laundries.
We highly recommend this accomodation which is 5 minutes to Town and close to Pubs and Restaurants.

Light and comfortable
Warm, comfortable and well appointed property. Nicely prepared with heater on and some provisions. Close enough to town. A little tricky to find on my GPS, should have looked at the directions on the app.

Every thing you'll need
This house was great. There wasn't one thing that I needed to take with me. It has the best equipped kitchen and laundry that I have ever seen in holiday accommodation. Everything was very spacious and comfortable

Bowral Getaway
Great place to stay, quiet neighbourhood. This accommodation had everything required for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the supplied breakfast. Carol was very obliging, phoned to see if everything was OK, came immediately with new batteries for the TV remote (we hadn't thought to look for them in the kitchen drawer)

Perfect!
Carol’s property was exceptionally comfortable and cosy and was everything we wanted for a weekend getaway to Bowral. The complimentary breakfast was so thoughtful and saved us the hassle of going shopping on the night of our arrival. Will be staying here again!

A Great Place to stay
The four of us had a great stay at Arborea Apartment. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was very good. The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast supplies a nice surprise.
We had lunch one day out in the courtyard. Very relaxing. It is in a nice neighbourhood with parks nearby and very close to Bowral shops and not far by car to Mittagong.
Just be aware that the bathrooms are up stairs and the shower is over the spa bath so it may not be suitable for people with low mobility.
We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely clean property with very comfortable beds. When we arrived the house was beautiful and warm and the kitchen had everything we needed. A very generous breakfast was provided. A very enjoyable weekend stay.

Excellent - Exceeded our expectations
We loved staying here. The beds were super comfortable. The place has everything that we needed and is beautifully decorated. As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and right at home. The apartment is quite spacious with a separate living and dining area, large bathroom with a second downstairs toilet and a nice outdoor space.
It was so nice on arrival to find a well stocked cupboard and fridge with a complementary breakfast.
We definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

A lovely place in a quiet area. Absolutely everything is provided. Nice to see a fridge filled with eggs, bacon, butter, juice and milk! In a pantry, there is a whole loaf of bread with all the condiments. Cereals, coffee, tea... everything!
The decor is beautiful. Lots of space with a large living area.
It is a quick drive to a town centre. We had a good sleep in comfortable beds.
We will definitely be back.
