Location is very convenient to all great areas of New Orleans! Street car stop a couple blocks away, also hop on hop off not far at all! The master bedroom is noisy- earplugs are a must! Second bedroom very quiet and dark. Host was great and easily assessable! Would definitely recommend!!

The unit was perfect for our group. The location, however, is only a half block off Bourbon Street. The roar of the people on Bourbon Street, garbage trucks, and pressure washers fill the air most of the night and early morning hours. If you're going to New Orleans to whoop it up and want the convenience of being close, this unit is perfect! If you want some sort of quietness when you're ready to crash or visiting for any other purpose other than partying on Bourbon Street, keep looking for a better location away from the noise.

The location is killer - right in the heart of the French Quarter! And the space is massive - there was tons of room to spread out and sure was great having a king bed! But as others have mentioned - if you aren’t ready to be in the thick of it and expect quiet when you sleep, probably best to look elsewhere. One room was interior and totally quiet, but the one adjacent to the street is extremely loud - like pretty much curling up on Bourbon loud. My wife and I didn’t really mind, but as a caution to others - know what you’re getting into. The living room abuts the street, too, so we had to pause our movies for stretches until the volume went down and we could hear again. A kitchen rundown for those cooking in: it’s not quite one of those places that chucks everything after every guest, but pretty close. There was salt and pepper, a bit of oil, but that’s about it. There was plenty of silverware. Pans and utensils were present but okay - they did the trick. There was one useable non-“steak knife” so if you want to do much prep consider bringing your own. The unit could use some TLC, but with the amazing location, I’d bet it gets used HARD. Especially being here on the tail end of Mardi Gras. While the kids loved it, don’t think I’d stay here again with the family, but I’d totally come back for the guys trip where someone is going to be passed out dead to the world anyway.

This apartment is a 3rd floor, 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom with Kitchen and living room. We had 4 adults in the unit my husband, Myself and kids 26 and 27-yr olds. All in fairly good shape. Although there is an elevator, The unit is located in the back of the building So it's a very long walk from the entrance. Can be daunting when you're in and out of the unit all day. Be warned that the parking is very costly And not always readily available close to the unit. Our only complaint is that because you're just off Bourbon St. It is incredibly loud!!! They definitely need some sound proofing! Kids didn't hear much inside the unit in the 2nd bedroom.The master bedroom and living room are the worst, as that's where the huge windows are. If you're not a very heavy sleeper, you're going to have trouble sleeping. Earplugs and white noise machine are a MUST! Our first night there was a nightmare. It felt as though we were sleeping on the street in Times Square on New Years Eve. The noise doesn't subside till around 4am just in time for the garbage trucks, street sweepers and homeless ppl to start yelling up and down the streets. Not only is it blaring music,drum buckets, and yelling/fighting , but the garbage / recycling truck was so loud that I literally jumped from the bed thinking someone was banging on the door! Other than the noise it's a very nice unit and fantastic location, very convenient To everything! Just don't forget your earplugs and white noise machine.

This apartment was just as advertised. Be mindful that it is half a block off of Bourbon Street so the noise in the bedroom with the windows carried on into the night, then the trash trucks ran at 4:15 every morning. The interior bedroom was dark and very quiet according to my kids. The fooseball table and arcade game was a fun addition for our family.

The property was awesome. I did take off a point for cleanliness, but overall the place was really great. It was in a prime location close to all the Classic activities. I would definitely stay here again. And I will try to up my score on the Ms. PacMan game. We were all hooked.

The property was as described. Very clean! Our stay was during the week so I did underestimate the amount of noise from the crowds. Lol! That’s totally on me! It’s location is totally worth it so I say bring you some great ear plugs, have a great time, and sleep in! We had no issues communicating with the owner. I stress again that it was clean!!! That’s huge for someone with ocd like me. We enjoyed the foosball table and the arcade game as well.

The unit is in a great spot, but the pictures were misleading for both the kitchen and the bathrooms. They did not look like the pictures at all. It’s in the French quarter so it’s quite noisy but to be expected bring your earplugs. We didn’t get a lot of instructions on what to do when we got there as far as Wi-Fi or anything as well as check out. There were no hand towels in the kitchen or the bathrooms. The pillows could use being replaced overall the linens I think could use an upgrade. For what was there they were very worn. With a little TLC overall this unit would do well.

My family had a great time visiting NOLA so close to all the activity. Parking and getting in was tricky at first, but once we were in there were no issues. Definitely a memorable experience

Really great space. One thing to be aware of. It is right off Bourbon Street and the windows are single-pane. It can get noisy. One of the bedrooms is isolated and wonderful to sleep in, but the other can be tough with the noise from Bourbon. If you are here to have adult fun you are in the perfect spot.

The location of this rental is perfect if you are in New Orleans to have a good time! It is loud, but that is to be expected when you are half a block from Bourbon Street. The apartment is roomy and has plenty of seating. When we arrived, we had very little toilet paper and no paper towels, but we contacted management and they were provided quickly. Laundry detergent was also not provided, and we didn't want to bother anyone again, so we purchased some and left it for the next tenants. Other than these small snafu's, everything was perfect and we would not hesitate to return.

This was a good place to stay. A little loud from Bourbon Street at night but to be expected. The host was very responsive and communication was terrific. It worked well for us.

Great location if you are hoping to spend most time around the Quarter.

The French Quarter has been one of my favorite places for over 40 years, and I've stayed many places in or near The Quarter. I'm no newbie to the French Quarter. The apartment looked almost too good to be true based on the photos. I've rented places that look huge and beautiful in the photos only to find small, over-used rooms. This place is everything you see in the photos and more! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. We were pleasantly amazed...it was even better than the photos...clean and nicely decorated. I only spoke to the host, Wyatt, a couple of times, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm sure if we had needed anything from him over the weekend, he would have been right there. The location was perfect. Everything we like to do was within walking distance, even for the two of us 60+ year-old farts. Even the French Market area was a reasonable walk. Bar-hopping along the way helped break up that trek, lol. My only issue would be street noise. I know Bourbon Street gets noisy at night, and even being half a block off Bourbon, it can still be noisy. But the weekend we stayed, it sounded like a rave going on outside. I was in the interior room separated from the windows by 2 walls and the noise was so loud it woke me up a couple of times, and I'm a sound sleeper. I know noise is not any fault of the hosts, but it was LOUD! Overall, the place is beautiful and the location is great...if you can handle the noise.

When I say the property was exactly as described, and the perfect size for a couple or a whole family. The condo was so spacious, squeaky clean and has the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay in the heart of the French quarter. The location is central to all of the happenings, and perfect walking distance to get to all the shops, dining and entertainment nearby. We will be booking with Wyatt again; he had excellent communication, was kind and even accommodated us with our flight arrival. Thank you again and what are you waiting for, go book now!

What a wonderful rental. The property manager was wonderful in communicating with me. The unit was immaculately clean and well appointed. Location is beyond wonderful. Just 1/2 block off Bourbon. We will rent this again on our next trip down.

Other than the noise from Bourbon St., this was the perfect location. I will definitely be using this location again.

Noisy all night and needs sound blocking blinds especially in bedroom. Loud streets but also garbage collection after street quiets down. We weren't able to connect to wifi . No t towels. Very inconvenient not having second set of keys. Good place for young partiers.

My husband and I recently took our son and couple of his friends to NOLA for his 18th birthday. We have had many family trips to New Orleans and this was one of the best due to our accommodations. The apartment was PERFECTION!!! It had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and was perfectly located to enjoy all the French Quarter has to offer. We had no problem with check in. We will definitely stay here in the future. See you again soon NOLA!!!!

Property is very nice- perfect place for walking around the French Quarter. It is literally right around the corner from Bourbon St. The large bedroom windows face a little slice of Bourbon, and the noise is almost non-stop, so bring earplugs and a sound machine. Bring your own shower toiletries.

The property managers were great. Very helpful, friendly and quick to respond. The property is nice and the location is perfect. Parking is very convenient and affordable. We wil hopefully return many times in the future.

This place was perfect. Walking distance to everything ,Can’t beat location. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Host responds very quickly and helpful. Finding the parking garage was a little challenging but once we did , it was very convenient to come out our door and walk a few steps and be at the garage. Definitely will be staying here again.

The place was nice, communicating with the host was easy - but we were terrified that we'd be kicked out because there are signs all over the place that short term rentals at the property (vrbo) are prohibited by law. Actually they're illegal anywhere in the French Quarter. We did not know that. Had we known that we likely would not have booked this unit and would've paid for hotel lodging. Also, with only 1 access fob to the building and 1 door key provided, the group had to stay together the entire time or risk not getting back in the building. A bit tricky when we aged from 28yo to 75yo. Overall, we had a great time in NOLA and again, property was as advertised and host was responsive.
