Absolutely beautiful condo! The overall condo itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a 19th floor end unit with beautiful views. Our longest elevator wait was 5 mins. Location is great if you're looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of PCB but still close enough that you're only a few minutes(depending on traffic) from everything you need. Pier Park is only a couple miles down the road. Beach set up is not included but the owner supplies chairs which was a bonus. Even had floats and toys available, although we brought our own. Communication with the owner was great. He was quick to respond and take care of any needs we had. The following comments are directed towards the resort itself. The common areas were clean(elevators, pool deck and such) but we did see several palmetto bugs(also known as Florida woods cockroach). We seen two in the unit but I feel strongly they came in from the hallway and balcony. I never felt dirty or worried about bugs while in the unit. The pools never seemed to be cleaned. Especially the beachside pool. We have stayed at Tidewater and Grand Panama in PCB and their pools were always clean so I can't find a reason as to why they stayed cloudy/dirty at Celedon. The hottub at the beach side pool didn't work and apparently has been down for a while. That was disappointing. With all that said we had a great time and would consider staying again in the future.

The condo is exactly as described. The wrap around corner view is amazing. The kids slept great in the kids room, it is quiet up front. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook throughout the week. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great! The owners communicated and checked in leading up to the trip and while we were there.

Dan was super great to work with. He answered every question I had. We had a terrible storm and he was very fast to respond to my text. He was also nice enough to let us get in the condo a little early on the morning we arrived. Thank you so much!

Best I’ve stayed in over the past 10 years! Would recommend to anyone that wants to vacation in PCB! Better than a 5 star in my opinion! Owners were so very helpful!

We enjoyed beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony and windows of this great corner condo! This light-filled property has very nice updates, and it is clean and comfortable. The beachfront resort is close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Daniel and Ann provided great communication throughout—highly recommend!

We loved the condo! The beds were AH-maxing!!!! Very clean, we had everything we needed, the view from the balcony is GORGEOUS! Dan was great to work with! The chairs that came with the condo were VERY nice too!

It was our 50th anniversary and we enjoyed our stay so much. Was everything just as it said. Had an issue with the door but Dan sent someone right away. Loved loved loved the nineteenth floor. Could see for miles. Sunsets were amazing! Equipped with everything we needed. Felt just like home!

We have stayed at several different properties over the last 12 years and this was by far the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in!! Dan was amazing to work with. He responded quickly and was so helpful!! I made a mistake when getting my parking pass and he worked diligently to get this fixed for me!! We had everything we needed from beach chairs, beach toys, and even a crockpot!! The beds were sooooo comfortable and the condo was very clean!! We had plenty of hot water even when all 8 of us took showers after coming in from the beach to get ready for dinner. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

The condo was spacious and beautiful. It was stocked with anything we needed. The view from the 19th floor was amazing. We saw stingrays, dolphins, sea turtles, and even a small shark! The balcony was great to sit out on at night too. So peaceful! Dan and Ann were available for questions and anything else we needed directly by phone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous views of the beach, sunrise, sunsets. Literally steps to the beach. . The beds were sooooo comfortable. Very modern with lots of room. Walk in showers. The owners were very thorough about all info we needed and so helpful with suggestions and advice. Overall a wonderful experience and beautiful end condo with wrap around balcony. Can’t wait to return.

This condo was great. The unit was clean, well equipped and had plenty of space for 7 of us. The communication with the owner was great and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The balcony was a big plus.

Very satisfied with the property amenities and view overlooking the Gulf. The coast is beautiful and this area has many activity choices to choose from.

Our stay was GREAT! We did have to figure out what worked for us, let me explain. Our family is all from GA and there are 8 of us. 4 adults & 4 girls, 3 being teenagers. We normally vacation on the East coast. When we go to the beach we drive onto the beach and set up tents, tables etc and make a day of it. We knew nothing about the Gulf / PCB! However we knew we could not drive onto the beach and that wagons were a must. The sand is very fine, be prepared when pulling a loaded wagon! Directly in front of the condo are lots of permanent chairs & umbrellas. You can not set up a tent in front of those. We would set up to the right of the chairs. You can pull your wagon through the walk way to the main building & then take the elevators down to the ground floor to easily access the beach. We quickly learned to go to the ground floor from the parking garage elevators & walk down a beach path that is beside the condo. We were concerned with how the parking would work being it is across the street & you have to walk. Let me just say it was easy! Being on the 19th floor we quickly learned that we would go all the way to the top of the parking garage and park on the top floor. It made things much easier, because if your drive a SUV or a truck, the parking garage is tight. We then were able to see our vehicles with all of our beach items from the condo. The location of the condo is at the end of the commercial units heading toward Destin. We were able to quickly access lots of shopping and restaurants within minutes. The condo is on the end of the floor which makes it great for no extra noise. The Kitchen! Our family enjoys cooking, the kitchen is great, maybe even better than my home kitchen. Very well equipped with any item you may need: crock pots, blenders, mixers, tupperware and many other items. There is also a mini fridge that is perfect for storing drinks. We have 4 girls in our family and the 3rd bedroom/bath was just perfect for them. All the bedrooms are on different ends of the condo which is nice for giving everyone a little space. The living room provides for nice seating and relaxing together. The balcony is a wrap around which allows for some beautiful sunsets. There are lots of beach toys, umbrellas & chairs on site which made things very convenient. Dan was super easy to work with and very quick to respond! We communicated through email, text and even spoke several times. This condo is definitely somewhere we would rent again!

We loved everything about our stay in 1909! Gorgeous condo! Incredible views (even saw a group of dolphins from the balcony)! Everything we needed was at the condo available for use (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys). We hope to stay here every fall with our family!

I don't normally review condos; however, this location was fantastic. The balcony was awesome, and the condo was remodeled very nicely. The location of the condo is very nice as well. We were away from all the traffic and was able to take a new route to & from our house (we loved the new route). Lastly, the owners were very responsive and very nice throughout the whole process.

Quiet end of the beach. Less crowds. Large spacious condo. Have stayed at the Celadon before and will again.

We loved the condo! Very nicely decorated and clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. A huge plus was the beach chairs and umbrellas! That was one less thing we had to bring and there were plenty of beach toys for our kids to play with. The views from the balcony were awesome! You honestly can’t beat the location either because it’s on the outskirts of the normal PCB chaos but close enough to drive in if you want to shop or eat. Plenty of games to keep everyone entertained during rainy days. Dan was a super nice guy and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for making our family trip so accommodating!

This condo was perfect. We enjoyed the view from 19 stories up and it was close to everything. The donut place down the road was the best! We highly recommend staying here.
