Heather's communication, accuracy of accomodations and area suggestions were amazing. She kindly provided us with some snacks and drinks for arrival and was even kind enough to get me creamer since my flight was expected to be so late. Place is well decorated in a convenient location to everything. She had great refrences and books at the property along with her own that were all spot on. It was a great 5 day get away and would definitely love to return!

This place is perfect! Great historic feel near the trolley if it's too hot to walk. Everything you could possibly need was provided except a toothbrush and your clothes. Heather met us at check in and even provided us with a map of the historic district including the trolley lines. Before we arrived, she sent us four pages of places eat and things to do. It was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary.

We really enjoyed our time in Savannah. The property was wonderful. I loved being able to walk to everything yet be able to come back and rest and relax in the quiet atmosphere. We had everything we needed! Heather’s directions and tips were greatly appreciated! Beautiful lovely place to stay!!

This rental is nicely appointed and is in a great location to visit Savannah, we walked to many things. Bath towels are fluffy, robes are available. That being said I did have some disappointments. When we arrived the host was waiting for us and gave us a walk through. After she left I found food on the floor under the couch, very visible. When making coffee the first morning I noticed the bag of coffee expired in March, we visited in May. I reached out to the owner and she said she just uses the smaller bag over and over and that the coffee in there was indeed fresh. Apon further inspection of the staple pantry items we found that many were expired, one in 2014 😳. The other disappointment was the beach chair. There was only one and it was of the sort that barely sits above the sand and has no upper back or arms. Being in our 50’s there is absolutely no way we could sit down on or get out of that style chair, and why only one? For the amount we spent to stay there for 8 nights I expected it to be spotless, better quality, and at least 2, beach chairs and non expired pantry items.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Had everything we wanted including some charm. Excellent location. Easy to walk to everything. Heather was amazing and had some great tips for a perfect stay. The wine and cheese were a nice unexpected touch. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay!! This was a perfect apartment for my husband and I for our first trip to Savannah. The location is ideal, we walked everywhere and is close to everything. It’s very comfortable and had everything we needed. Heather was a perfect host, and very helpful. We would highly recommend!

With the exception that the city of Savannah is undergoing major construction/road work/tourist boom/the VRBO was still convenient and relaxing!

It was a pleasure to stay here. We found the location to be close to many of the places we wanted to visit.

After getting shafted by Lucky Savannah 1 week before we were supposed to arrive, we searched agsin and were lucky enough to find this place available gor our dates. This apartment is exceptional! Very clean, all the amenities, and a great host who met us and personally went through the property with us. Walking distance to river street and the various squares. I'm glad we stumbled upon this property and host. We will be looking here first for our future adventures in Savannah!

10. Can walk to many sites in <10 mins

We had a great time and would love to come back. It’s a great location and a cozy place to hang your hat. A great location where your never more than a 10-20 minute walk from great food and drink.

We wanted the historic feel and this property was just that, with all the needed amenities. Only 5 steps to climb to the front door. Very comfortable bed, great shower/tub, and relatively quiet at night. We enjoyed the books and magazines about the city's history. We were able to attend mass at the Cathedral Basilica only a couple blocks away. The property is close to so many quaint restaurants and coffee shops and less than a 10 min walk to the water. Heather met us at check-in which is something I had not encountered before but she provided us with a very detailed map which proved to be most useful. I definitely recommend the Pied de terre. I also highly recommend planning outfits with good walking shoes for the uneven pavement and stones all over the city. So much to see in SAV. Thank you Heather for all your work to make sure our short getaway was enjoyable.

The apartment was perfect for 2. Nice and cozy with everything we needed. Perfect location to explore Savannah on foot. Heather met us at the apartment and gave us a map of all the must visit places and a list of the best food. We will be back.

Property is very clean and location was perfect walked everywhere.

Heather is a wonder. She greeted us upon arrival and gave us so much information that we never had to wonder what to do. I was there to see a dying exhusband andvto tend to my adult children who were loosing a parent. I felt so comfortable and at home.

I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. It's everything and more than advertised. The unit is spacious. It's well-equipped. Heather made check-in a breeze and offered excellent advice on where to eat and what to do. And, although on-street parking was right outside the door, we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Savannah and staying here. We'll be back, for sure.

The location was amazing and made it super easy to walk to everything. The owner was super nice and there wasn’t anything more we could ask for.

This place delivers exactly what it says. Well stocked, comfy bed, good price. Host was wonderful and kind, gave lots of recommendations and even a map of places to go and where the house is in relation to them! The in unit washer and dryer is really nice too. Kitchen has everything you could need including stuff for the beach if you opt to go to Tybee Island. Just one thing to note, we checked in Friday evening and left Monday morning, on Monday we were awoken by the construction going on just down the street. So if you’re here during the week just bring some ear plugs. It looks like the construction project might be close to completion on the outside so it likely won’t be a factor for much longer.

Everything was clean, nice, good working condition. Extra supplies were available. Very happy.

Everything is as pictured. The host has clearly taken great care to ensure the pied a terre has all the little extras to ensure guests have a nice stay. The location is wonderful, and we enjoyed several of her restaurant and activity recommendations. We would gladly stay here again.

We stayed for a long weekend, brought our bikes and because the location was so close to everything we rode our bikes everywhere - never had to drive the car! Beautiful apartment/home , the host was gracious and had wine/cheese and crackers waiting for us. It was a great place to stay for a long weekend.

Fantastic location for walking. Clean with all the amenities you would need. Close to river walk / shops/ restaurants galore. Highly recommend.

The place was cozy, especially amid a coastal storm that came through during our visit. Walking distance to everything we wanted to get to near Riverstreet, and an easy drive to go elsewhere. Heather was great and easy to reach for anything we needed.

We stayed for our 25th anniversary and Heather was an excellent host! Savannah is a beautiful area and this was the perfect location to stay and explore the city. We plan to come back and will definitely be staying again if at all possible.

Heather always meets the renters at the site to go over everything. Not only did she meet me, she had to pick me up after my uber driver left me in the wrong place! She was very helpful and thought of so many extra conveniences! The place was cozy, comfortable and immaculate. I had a few questions and she responded immediately. The soaker tub was AMAZING!
