Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed with the house I expected that, for the amount paid the house would be very luxurious which it was not. The towels were very thin and small. The duvets were cheap looking with no covers. There was no iron in the property. The dishwasher was full of sludge and broken glass when we arrived and took over 24 hours for someone to come out so we tried to clean it out without success After a visit from maintenance the dishwasher leaked and we had to call maintenance back and again a long wait. We could not get the TV in the lounge to connect to the internet so called maintenance. The lady came swiftly but told us that this TV was not able to connect and the owners had been told but said they were not prepared to change the TV. As this was the only TV where we could all sit together to watch a film we were very disappointed. The lounge was quite dark and so we had to have the lights on all of the time. There was a surround sound system which also did not work. There was a pole by the pool but no net head on the pole so we could not remove insects from the pool. I do not give adverse reviews without a lot of thought but considering what we paid I feel justified in giving a bad review I certainly would not go back there

The remotes were missing the back piece so the batteries were constantly falling out. The tv in the living isn’t connected to internet and we (5 young adults) couldn’t get the cable to come on. We had to call maintenance and it took that guy 10 minutes to get it on. The normal pool alarm was broken so they’ve installed a temporary one. The temporary one is very annoying. It goes off the entire time you have a back door open. The normal alarm in other houses I’ve stayed in have a button to push to mute the alarm for a few seconds while you walk in and out. We had a baby in the house so we couldn’t open the back door at all when she was sleeping because the loud alarm would wake her. It’s very disruptive and had it been disclosed I would have chosen at different house.

Place was as advertised with ample beds and baths for the whole crowd. Kitchen well appointed and we loved sitting by the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. The buzzer took some getting used to but we figured it out (appreciate the safety of it). For an even more enjoyable stay, it would have been nice to have access to a skimmer for the pool (filter/pump was not working well). Also the kitchen could have had a couple more basic items like sugar packets and foil/plastic wrap. We walked around the resort some and liked the pool areas. We never took advantage however as we stayed at our own private pool! Would definitely consider coming back.

With six adults and 5 kids, we were very comfy in our home away from home for a week. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool at the house and the larger one at the resort. Located minutes from stores made this truly convenient. We would definitely book this again in the future!

if anyone wants to go outside, the pool alarm beeps. Even if you press the button like the directions say to. It’s extremely loud and the infants with us didn’t nap. The smell of the cleaner they used was very strong and gave me a headache all weekend. The main pool was fun and had good food.

The layout was impressive with five bedrooms all with private baths! Decor and feel is new and fresh. Great house for groups. Easy access to the parks.

Our home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! This house is close to the resort pool with only a short walk. Home was clean and in overall good condition. Nice lake views from the balconies. Can’t beat the location - shopping, dining and some activities within walking distance. Check in was quick and easy and prompt responses to any questions. Only have 2 small complaints - 1. The button near the back French doors to disarm the pool alarm wasn’t working so any time we went out the door to the pool, we had to listen to that obnoxious noise. 2. There’s a cute little Margaritaville themed bar stand out by the pool. One of us just put our foot on the foot rest on the bottom of the bar stool and it snapped right off - the wood is dry rotted. The management company was notified of these issues when we checked out. Other than those minor things, we very much enjoyed staying in this house!

The girls at the main desk we're very knowledgeable when I stopped to check in. I had a question throughout this day they always had the answer. We had a small maintenance problem with our hot tub there was someone there within 15 minutes to fix it. The house itself was Immaculate when we got there. My family consists of three smaller families our house was five bedroom we had one extra but each family had its own floor. There is nothing bad I have to say about my experience
