Location was great. The area is nice. Beds were comfortable.

The apartment is outdated and carpet was very stained. It had a strong, unpleasant smell. Furniture is very worn. Overall I think this place needs an overhaul.

The apartment was spacious, clean and easy to find. Staff really helpful. Air conditioner wasn’t working on second night. So the relocated us to a house with private pool. Great service.. Definitely recommend. I previously stayed direct with Wyndham and Wyndham were terrible! Chalk and cheese! Recommend this apartment

The place was perfect for escaping the hurricane in Sarasota. We watch the hurricane go over from the 4th floor balcony

There was roaches in the apartment

The location was great as Reunion is always a great stay.

We couldn’t get into the unit for the first 30 mins of our stay and the key code was spotty at best. The unit at first glance seemed okay, but the sofa had stains and ripped pillows, the floors definitely could’ve use a deep cleaning, some of the furniture was broken, no washcloths provided, the AC took almost 2 days to cool the unit, and we didn’t find out until our second night that you do not have access to any of the resort amenities including the water park because they don’t have a membership. And to top it off we killed 4 baby roaches over a 4 day/ 3 night stay. We informed the host of all of these issues but nothing was ever done. A little frustrating.
