Everything about our stay we terrific. The house, amenities, location, hosts. Everything was perfect for a getaway to the North Fork.

Really convenient if you have young kids. They have a crib in the home. Really fun playset outside and fire pit. We used the grill and had fun entertaining another family while here. Hosts were responsive and offered a blog / newsletter of things that were happening in the area. We stayed in the brink of the on season so it was a bit more quiet in the town and the pool was not yet open. I recommend, especially if you have young kids 👍

Right from the time of booking, Morgan and Andrew went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. The house was spectacular, in a beautiful location. The hosts have thought about every single detail and respond to any questions instantly. We were a group of 7 (4 adults & 3 kids) who stayed four nights, had the best time relaxing at this beautiful property. We can’t wait to go back again.

I had a great time at this home. The place is spacious and beautiful, true to the photos. The area is secluded with only a couple of neighbors around. Morgan was an excellent host and communicated well. Had no issues and would definitely rent again. 😊

Morgan was highly communicative and super supportive/flexible, which made all the other logistics and planning work around our stay during a time grief all the more easy. Check-in was simple, as was the technology in the home, (log-in plaque for the Wi-Fi, the Sonos sound system). The place offer every amenity and is so incredibly close to the beach! This place met our expectations and then some.

Morgan and Andrew have a beautiful home. It was perfect for our family of five (kids from 4-10yrs old). The pool was amazing and the proximity to the beach so convenient. Andrew and Morgan were easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations.

We spent a week on the North Shore with our newborn baby, 5 year old, and another couple with two kids of similar ages. We had a wonderful time in the house. It boasts a beautiful, clean interior, nicely designed, lots of space, a gorgeous deck and pool, and the most lovely back yard area with a small playground and swing set. Needless to say, the kids were in heaven. There are plenty of bathrooms for a large group, and even bikes available for guests to ride. The most amazing winery is a 3 min drive from the house (Lieb Wines), and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk. The owner was so responsive and generous, even allowing us to stick around past the checkout time so we could enjoy an extra hour or two on the pool deck in the nice weather. I strongly recommend this property and owner.

From the day of booking, Andrew and Morgan were responsive and wonderful to communicate with. So generous with their time and had fantastic suggestions for restaurants and activities for our Thanksgiving week in their home. The house exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped with everything you need, beautifully furnished and so comfortable for the two families. Lots of space for the kids to play and entertain themselves, indoors and out. The view is breathtaking, we had to photograph it every morning and evening! We loved the beach - (only 5 minutes walk) wineries, restaurants, groceries and great coffee shops only a short drive (or bicycle ride) away. Thank you Andrew and Morgan for sharing your home with us. We made wonderful Thanksgiving memories and were full of gratitude! We will definitely be back.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner each night and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions. We visited farms, went to vineyards and within a short drive in any direction we could reach great beaches and hiking spots. I would definitely recommend this place for exploring the North Fork. We were there in the Fall and it must be even more amazing in the Summer!

Our whole family enjoyed our 3 week stay at Andrew and Morgan's lovely North Fork property. Andrew is an excellent communicator and was extremely responsive regarding any questions we had preceding and during our stay. He quickly ameliorated any problems. His suggestions for restaurants, stores and local activities were helpful and excellent. The home fit our family's needs extremely well. We had plenty of space for work and play. We especially enjoyed the deck, calming rural view, and gorgeous pool area. Having access to a heated pool was a fantastic amenity. The short walk to an almost private beach was a pure joy. Walking the beach in the early morning, afternoon or viewing an amazing sunset, was always a special treat. Driving to farm stands, wineries, and quaint towns within minutes was convenient. Our 4 year old grand-daughter especially enjoyed the local ice cream, Harbes Farm, Catapano Goat Farm, picking berries, and the antique carousel in Greenpoint. The adults enjoyed local wineries Braun's fresh fish and a full clam bake from the Southold Fish Market. Thank you for sharing this special place!!

We stayed at this beautiful home for two weeks during my son's school Spring break. There was plenty of space for all of us -- my husband and I were working from home and both of our kids have plenty of indoor and outdoor space to play(with nanny). The kids loved all the toys in the house, the outdoor playground, the hammock, and the tree swings! The huge backyard was exactly what we needed for our the kids to run around all day and not bothering us when we were WFH!:) My 4 years old didn't want to leave when we were packing up and was crying hysterically and wanted to stay forever! Andrew and Morgan were very responsive, easy to communicate and very accommodating! We had a perfect Spring getaway, we can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer!

The kitchen had a large refrigerator and brand new range. The bathrooms had wonderful showers, the master bathroom was very large as well. The neighborhood is small and residential. Lots of families walking with and without their dogs. The views are of neighboring sod farms, so uninterrupted lawn as far as the eye can see (except by vineyards). The house is a few blocks from easy access to the beach, which is dramatic and craggy - perfect for a winter walk. Cutchogue is a wonderful small town in a series of small towns that dot the North Fork coast. After we recieved our second negative Covid result, we were able to get out and explore. Covid and winter prevented us from enjoying all the North Fork has to offerr but the scenery and the few stores that were open more than made up for it. We highly recommend Lombardi's specialty food on Love Lane and the amazing Red Rooster (and their fried chicken!). Our hosts were kind enough to stock the fridge with staples to augment our dry goods (again, we were in quarantine for the first four days). They even left us some wonderful local wines and extras from Lombardi's. When they found out it was my birthday, a delicious cake arrived ! They were renovating the deck so the backyard was torn up. We were advised of this ahead of time and offered an out. We did not take them up on it as we had no need of outdoor dining and the pool - this time! I look forward to returning one day.

The property is bordered by massive sod farms, so there are beautiful unobstructed views and absolute peace and quiet. The beach (5 minute walk) is stunning, and a great place to watch the sunset. The interior is very warm and comfortable - the open kitchen / living room / dining area is where we spent most of our time, curled up by the fireplace on two incredibly comfortable couches. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and there are great grocery stores / specialty shops (fish markets, etc...) within a 10 minute drive. The beds were very comfortable, and there was even an exercise bike in the basement to get a little workout in! Topping things off, Andrew was the best host we've ever had. He provided a ton of recommendations before we arrived, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and made sure that we had everything we wanted / needed on arrival. We can't wait to stay here again soon!

The kitchen has all the equipment, there are pool toys, bikes, games, etc. Everything you would need in town (grocery store, speciality store, liquor store, etc) is a short drive away. The private community beach is a 5 minute walk and was so nice to have nearby and we spent many sunsets there. Our favorite thing to do during the day was hang out by the pool (on the super comfy lounge chairs) and enjoy the scenery. We also loved roasting marshmallows around the fire pit at night.Andrew is an incredible host. He gave us so many great recommendations for restaurants and vineyards that we loved. By far our best vacation rental! Great size for our family (5 adults, 2 kids), picture perfect, and filled with thoughtful amenities for everyone! We spent every day in the pool or at the very private and walkable beach, and nights grilling fresh local food and roasting s’mores over the fire pit. Recently added swing set and workout gear were above and beyond. Andrew is the absolute best host - great local recommendations and very thoughtful, easy communication. Already dreaming of our return next summer!

Absolutely stunning location overlooking gorgeous farm land and vineyards, a block from a beautiful beach. The pool was large and heated, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, and blooming flowers. Even the neighbors were friendly! Andrew and Morgan were wonderful hosts. They were always available to recommend places to visit, shop, and eat. The home is very comfortable and well equipped. I highly recommend staying here. I miss the house already!!

Everything was perfect for our family of four (a toddler and newborn). The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. They even left their son’s toys for our daughter to play with. They were super thoughtful and responsive the whole time we were there and before we arrived. The house, pool and property are beautiful. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and tree swing, and of course, being so close to the beach. The wineries, breweries and gourmet food markets were all super close and Harbes Farm and Barnyard were fun for the kids too. All in all, a great vacation! Highly recommended!

We were lucky to spend several weeks in the beautiful North Fork, and this home made our stay feel like a lovely country getaway. The location is great for exploring all that the North Fork has to offer, and the view and fabulous pool are the icing on the cake. House has a great layout for groups; we had several visitors throughout our stay and never felt cramped. Cute little beach is a quick walk away, and Andrew was responsive to all our needs. All in all, a wonderful spot!

Beautiful layout for 2 families or a big family. We were 2 families of 4 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outside spaces were great. The pool, the firepit, the yard. We all had a great time swimming in the beautiful pool, roasting marshmallows at the firepit and playing lawn games in the yard. The owners always responded quickly to our concerns or questions. The location is great. Midway between Riverhead and Greenport and smack in the middle of all the vineyards.

We rented the house with our children and grandchildren. We had so much fun in the pool, the backyard, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, and going to the local wineries. The yard is a wonderland for small children with butterflies all over. The open floor plan works well for families with a lovely view onto the pool. Andrew was responsive and went beyond our expectations as a host.

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Pool was immaculate. Owners responded immediately to any questions we had. The home is near many wineries, farms and beaches. Perfect vacation.

You are sorrounded by wineries, farmer's markets and open agricultural lands. You really feel like you are "away." The weather is perfect -- hot during the day to enjoy the pool and it cools off in the evening for a nice bbq. Two good golf courses nearby, if that's your thing (Island's End and The Vineyards). The house has everything you need to enjoy the destination. Andrew and Morgan are the most responsive and dedicated hosts I have ever had. They are genuinely good people that love their property and enjoy it regularly with their family so this really comes through. The pool is every bit as good as the pictures suggest. We enjoyed so much that we never went to the beach which is walking distance from the house. Highly recommended.

Cozy and nicely-appointed home ideally located in the center of the North Fork in a private community on the Long Island Sound. Owners went way out of their way to make us feel at home and enable us to fully enjoy all of the amenities including cushioned loungers, beach chairs, bicycles, pool floats, hammocks, gas grill, fire pit, and a new central air conditioning system. We spent most of our time on the deck (awesome pool, comfy loungers, large gas bbq, and family-sized al fresco dining table; feels very secluded given the adjacent farm) and on the private beach steps away. We also took advantage of all the nearby farms and wineries and the close proximity to other North Fork hamlets such as Greenport. Our 2.5 year old daughter loved it and keeps asking when we'll be back to "our North Fork house." We hope to return soon!
