There was plenty of room to park a truck and 37’ boat trailer. We were in town to fish Walleye and Perch. There is a nice fish cleaning station on site. The owner introduced himself after our first day out fishing. He asked if there was anything we needed and if we liked the place. He also gave us some tips on fishing locations. 110% would stay there again.

This was our second year staying here…you can see the lake from the porch, the owners were great at communicating before & during our stay, very clean, spacious, & perfect for what we needed for a family weekend…close to restaurants & a short drive to the Kelley’s Island Ferry. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Very clean and good amenities. Great that it allows dogs and has AC. Nice deck and fire pit. I had thought from the description that we would be able to sit and relax right by the water or on the dock. The dock is very rickety, not good for hanging out on and there is nowhere on this property where you can sit in chairs by the water.

Rented the cabin for the weekend with friends to fish, grill and relax. The management was very helpful and welcoming. Would highly reccomend.

We so enjoyed our weekend getaway in Rock Harbor Cottage 2. The cottage was clean and we'll stocked. The fire ring was a great bonus. We will book the cottage again.

Owners communicated excellent prior to the stay with all needed info. Cabin was clean and just a stone throw from the water. Would highly recommend.

Clean, lots of parking, great communication with owners. Kitchen was Stocked well! Queen bed the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Other beds plenty comfortable. The description of property was very accurate except for sleeping situation. There is only one queen sleeper sofa, not two as the description shows. We didn’t need it thank goodness but be aware there. It was a beautiful place and we will be coming back.

Owners make this place an even better deal. Prompt with their responses and super helpful. Place was spotless when we checked in and it was great to have a big area to park our boat. I will definitely be back!

Perfect little cottage to enjoy a couple days of fishing on Lake Erie. It’s very well equipped and very comfortable. And the owners are wonderful.

The cabin was exactly what we expected. It was clean and comfortable. The included dock and fish cleaning station were great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get away for a weekend. It housed six guys comfortably for a three night stay.

Thanks Brad for all your help with getting to and docking at your place as well fishing reports. Cottage was plenty clean with ample boat parking in the drive. Had great neighbors behind us as well as next to us. Even if you aren't fishing I would recommend Brad's little resort to anyone. Hope to reserve again in a few weeks once the water cools down and the bite picks up. Thans again Sir for your excellent communication.

Nice little property close to the lake for fishing which my daughter enjoyed and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was accessible if needed. The firepit was a great place to gather with my family and the deck was relaxing after a long day.

We thought it was adorable. The host was fantastic. We have rented from Brad before and we'll rent from him again! The cottage was exactly as described!

Bradley was a great host; friendly, helpful, and available for our questions (and needs if any would have surfaced). Information about cottage #2 was very clear and informative. It was a cozy, nice cottage. We enjoyed having a kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, soap, washcloth for basic daily meals. Having the space connecting kitchen, living room to the porch gave an open feel. I liked the wood flooring and walls and big windows to let lots of light shine in with curtains for privacy. The dock was less than a minute walk away. If our family would have had the time we would have enjoyed using the firepit and grill and patio seating. There was a pretty spot of land and trees to walk around and had a partial view of the lake beyond the other houses and RV's. The best spot for view of lake is on the dock. Cottage is located in a trailer court area.

The cottage was nice ane clean and was big enough for the whole family. Being right on the lake is great. Will be coming back for sure!!!!
