Outstanding place to come hangout with a group of friends. We had 10 adults for the weekend. The living space and kitchen is wide open for dinner and gathering. The game room will keep you busy just as long as the pool and hot tub. I will definitely be staying here again. The host was very friendly and fast to respond to anything. The entire place has all essential for cooking and was very clean. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Our extended family of 10 (adults and small children) stayed at the property and had a great time. The pool and rec room were fantastic and we spent the majority of our time there during our stay. The saltwater pool is beautiful, but the hot tub could use an update. Everything was very organized in the kitchen, which made cooking easy. We all agreed that we would stay again someday.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our family, especially with the pool and numerous games for the kids—they had a blast! The location was ideal, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was excellent and very easy to communicate with, even offering an extended checkout. We will definitely be back next summer. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our extended family of 11 really enjoyed the pool and game room. Kitchen was large and had all we needed. Renee was a great host and a good communicator when we had a question.

We had a great time. Lots to do with the rec room and pool in the back and then it was also wonderful to have a separate yard with a play scape for our toddlers. The family also really enjoyed playing hide and seek with the double staircase. 😅

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Renee was very responsive, and explained everything very well. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the girls loved the game room! We had plenty of room to gather everyone together, and also room for privacy when needed. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in the area! This is a great house! Lots of room. We loved the rec room, playground and pool! It was very clean and had a well supplied kitchen. Nice location. I highly recommend it for families!!

Had a great time and would recommend this rental to anyone. We will rent it again if/when we come back to go fishing again.
We had a group of 11 people that were meeting to go fishing for Walleye at Lake Erie for a bachelor party. The house worked out great for us. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Also, the game room was a real plus. We played a lot of cards, dice, and games around the table which was a great time amongst friends. Everything was well laid out.
As others have said, the level of detail on the cleanup is quite extensive. There are two parts to that. First, it was a bit of overkill, but the details were all given up front. Second, while extensive, I can appreciate the detail and care put into the instructions. We did the cleanup and the only things we were charged for is laundry which was expected.
Renee, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful!

We’ve been getting together for over 30 years and usually go out of state (PA, NY, MI, IL) but decided to stay close to home this year. So glad we did, accommodations were perfect, location awesome! We had a ton of fun!

House was nice, kitchen was great! Lots of things to use. Lots of beds but so many were in each room. Upstairs is not for tall people! We were required to do a lot of cleaning prior to leaving in order to get our deposit back, which isn’t what you want to do after a relaxing weekend. Pool was great!

The house is right on a main road, and all those beds in only four bedrooms made for interesting groupings. We loved the pool and "rec" room and had great family times mostly staying at the site and ignoring the lake. Easy access to Cedar Point.

Took a group of 16 to stay at Renee's place. She was a great communicator and was very helpful whenever we had a question. The place was very clean and organized, and the outside setup was great. We loved the rec room too!

We had a very good experience with this property. The host has taken great care of the house. The pool the best part and was also well maintained. The only downfall was the construction on the roads around the house and the closeness of the neighbors. I would highly recommend this property!

Great stay
This was the perfect property for our vacation. I took my daughter (13) and 8 of her friends on a weekend getaway. The house was great. They loved the hot tub and the game room and enjoyed having their own space to watch movies upstairs. The host was responsive and helpful.

The house was a nice size for the 10 of us and cozy. It is on a busy corner but fairly quiet this time of year. The furnishings were a bit worn but comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all our meals there. The rec room is great a bit chilly in the winter. One thing I didn’t like was the contract, but I did sign it. I understand that there are some people that go in and trash these nice places, but the contract put pressure on all of us and especially my son and his wife with kids. It should be a relaxing time when you vacation.

From choosing to rent they the entire process Renee (property manager)was fantastic. The house was pristine and the set up was PERFECT for our group of 14! 6 adults and 8 kids. The rec room was perfect. We are already looking for time to come in the warm weather to take advantage of the pool and outdoor space!
The labeled cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were fantastic and loaded with everything you would need! Can’t say enough about how great the property was!

Great house and amenities. Had a wonderful stay here. Wished we had planned for another day of stay at this place, with so much to do without leaving the house. Would definitely plan to come back, especially in the summer.

Fun Family Home
This home had it all...plenty of room, plenty of beds, game room/rec room, hot tub, close to the ferry's to the islands. I'd love to go back during pool season because it's a beautiful area.

Great property with a ton of space and everything you need for a nice stay. It was a great place for a cook out with the pool, grill and game room. Plus plenty of room for people to stay comfortably. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely book this property again!

We had great weather to enjoy the pool most of the week. Kids loved the game room as well. Everything was well labeled and organized. The checkout procedure is pretty extensive - it took some planning and effort to get everything done the morning of checkout. Otherwise a great place in a very convenient location.

A great place to stay with a large extended family group. The cleaning and laundry requirements to avoid losing your deposit are a bit excessive.
