Great location, beautiful views from upper living areas. All access codes and instructions were communicated clearly. Would rent this unit again!

Great location

Lovely. Perfect weather, location, so many opportunities to walk to and also drive to that were close. Beds were very comfy. View is incredible. Kitchen is stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, bowls. No measuring tools - cups, measuring spoons, so if you need for cooking- bring your own. No cheese grater.... would have grated before hand if I would have known. Downstairs seemed a bit musty smelling and carpet felt slightly damp... BUT,,,, All in all it is a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed Lover's point 6 and it was wonderful. You know what they say in real estate.... Location, location, location and it was spot on. Great views of Monterey bay and walking distance to Lighthouse Avenue for fabulous coffee shops, galleries and restaurants. Not to be missed is the Pacific Grove Butterfly Sanctuary.

Excellent in every way with the exception there was no bar soap as described.

We recently stayed at a charming condo in a tranquil neighborhood, offering breathtaking views of Lovers Point. The property, true to its online portrayal, was a perfect retreat for our family of three. The layout was thoughtfully designed, featuring separate bedrooms and a living space, ensuring privacy and comfort. One of the highlights was the captivating scenery visible right from our window or from the balcony, providing endless entertainment and relaxation. The condo's interior was cozy and welcoming. Both the beds and the couch were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen and dining area were well-equipped, catering to all our culinary needs with ease. The onsite trash was convienent as well. Speaking of location, this condo is a gem! It's ideally situated for exploring the best of the area - Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel by the Sea, and the iconic 17 Mile Drive, along with other quaint local towns. The convenience of having designated parking added to the stress-free experience. Safety and security were never a concern during our stay. We felt completely at ease in this peaceful setting. This condo isn't just a place to stay; it's a place to live, even if just for a short while. It's perfect for those seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty. We're would love to return.

Excellent location. Ocean view - Lovers point beach is right in front. 10 minutes walk to aquarium.

The perfect home base to attend a destination wedding… close to everything! Very clean and the kitchen was well appointed, for what we needed. Comfortable beds & well stocked with towels & linens. Our only complaint was a strong musty odor, we’re assuming from the carpet. Luckily we were able to open the doors & windows a lot during our stay, but it was pretty off putting.

Wow. Had the pleasure of staying here during car week and this is bar none the best location! Kyle made the process super easy and put us at ease when traveling in and out constantly. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

My husband & I along with another couple stayed at this property for 4 nights. In town for a family wedding. The process of booking and getting in was easy with all the access codes. It is a beautiful area with wonderful views. Directly across from Lover’s Point. There was a lot of road construction/sidewalk being done which made it a little difficult to drive our rental (SUV) & difficult (but able) to maneuver into the covered parking spot. Must be able to do stairs to get in & then to bedrooms. Was very clean. Perfect for us!

Best condo in the complex. Corner unit with full window views of the bay. Kept the patio door open most of the time. Great area. Condo was well equipped and comfortable.

Property was priced appropriately for the area on the VRBO with a 12% hotel tax adder. Monterey Bay Rentals doubled the pricing, took my cc information from the VRBO website and sent me an invoice that showed "paid in full", not disclosing that their rental reservation fee was not the VRBO fee. VRBO then sent me and additional funds request after I received the fully paid invoice/receipt from MBR. I'm still waiting for MBR to refund the rental reservation fee that VRBO said they were to extend me and that they would reimburse the fee to VRBO. ALSO, THE WINDOW COVERINGS FOR THE LIVING AREAS ARE SEVERELY AGED AND ARE READY TO BREAK AT ANY MINUTE. THE PROPERTY HAS 1980s APPOINTMENTS AND THEY ARE NOT MAINTAINED. The property does NOT meet ADA standards and is high risk for usage by 80 year old's like myself. Only one full bath for 4 adults......property listed as two baths.

Very nice condo right across from Lovers Point.

Property is in a wonderful location. Handy to everything we needed. It was clean, but there was a strong musty smell when we entered the condo. It did disappear eventually with the windows open. There were very few clothes hangers in the bedrooms & no plug for the kitchen sink. We only ate breakfast at the condo so didn’t use enough dishes to warrant using the dishwasher. We could also have used more direction on the garbage & recycling rules. We weren’t sure what items were recyclable & what containers to use in the garbage area. Kyle was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had & if we decide to return next year for the Monterey Jazz Festival, this property will be our first rental choice.

Perfect location With easy access to Cannery Row and Monterey shopping, aquarium, and whaling watching/ Boat excursions. Little town of Pacific Grove is charming, and we already found our favorite spots are accessible by foot or vehicle. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay. Literally across from Lovers Point. Big Sea Adventures rental is across the street and we rented bikes for the day. Cannery Row was a 20 minute walk on a path. Great location and beautiful views!!

Outstanding location with close access to everything. Lover's Point Park & beach across the street. Cannery Row restaurants and shops in walking distance. Easy access to 17-mile drive. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Ideal location - property is very comfortable with stunning views of the bay & surrounding area. Great walking path with lovely scenery to Monterey / Cannery Row. Close proximity to cute downtown Pacific Grove. Easy drive to Prbble, Carmel, & Big Sur.

The property was in a great location in a beautiful town. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean and easy to use.

Not only was the property steps from the beach, but it was also well appointed and comfortable.

My husband and I had a fabulous time in Pacific Grove. It is a perfect little town located between Carmel and Monterey! There is a walking/biking trail just across the street. You can walk to the aquarium (a little over a mile, but flat and easy) or down the other way towards the lighthouse and gorgeous ocean views. Maybe a 10 minute drive to the entrance to the 17 mile drive (WORTH it!) you can swim at the beach at Lovers Point (if you can stand the cold water!) or relax in the park or on the small balcony at the condo. We had a perfect vacation here!

Lover's Point #6 is a two bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo with a view of Monterey Bay/Lovers Point from every window. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The living room/kitchen is well laid out with all the furniture positioned to take advantage of the view. For a romantic get away in Pacific Grove, it would be hard to beat this place. It also has a gated parking area that is a real advantage this close to the water. In the mornings you can enjoy breakfast/coffee while watching waves and surfers. In the evenings, the lights of Monterey across the bay add to the overall ambiance of this delightful condominium. It has become our go to location for future visits.

Perfect spot for our family vacation! Location is ideal as can walk to everything. We will definitely be back!

We couldn’t imagine a better location or accommodations than Lovers Point #6. Great views from the condo right next to the coast, just across the street from the walking/biking trail and within a short walk to the Monterey Acquarium, Cannery Row and downtown Pacific Grove. Super comfortable lodging. Definitely would choose this property again if we are ever back this way again!

Our stay was amazing. The place has everything we needed and the view is priceless.
