Short walk to the beach, comfortable and clean. Everything you need for a short getaway.

Property was dirty. I had to wipe my feet every time before going to bed because there was so much dirt and sand on the floor. Area was noisy with construction noise and neighbors being very close. It just had a dingy, small, dirty, claustrophobic feel to it. I left 3 full days early and booked myself a real hotel. I will not be trying for any sort of refund as it's not worth the hassle, but I will be thinking twice again before using VRBO. Sorry.

I rented the week for my sister and great niece. It is adorable and a perfect location. They had everything they needed. I only have 2 recommendations. When we arrived the shower curtain was on the floor and damp, I have would recommend a different rod. Also the lock box was rusty and difficult to open and close. Recommend replacing. Other than that everything was great.

Great little property perfect for two!

This unit was perfect for a quick weekend getaway for two. I do not think a 3rd person would fit unless it is a child under 12. It is “cozy” and like some other reviewers have noted, not a unit to lounge around in but the beach is so close as are restaurants and shopping. San Clemente is so charming. If you are needing space for a larger group, consider Unit A and Unit D. That would accommodate 10.

Fit our needs. However, the large group in an upstairs unit was extremely loud—very loud music, stomping on floor, shouting. This was after 9 pm. To our knowledge, Guest services did not respond despite our call. We ended up calling police. Garbage disposal was broken.

We stayed for a few days prior to X-Mas. This place was very clean and perfectly fine for sleeping and eating. Because of the very limited overall size, it's not as suited for lounging. That's why I've called it a "little bungalow". Having said that, the owners have created a lovely environment, given the footprint. Beautiful neighborhood, very close to the beach and the shops on Del Mar. Perfect for one or two people who don't require a lot of extra room.

Very cute functional small place to stay and explore the San Clemente area. Hilly but many restaurants within short walking distance. Very responsive management. Great for 2 to be comfortable.

The location and the view

A few blocks from the pier in San Clemente - easy walk. You can see and hear the ocean from the apartment. Great place for a single or a couple.

This home had all that you needed for a quick weekend away and steps from TStreet Pier.

This small studio is quite a jewel, well equipped, with a couple of high chairs and table to watch the Pacific while sipping your favorite drink. Even it was not advertised, the place came equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella. paraphrasing a famous actor: “ We will be back” Daniel

Although the town was busy with the 4th of July, the location of this place gave us a quiet spot when we wanted one. Everything we needed was there. The host were super responsive and pleasant. We loved it.

My husband and I decided to take a babymoon and this cute little place was just perfect. The location was prime and if you’re not needing a ton of room, this is the place for you! Great spot for beach and pier access.

The condo is very clean and very close to beach. Parking spot is small but ok for a small car. Only complaint is the smell of cleaning product. It took half a day for it clear.

Perfect location to go to the San Clemente Pier.

Needed to get away and recharge solo after a year of pandemic living with my family. Location is excellent if you don’t mind hoofing up a steep hill (I’m from WVa so this is normal). Restaurants close by and the surfing is spectacular.

Very cute, great condition, great location and thank you to the owners for making it reasonably priced. Vacasa property manager did not answer emails and questions in a timely manner and was very unhelpful.

Small but cute place close to the ocean & pier. Great for a couple for a weekend getaway. Parking a bit of a challenge . But overall a great location.

LOCATION! The very short walk to the beach is steep indeed, so keep that in mind. This place is exactly as advertised. Was definitely a lil hot with no AC, I should have used the provided box fan the first night of my stay!! Had everything I needed and such an amazing location. Nieghbor’s above are SUPER loud, as others have mentioned, if you have people above you during your stay you will probably hear them. Area is nice with so many surfers heading down to the beach to catch some waves, you’ll probably hear others having a good time out on their balconies late-ish into the night, didn’t bother me but heads up. Coffee/restaurants/Neighborhood convenience store very close by. Price was fair for high season and I didn’t feel gouged as I see some other rentals/hotels trying to make up for lost wages due to the shut down. I’d definitely book again!

It’s a definite ideal location! The space is small and perfect for one couple or a couple girlfriends. The fold out is in the bedroom so if you need your child to sleep close, then it works!

This home was in a perfect location to both the San Clemente pier area and to the downtown shops. We loved its proximity to the water and walking path along the ocean. The home itself is a small unit, ideal for one to two guests. It had everything we needed.

The condo was a little smaller than I expected. The view was very nice and the location was great. Just down the hill to the beach. I would definitely recommend the Fisherman’s restaurant. Beautiful sunset from there. The management company was very quick to answer any questions. A couple of negative points are that the BBQ is out back and there was no light that we could find if you wanted an after dark meal. Also the shower could use a new shower head as the spray goes everywhere.
