We enjoyed staying at this location, which is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops as well as the San Clemente Pier and beach.

What a fabulous location, walking distance downhill to the beach, walking distance uphill to shops and restaurants... 3 parking spaces on property and great off street parking on the side street adjacent to the house. The house itself has the family/living space upstairs... and the kitchen/dining downstairs... and one of the King beds downstairs and a king and a full upstairs... was perfect for the 3 couples that came in town for a friends wedding ... held at LInda Park, just down the street. Again, location, location, location and it was clean, well supplied and beach chairs and boogie boards and cooler with wheels...they didn't miss a thing... thank you.

Steps from restaurants and 5 minute walk to a kid friendly beach. Good for surfing, boogie boarding, and sand play. Beach chairs and umbrellas, and boogie boards were great. Wonderful location for families. Great beer gardens and food choices.

Very much enjoyed this clean and updated condo. TV in all 3 bedrooms.Close to the beach. It felt roomy with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Only a couple of slight issues:, long hill to walk back from beach (though there is also a free city trolley to take);front area with barbecue was not as restful as would have hoped as lots of traffic on the street and barbecue would not light. Also the internet was very weak.overall we had a great experience.

This was a perfect location to be able to walk downtown, to the beach & to our families home that we were visiting. It has parking which is really nice along with beach chairs, toys, boogie-boards & towels. It was quiet and had everything we needed. we look forward to coming back!

The house was very roomy and comfortable for our family. The location is incredible for the free shuttle. You can just walking to the beach or to the main strip for restaurants or ice cream. So you can just leave your car and go explore. The townhome has everything you need for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Everything was wonderful. 3 of the 7 had to work…plenty of space for conference calls. Comfortable beds that accommodated 3 men from 6’3”-6’5”. Space well planned out for various seating options. Location was perfect as we didn’t need to drive to lunch or dinner. We would book here again without hesitation. Thank you for having us!

This was the perfect place to stay in San Clemente. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Accommodations were excellent and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Everything about this property is perfect! The location, decor, amenities, ease of check…everything! Our family loves San Clemente and this house was walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants, the beach and the pier. There is nothing like a San Clemente sunset☀️ The bedrooms are all very comfortable and well decorated. The family room with pull our sofa was a great place to gather and the fireplace was so nice for the cool Southern California fall evenings. We had 6 people in our party, 4 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of space to spread out. Ten out of ten….We highly recommend this property for your San Clemente vacation!

We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and the two things I look for and that set the great ones apart from the rest are if they’re clean and updated. This San Clemente home is both. The home is immaculately maintained, has fresh white bedding and towels, and everything you need for a comfortable, fun stay is included. Everything about the check in and check out process was easy. The location is perfect—an easy walk down to the beach, the trolley drops off right in front of the house, and it’s close to all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!

Overall the home was great! We had a party of 8 and the layout worked well for us. Adults stayed out on the patio and the kids had their own area upstairs in the loft. Much roomier in person than the photos looked. We brought two small fans which helped in the kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards available for use. Walking distance to the beach was a bonus. One or two more rolls of toilet paper would have been nice since we were sharing one last roll on our last night. The photos actually matched the home itself and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This is a very nice property. It was very clean and it looks exactly like the photos. The location is close to beach and shopping. dining. It's by a four-way stop sign, so beware of loud trucks and motorcycle engines coming and going. It helps to shut the windows to block out the traffic noise. I would stay here again. Thank you

The home is exactly as pictured. Big bedrooms with lots of space. Great location as you are walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

This is one of the few places that are exactly as advertised (the PICS don't lie!) Easy access, great communication and very clean. Literally 5 minute walk to the beach / pier and 3 to downtown for restaurants and shopping.

Conveniently located within walking distance of both town and beach. Great parking- nice large rooms.

Location! Location! Location!

I loved how close this was to restaurants in the downtown area and the opposite way was the beach which you could walk to. The hill is a little steep, but nothing too far. The house was clean, had lots of stuff available for use, and a lot of room for the guests. My only reason for giving it one star less was even though I know there was no AC it was very humid inside the house and it would have been nice to have something. There were little box fans in each closet and ceiling fans though. Otherwise, we all enjoyed our stay.

What a joy it was to park our car and not have to drive anywhere upon arrival! Walk to beach ✅ Walk to dinner ✅ Walk to shopping ✅ Walk to grocery store ✅ Walk to Coastal Trail as warmup for my morning run ✅ The house supply of boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made trips to the beach that much more perfect. The property manager, Elise, was quite lovely and helpful. I greatly appreciated her thorough communication and attention to house details, including cleanliness. Highly recommend!

We loved the area and how close to the beach we were. It was just fun to sit outside on the patio. I felt it had everything we needed at the home from dishes to appliances, towel etc.
The bedrooms were spacious and had a great feel. However a few things I would change
1. The dining room table was way too wide and long for the actual space so using it was almost impossible
2. There was no source of music we could not get your Google thing to work
3. The home got really hot and while it said to leave the thermostat at 76 we could not find a unit in the home so there was no a.c.?
4. The set up is just awkward living room upstairs and kitchen downstairs. This was the BIGGEST issue of all (which was not mentioned in the website. It would have been nice to know!)
5. Patio table was way too big for the patio again we had to play musical chairs to use it. We used it alot because it was HOT in the home and there was no space in the dining room
6. I probably won't stay here again even though the house was decorated beautifully the beds were super comfy not having a living room downstairs made it hard to visit comfortably. So we sat outside most of the time.
7. Just some feedback...i would have given up the garage space for a living room it would have been perfect otherwise!

We loved the home. It was perfectly stocked with everything we needed including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a surf board. Great location to easily walk to shopping, restaurants, San Clemente pier and beach. The home was well decorated and super clean. Lastly, the beds were super comfy which made our stay heavenly.
