Good location slap bang in the middle of Thao Dien and a smart little apartment with decent amenities. Good parking area and the security guard was cheerful & helpful.

Very noisy in the morning with all the traffic but understand there isn't much they can do about that. Try and get a room that doesn't face the road and go high floor. Indifferemt reception staff. I booked a high floor apartment with Landmark 81 view. They put me in a small room first which had the view but wasn't an apartment. Then they moved me to a low, noisy floor that didn't have the view but was an apartment. I questioned this and they said all the high floor apartments were full. I couldn't be bothered to move again or cause a problem so I didn't complain further but I didn't get what I paid for. The apartments are much smaller than they appear online, very tight squeeze. My apartment door didn't seem very secure.
