Enjoyed everything about the condo was well supplied with everything. Having a coffee on the patio overlooking the waves breaking in is priceless 👍

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect for our family! With all the conveniences of home, we were able to enjoy our time together! This vacation destination has it all: location, views, sunsets, a pier and harbor and delicious restaurants all within walking distance! We look forward to creating more memories in the future!

This was our second year in a row staying at Mindys. We love the location and close proximity to the beach and pier. The house is beautiful and comfortable, perfect for our yearly week at the beach. We were able to walk to local restaurants and coffee shops, and check out the murals and architecture in the growing town of Oceanside! We hope to make it a yearly tradition and continue to enjoy the amazing views from the house.

We love our summer time in Oceanside!! Wish we didn’t have to head home. New attraction this time was the Oceanside Rock Garden at the traffic circle on Surfrider and The Strand. We spent time making a contribution and loved it! Mindy and Bob’s place has the best views and we love it!!!

While pictures may paint thousand words, pictures and thousands of words here are not enough to capture the perfection of this home, its location, or the care and communication of the owner. With so much to do and much of it within walking g distance, my family and I encourage you to explore the shops, take in the tastes of the local restaurants (The Flying Pig, The Local Tap House, Johnny Manana’s, Angelo’s, and Swami’s some of my favorites), enjoy walks along the beach at all hours, take in the pier and some fishing off it (no license required $8 an hour pole rental), the marina is a short distance away (boat, wave runner, and kayak rentals) with more dinning options, and be sure not to mush Thursday’s farmers market. I could go on and on, but hey, just book a week and check it out for yourself.

This was our third annual week at this property and we have a fourth planned for next year. Our family loves it.

This is our second time and just like last time we enjoyed our time here. It is hard to leave this comfy cottage on the beach.

We had a great time in Oceanside. Well stocked rental, beautiful area. Great communication with owners which was really appreciated. Suited us well travelling as a family plus grandma. We will return!

Location, owner, and the property were all great. Mindy was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. The gift basket was a nice touch, too. Sitting upstairs staring at the waves and the sunset was amazing. Oceanside is a unique town with a lot of places to eat and shop. We had fun. I would stay here again.

A beautiful immaculate condo with easy beach access, plenty of room and the host is the best. We loved it so much last year that we came back with family this year. Thank you Mindy.

We came out to Oceanside for a wedding and spent the week at the beach. The location was excellent. The sunsets were beautiful. The home was fully stocked, clean, and well maintained. The only downside was there was no air conditioning and it was pretty hot and humid while we were there. We used fans and opened the windows when we could, which worked ok. Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs. Mindy was a wonderful host and answered our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely week at Mindy's property. Location cannot be beat. Very comfortable beds, great quality linens/towels. Parking garage within the unit was extremely convenient. Tons of amazing restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Beach is quite beautiful. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were really nice. Thank you so much for everything!

Had an amazing week in Oceanside. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. Had a beautiful view of the ocean on the deck where we could enjoy meals and sunsets. The best thing about the location was how easy it was to walk right to the beach without a long winding staircase or crossing a major street. So helpful when you have young kids and lots of stuff! There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand castle toys to use as well. Mindy and Bob were great hosts and gave us great restaurant recommendations in town. The 10 minute walk along the water to the pier was great. There was a beach side playground our daughter loved. We found a lot of amazing spots with great views, especially enjoyed the rooftop bar of the mission pacific hotel for cocktails. Hope to stay here again, highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this rental. Easy check-in, great communication, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The location is incredible and the neighbors are great. We stayed 10 days and I wish it had been longer!

Great communication easy check in.

What a lovely condo. We enjoyed the view and the sounds and ocean air right from the comfort of the living room or balcony and it was so easy to access the beach too. We also enjoyed watching the people on the strand, the occasional surrey or bicycle built for two, muscle cars and dog walkers, surfers, sailboats etc. It is very roomy and everything is well stocked and made to feel like home. We would highly recommend this condo.

We stayed for a week I can't say enough good things about this property and the owner, Mindy. The location on the strand is perfect, the condo is clean and has everything you will need for you and your family, and the communication and willingness to accommodate from Mindy is fantastic. This condo is steps from the beach and is in a perfect location on the north end of the strand. The views from the second floor patio and master bedroom are priceless. I highly recommend this unit and we will be staying here again for our third year in a row next year.

Location and property were great. Both made for a great long over do vacation. Been to this area a few times but this by far has been the best spot. Looking forward to a future return.
