Unit is very spacious with lots of natural light. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels etc. Only thing was several burned out light bulbs, we found extra bulbs in the closet but we’re unable to reach the lights, also bedside lamp in one bedroom is broke. Found a table top ironing board but no iron? Other than those few things the unit was great and we would definitely rent again. Location is perfect!

Beautiful, clean condo. Can access everything (beach and food) by foot. Super quiet street (October). Will return soon!

My family and I stayed at this AMAZING condo for my mother’s 80th birthday. We had 2 couples, a 2-year-old, and 2 other adults. There are 2 very large master suites and 2 couch’s that fold out into very comfy Queen beds. It was a perfect place to stay right on the ocean with a cute balcony overlooking the ocean. I have already given the information to 2 friends to book the property. If you are looking for a great place to stay with your family or a group of friends, right on the ocean this is the perfect place for you! I plan to come back and stay again!!!

We spent an extended weekend in Pismo celebrating a birthday with our family and my parents. The property was perfect and spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was a quick walk to the beach and the pier.

Renata, the owner, ASKED me to write her documentation of my review to submit to her HR contact, as she AGREED it was a horrible experience, and as things transpired, I only came to find she was also completely unprofessional. We booked this property well in advance, paying over $9K in full, and even spoke to the property manager Melinda who assured us it would be a flawless covid-healthy experience and vacation. Upon arrival on July 3, 2021, we arrived to a complete disaster. We left at 7am that morning with small kids in the backseat, and arrived at 4:30pm. When I went to the unit to get the garage door opener (my husband stayed in our packed car and ornery kids), I arrived to complete disgust. The place was an absolute mess, and I have photos to prove it. Clearly, the cleaning services never arrived, and I was incredibly turned off seeing the place dirty, that I cannot get that out of my head. And with covid! If you were a mother during covid how would you feel with your babies staying in someplace less than par... for $9K?! Regardless, I called Melinda in panic. Her immediate response was to panic as well, without hearing my dismay. She told me there was a mixup with the cleaning services (obviously) and that she would get a cleaner in. However, throughout our entire conversation, she never once had compassion for our situation- being in the car, seeing the place in filth, paying thousands for a disastrous arrival, etc. We were the victims, being treated in an unbelievable manner, and having paid so much money. On top of it, the cleaning lady arrived with her "assistant," who happened to be her HUSBAND... no masks, etc. I don't know how much they really cleaned as I did a clean over after and have photos to prove even more filth from my cleaning (I sent the photos to Melinda and she never replied). Also, there was still laundry in the machine, so I took it to myself to finish up. All in all, a terrible experience which really set the tone for the property and our long awaited vacation. Throughout our stay, Renata told us that she was too busy to "deal with us due to running a million-dollar company," and to contact her handyman with all concerns. When the washer stopped working (numerous times during spin cycle), he told US to bang it, unplug it, etc. We PAID for a working washer. I am appalled by the lack of care, kindness and professionalism. I do not recommend dealing with Renata's properties AT ALL.

Wonderful place right off the beach. We really appreciated all of the little touches that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay with our two little boys! Property is literally steps from the sand, it was SPOTLESS when we arrived and the decor and furniture are nice and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, too, which never happens at rentals. Communication was excellent. We would absolutely come back.

Very clean condo with all of the amenities that you could need! Melinda was wonderful at responding and helping. The location is far enough away from the busy, crowded downtown area but within a short walking distance. The beach is right there! It is close enough to the ocean to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Would love to stay again!

This condo is perfect for two couples with its two master suites. I love “new” and everything in the condo seems new. It’s in great shape and super clean. The best part is being able to be in bed and listen to the waves!!! It’s a block off the beach, but you can see the ocean from the balcony and (if you sit in the right seat) from the dining room table. It’s within walking distance of everything in downtown Pismo Beach. We loved our long walks on the beach every morning. We’d definitely go back!!!

Excellent location next to beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was modern and spacious, very nice. Check in/out very easy and convenient. Very enjoyable long weekend.

This property location is stellar. Steps from the beach, easy walking distance to downtown Pismo Beach and MELINDA!!! We had never done a VRBO and were hesitant to try it at this dollar level. Our fears have been erased due to the constant availability of the property manager MELINDA. She was available everytime I called or emailed and responded immediately with answers to any concern I had. We had such a wonderful experience through her and the excellent quality of this property that we are planning on rebooking for next year for a longer period of time.

For the first time ever we had a girls only vacation with our 86 year old mom. We needed something close to town so mom could do her walking and this condo was perfect! It is beautiful condo, the location is perfect and a big plus is it is on a very quiet street. Items you would need are provided such as coffee, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, laundry detergent, dish soap, and soap for the dishwasher. I bought a new 2 quart Rubbermaid pitcher for the trip to make ice tea in but ended up donating it to the condo since we shopped just a little too much and had no room left in the car. I hope it comes in handy for some folks. I plan on retiring in 3 years and moving out of State so I am hoping for one more trip to Pismo since we have been going there for some of our vacations since the late 80's. I am hoping this beautiful condo will still be available to rent for our final trip to Pismo. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay that is quite yet close to town and steps to the beach don't hesitate to book it, you won't be sorry! No doubt about it, this is a very cute condo. You can’t beat the awesome location. But I was a little turned off by the maintenance of the property and a few other things within the condo. If there is an HOA, that association is doing a horrible job with the upkeep of the entire complex. The stairs from the garage to the condo are clearly not a priority. It had an old cigarette bud smell to it. So that was a bit of a turn off from the moment we walked in even after I ran upstairs to grab the garage door opener 3 times because each remote wasn’t working properly. When we walked in, our first impression was good and that it was a lot bigger than we anticipated. I opened the closest door near me when we first walked in and it was the stacked (old) washer and dryer. The oldness didn’t bother me, it was the wet towels left in the wash and the blanket that was left in the dryer. That was a bit odd to me. A few other things that bothered me while staying there: -1) the very old sponge left in the kitchen. How am I supposed to wash both of my toddlers’ sippy cups with an old sponge that you have no idea where it’s been. I think courtesy should always be a brand new sponge for each guest (sanitary reasons), or at least leave a couple new ones under the sink. When I complained about that the owner told me to “zap it in the microwave to disinfect it because it is Easter weekend and no one will be able to bring a new one by.” 2) the broken screens on the patio doors. 3) the stains on the bedroom carpet 4) the soap dispensers in the bathrooms were all filled with water and the tiniest bit of hand soap, so basically they are trying to save money on soap lol. 5) the doors in the bedrooms were really hard to open due to the carpet. Whoever designed that place ordered the doors before there was carpet installed. 6) a couple decorative pillows had stains on them 7) the gray decorative throw blanket had a stain on it. *Again, can’t beat the location and it is a cute and big condo but I think the owner can find better people to run that unit better. The little things above a very easy to fix

This place was perfect for my family of 4 (kids age 7 and 5). We loved how big and open the living room space is and the balcony was great. We loved the modern feel and cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and it’s stocked with plenty of glasses, plates and kitchen appliances. I would highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Once again, we had a fabulous time in "our" condo! This trip, all we wanted to do was "veg out". We didn't turn on the TV once in 4 days! We just sat on the balcony and had a glass of wine before going to dinner. We fell asleep and woke up listening to the waves come in and out. This condo is absolutely perfect . . . off the beaten "loud" path and has all the amenities you could ask for. We are saving up to return! Better than any hotel room. And the owner and her assistant were so helpful and accommodating. Never hesitate to come back!

The owners of this property have obviously spent a lot of time and money on this condo. We come out a couple times a year for family vacation and stay at different condos. We will be back to this property in the future, it’s close to downtown and the beach. The street is quite and one way so it has low traffic and very quite.

We've stayed in many VRBO rentals, and this is one of the best. Clean, modern, well-equipped, spacious, comfortable and convenient, we would happily return to this steps-from-the-sand condo in beautiful Pismo. Ocean views from the balcony, loads of natural light, cozy fireplace in the big main room, well-stocked kitchen, two big master suites, and more. Minor quibbles with the shower's water pressure (replace or clean the showerhead?) and a couple of problematic window blinds, but otherwise this third-story property deserves all five stars.

Such a great spot. Everything was perfect. The elegance of the condominium, steps from the beach and downtown, along with the gorgeous weather was just what we hoped for this vacation. Pismo Beach has so much to offer! Wonderful hospitality too.

Elegant and comfortable layout. Clean and welcoming feeling just a few steps from the water. Close to shopping and restaurants. Well stocked with the essentials and clearly well cared for. We will definitely stay again.

We spent three days at this condo and were so impressed. It was nicely decorated with an open well stocked kitchen and lovely stocked bathrooms. It was very clean, had convenient beach access and was very spacious. Large bottles of water were left for us for the coffee maker and our water bottles and Kuerig coffee pods also available. The only thing we couldn't find was a small baking pan (9x9) for brownies!! We had difficulty figuring out the entry to the parking garage requiring a phone call to the manager who was very helpful but I think the directions could be clarified a bit. But after the initial entry was clarified it was very easy. Also there could have been a notation about the street being "one way" and directions given for the easiest access. We probably still would have wandered around a bit either way. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!! All of the "girls" are wanting to book again for other girls weekends!!

This was our second stay just as beautiful and special as last year !! Will be back again

Quite simply the best place we've stayed at in the Pismo Beach area. The condo was well furnished, the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were updated, the living room spacious and comfortable, the kitchen area was great, the parking was secure, and the location was close to almost everything. Access to the unit was easy with a remote for the sliding gate entry into the parking area and key coded locks on the front gate and front door. On two nights of our three-night stay, we simply walked across the street and had a fantastic dinner watching the sunset at the Seaventure Restaurant. The other night we took a short drive to Ventana Grill. It was quiet, private, comfortable and truly luxurious - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pismo Beach is an amazing place. There’s nothing like walking on the sand and listening to the waves at Pismo. Being able to walk comfortably barefoot from the condo meant more hands to carry “treasures” (aka: sand dollars) back. The walk downtown was just a few blocks, with a nice coffee shop along the way. The condo was beautifu, with two masters. It was roomy and comfortable. We completed 5 puzzles during our stay. We hated to leave, but alas, the real world called us back. There were minor little problems, but whose home is perfect 100% of the time? I definitely hope we can stay again. The biggest challenge was that our GPS didn’t know the street the condo is on was one way. It was a puzzle to find how to get to the beach side of the street to go the right way to be able to park in the condo parking. But we finally figured it out. Directions on codes and such to enter were confusing until you actually did it, then it was easy. This condo is way more comfortable than a hotel room. Thanks for letting us have a relaxing week.

This property is great. A lovely location. Well equipped and extremely clean. Pismo is getting a bit of a face-lift and we enjoyed walking around it. The restaurants were great and the sunsets lovely. Seriously just steps away for the soft sand. Super relaxing long weekend away. Thank you!
