My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and had all we need to stay comfortable for our trip. Communication with Kay was without issue. Not sure if I will be returning to Tybee Island anytime in the near future but will be looking for this place if I do.

We had 4 adults and 1 toddler. Our kiddo loved the layout- she probably ran a hundred laps through the house. The beds were comfortable and there were lovely little touches throughout that made our stay pleasant. We easily cooked meals and there was plenty of seating. My husband loved the US Navy and patriotic memorabilia throughout the house. It had everything we needed and the location was great- just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and checked in on ys throughout our stay. I was sad to go after a pleasant stay.

It was great. The cottage was amazing. Very clean and stocked. So comfortable. The owner was on point with responding and very nice. The community is so friendly. We loved it!!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful communication with Kay about the impending weather that thankfully cleared out a day before we were to arrive. The cottage had everything we needed and lots of room for the 3 of us. We spent a lot of our time enjoying the front porch and made some great memories. Thank you!

We wanted to visit SCAD and turn the trip into a week-long vacation. There were four of us (two adults and two teens), along with three dachshunds. This house was the only one that was available for the dates we needed and was willing to accommodate three small dogs. The owner was very communicative and the house was nicely laid out. Everyone had privacy, with the teens sharing their own bathroom.
My only complaint is that I wish we were allowed to turn down the AC lower than 72 degrees at night. For someone with hot flashes and others used to it being cooler, it was pretty warm. :)

The house is as beach like as you can get. The location is close enough to walk or bike to anywhere on the island. The private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is amazing. My
family enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit and rebook again for more memories at the beach. Highly recommend

We had an amazing time. It was only a short walk to shops, food, beach and entertainment. The home was clean and well stocked. Kay is the sweetest and I enjoyed all of my chats with her.

Wow! We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our trip to Tybee Island. It was my husband, our three young adult children and me along with our doggies. It was the perfect place for all of us. The accommodations were wonderful. Great little backyard that is fenced in for the pups. The location is fabulous! Just a few blocks from the beach. Just a very short walk. We just felt at home at this cottage. We can’t wait to return! Thank you so much for sharing your property with us.

Restful Vacation
The property was clean and large enough for everyone to have their own space. We had a great 4th of July with a nice fireworks show off the pier. The ocean was restful and beautiful. The location was close to the beach which made it easy to get to. Many restaurants to choose from. There is an IGA small market for items and a Publix grocery within 10 miles. Savannah is only 25 minutes away and has alot to see there We ate there and also went to the riverwalk area which was neat to see.

The house is very spacious, and I loved the decor. Many antique and shabby chic pieces. The house had everything we needed. Kay gave us lots of helpful information and was easy to communicate with. The house was also close to many attractions. We enjoyed our stay!

Island getaway
Just writing as a thank you to Kay for her hospitality and for the use of her home! Kay was a pleasure to talk to and very responsive to all of our questions and needs. This vintage house was perfect for us . We had four people and with two family room areas and two screened porches, there was plenty of space for together and alone time.
Our intent was to spend time in Savannah and in Tybee. The house was perfect for that. We were outside the hustle and bustle of the city and were then able to enjoy the quiet weekdays at the beach. We traveled into Savannah to enjoy its beauty and attractions. It was an easy 30 minute drive. The Tybee beaches were within easy walking distance.

A trip to the 1950s by with updates. Great location, clean, comfortable and nice. Issue with trash bin was full but I think neighbors had used it.

Perfect vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while staying in this amazing cottage. It was perfect for two couples. We had separate space when we needed it and a central gathering area in the kitchen and dining room. Kitchen is fully stocked and easy to navigate. Loved the location to the beach and Kay was awesome to work with. We would highly recommended her home to anyone looking to travel to Tybee Island. Loved it there.

Stylish, cozy cottage in perfect location. Walk to shops and restaurants but still in a quiet area. Mermaid art adorns multiple areas to socialize. We will gladly stay here again.

Amazing Property
We had an amazing time staying at this property. The house is decorated so well and has everything that you could possibly need! The owner Kay provided great information prior to our stay and responded promptly when I called. The houses proximity to everything was wonderful. Get away adventure
This is a spacious property. Our 2 adult children were unable to come but would of enjoyed the nice comfortable beds. Only a couple blocks from the beach & restaurants. Our host had special extras. Great place!

Fantastic rental property
The cottage was very clean and well stocked. In a quiet neighborhood just a 5 minuet walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.
