Adam is a wonderful host who has put a lot of thought into providing an unforgettable experience for those who stay at his place. You should absolutely stay here, it's magical.

The property is accurate as listed. Ideally suited for family/friends retreat away from it all. Tofino is quiet in March. Some seasonal amenities in town (restaurants and venues) in winter shutdown. Abundant beaches, storms, waves, surf, seashell hunting, and long walks on the sand.

We stayed here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary so it was a special treat. We loved every minute at this property and Adam was a great host. The architecture and furnishings are truly incredible - so unique and tasteful but also very comfortable. The views to the bay from every room were just breathtaking and getting to wake up looking out of those huge windows was such a treat. The walk to the beach is an easy 15 min. walk - the drive to Tofino's downtown is easy too. We truly did have the best coffee of our lives from the beans (provided) and the professional espresso machine. We loved listening to the records! The kitchen is awesome and well equipped. The house is VERY clean and I notice every detail on that front. The bed and sheets were very comfortable/nice and even the duvet was clearly just laundered. There were plenty of towels and even separate ones for the hot tub. The second story/right side of the house is completely separate and (I think) inhabited but we never saw anyone else, nor did we hear anyone else so it felt very private. We only hope to be back some day and will bring kayaks to explore the bay - there were SUP boards available but we're not so confident on those. We'll likely skip Jan/Feb though since many businesses and restaurants close for those months, but then again the house is so incredible it's hard to leave it. We're so grateful to have been able to stay here - thank you for sharing such a special place!!

This is a fabulous home, built to maximize enjoyment of nature in all weather, with what amount to glass walls on both the ocean and treed sides of the home, and filled with wonderful creature comforts. Look forward to visiting it again, with its gracious host.

This property was absolutely amazing! Our stay this November was absolutely phenomenal. Adam was such a great host, he was available at a moment's notice, and responded instantaneously to any questions we had. The hot tub was perfect, the layout was awesome. The TV in the family room made great games night (there is cable and has HDMI outs). The recorder player can play throughout the whole house (and is also Bluetooth enabled to connect to your phones). The coffee, oohh the coffee, is literally the best we have ever had! His espresso maker is the best, easy to use (even for the unexperienced). I believe he owns the coffee shop down the road, so we definitely had to buy some beans to take home. The location is only 5 mins away from anywhere you need to go in Tofino. The backyard is the ocean (very cool to see the tides come in and out). We were a group of 3 couples, hands down the best place to stay, definitely worth it!

House is wonderful, hosts were SUPER responsive and accommodating. We enjoy “super duper” espresso machine as well as collection of eclectic LPs. Family evening gatherings around the fire were very special. We will rent this house again from Adam for sure.

My wife and I stayed for a week and it was perfect, the house, location, amenities and Adam is the perfect host. The house build quality is exceptional and a significant amount of thought has gone into creating a functional yet tranquil and relaxing home. Just spending a day at the house listening to vinyl, pulling espressos, using the outdoor shower & hot tub, enjoying the views & serenity, making dinner on the outdoor grill & sitting by the fire pit makes an amazing day and you haven’t even left the house!! The location is also perfect, short drive to Tofino or a short walk to Chesterman or Cox beach…truly the perfect house for a couple, family or friends. If it’s available book it…if not, personally, I would see if I could change my dates to make it work…this house is one of those VRBO special finds.

This beautiful home fit our two young families very well, and was excellently appointed with everything we could need. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, proximity to the beach and the espresso machine.

Quiet, idyllic setting. I love to cook, and the kitchen is fully set up with good quality cookware. Just a short walk to Chesterman beach, so we enjoyed a daily walk on the beach. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to the beach, our son walked to Cox Bay with his surf board. We made use of all the thoughtful amenities: smores in the outdoor fireplace, serene jacuzzi, Italian espresso machine, chef's kitchen, steaks on the grill, the outdoor shower, heavy duty raincoats (they were not really needed). Wish we were still there, would definitely return.

Beautiful place in every regard a very short walking distance through a lovely little patch of forest to the beach. Adam is a connoisseur of all good things: a master builder and craftsman who thought of EVERYTHING possible, necessary and luxurious for his place. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel but better. And he's a nice guy too and a terrific host. Come stay, make a coffee, take a hot tub and listen to his eclectic record collection. You will enjoy.

Hands down - this is one of the nicest rental properties my family has had the good fortune to stay at. Adam’s attention to detail is impeccable. The property comfortably accommodates two families and had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend in Tofino. We especially appreciated the delicious coffee, relaxing hot tub and extensive vinyl collection.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great view to wake up with, great artwork, wonderful atmosphere and comfy beds. Fancy coffee machine was a nice touch. Place was the perfect size for our family of five. We had a nice relaxing stay in Tofino and would stay here again but will maybe come in the summer next time.

This is such a stunning property located on a beautiful and tranquil bay. I have been to Tofino many, many times and have never stayed on this side. We absolutely loved waking up to the peaceful view each morning. Adam, our host had the fire going upon our arrival and was available any time we needed him. Will definitely book this place again!

Absolutely loved our stay. Peaceful, comfortable, spacious, luxurious, and yet fit in perfectly with the natural environment. Very private but hosts very accessible. Well equipped kitchen. Extra cooking essential ingredients, thoughtful design, the beautiful espresso machine (loaded with coffee beans), nice bottles of soap and shampoo, all wonderful touches to a place that is hard to write such a glowing review for, even though it deserves it, as we don't want TOO much competition!

Renting property was very easy and as described. Adam, the owner lives on the property and was very quick answering any inquiries I had. House clean, well outfitted and spacious. Lots of room for active puppy and nonstop 2 year old. I would certainly rent again.

Amazing place, right from the delicious coffee to the stunning architecture. Felt like we were at a health spa in the woods! The sauna and cold plunge are a must do, we are now hooked! 100% recommend this place.
