Well stocked kitchen, spacious master BR; garage apartment allowed one couple and their child to have some private time. Highly recommend!

We were a group of two families, with five kids under the age of five. The house had more than enough room for us all and is in a great location, within walking distance to groceries, restaurants and downtown Edgartown. Large fenced in yard was perfect for the kids running around. Would absolutely stay here again.

Plenty of room to spread out with your group. The backyard is excellent for entertaining with plenty of seating and a grill. Plus it is within walking distance of downtown. I would highly recommend staying. here.

Beautiful home tucked into a quiet street in a very convenient location. We walked into Edgartown center every morning from this awesome spot. Clean, spacious, well equipped home. The owner even sent us the heads-up about securing ferry reservations when they became available, otherwise we would not have known. Really enjoyed this beautiful home and plan to rent again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the location is walkable to downtown Edgartown and the property was lovely! The guest house is newly renovated and was a great addition. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. Would stay here again!

We rented for two weeks and this house was perfect. Great location, plenty of space and very clean. The guest suite over the garage is beautiful. Highly recommend.

We liked the home which had plenty of room for our family of 4 and we were happy with our choice to stay here. Unfortunately, VRBO has a ratings system where anything less than 5* hurts the property owner making it difficult to rate more subtle levels of quality (true luxury from this very nice home). The home was nicely equipped with a coffee and expresso maker and pods. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basic supplies and tableware/cooking tools. There were plenty of beach toys and other play things. The common areas were nice, but the TV was difficult to operate. There was a Comcast box but it was not clear we were using it. We had trouble operating the heating/AC system. It turns out there are different controls for the AC and heat both of which the property owner monitors. She helped correct our issue but the system was not easy to figure out. The bathrooms are nice, but not top-of-the line quality. The only significant issue we had was that there was only one nice quality bed upstairs for our 2 young adult children. The sleeper couch upstairs was all springs. My kids did not want to sleep in the bunk beds which would have been fine for younger children. The home owner was very responsive to questions and a pleasure to work with.

The home was clean, beautiful and a perfect location for our family. It slept us all comfortably and communication with the home owner/property manager was prompt every time. We were able to walk into Edgartown, ride bikes in all directions and be at the beach within 10 minutes. Thank you so much! We will be back!

The location was great - in a small neighborhood, but walking distance to shopping and downtown Edgartown. When we arrived we did not have hot water in the main house, but the owner responded quickly and the caretaker arrived the following morning . Our family enjoyed being able to spend time together in such a comfortable house. Each couple could get away into their own space, as well as socializing in the open common areas. We had a very special weekend.

We had the best time staying at this house! It’s one of the nicest and most well-stocked short term rentals we have booked. The house was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. It’s an easy walk or bike to downtown Edgartown, and very close to Bad Martha’s, which was a lot of fun. The hosts were also extremely gracious and flexible when our travel plans changed and we wanted to stay longer at the last minute. We can’t wait to stay again!

The house is great. Very clean and functional. Nice open space for a family. While we went in the winter, I could see how great the house would be in the summer because of the yard. It’s in walking distance to Edgartown… Although the road is a bit tight for walking with the cars… Be careful. It’s not that worrisome… It’s just something to be aware of. There were minor issues that Eleanor was quick to resolve for us. She is a great owner and very communicative via the app. She was even patient with me as I forgot to make a payment right on time. I would highly recommend the property if you’re interested in being in that location of the island.

This house was a very comfortable, well-located venue for our trip to Martha's Vineyard to attend a wedding. It is walking distance to downtown Edgartown and on a quiet street. The house is very clean and sunny and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely and very comfortable property. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. It is advertised as a great family place, which it is. But we were 6 adults and it worked well for us too. We included the above-the-garage space in our rental, which gave us extra space and 3 full baths that were helpful in getting ready for the wedding we attended. Easy walk into downtown. Owner was pleasant and very responsive.

Beautiful property and accommodations. Easy to get too and easy to get to everything else on Martha’s Vineyard. Loved the bunny rabbit that inhabited the property and was somewhat domestic. Can not voice any fault with this rental and when there were questions the owner was very responsive. Had a great time and recommend others to try this property for quiet and fulfilling experience on Martha’s Vineyard and Edgartown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful property. Walking distance to town, the markets and Morning Glory Farm. An easy drive to the beaches. The flexibility of adding on the guest suite above the garage was perfect for our family. The owner was extremely accomodating when Hurricane Henri thwarted our ability to get off-island.

My family and I enjoyed a lovely stay. The house was large and able to easily accommodate our family, including the new guest suite above the garage. We had a few issues upon arriving but they were promptly taken care of by the house manager. We also loved the location of the house which is on a quiet street but very close to the action of Edgartown. The house is a short walk to the grocery store and liquor store and a lovely walk, bike, or drive to downtown Edgartown with restaurants and boutiques. Highly recommend!

Beautiful preperty and very quiet and convenient location for a short getaway. So cozy that our baby in the belly decided to speed up his due date to join in on the relaxation. An unforgettable one indeed!

We stayed with my 2 year old son and it was the perfect family spot! He had a blast in the yard and back yard patio area is perfect for family cookouts and grilling! We will be back next year!

We came in town for a wedding and created a family reunion. We loved Martha's Vineyard and Edgartown. We were about a 20-25 walk from the heart of town. Restaurants nearby and great shopping . My husband and son-in-law went fishing. We had our baby grandson with us and he loved the parks, library, stroller rides and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for our family reunion. The follow up from the owner was exceptional. Quiet neighborhood. September is the time to go!! Perfect weather. Loved the ferry ride over. I would love to come back & stay here....
