This home was perfect for our family. It’s clean and cozy. The neighborhood is a really nice area to be in. We enjoyed the local dining and taking morning walks. We also loved how close it was to Nashville. I definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful home. Five Star definitely was our experience The owner checked in on us a couple of times. He did it just perfectly. Master bed was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. The only down thing was how strong the plug in fragrance but that resolved when we unplugged the unit. I get headaches from smells. That is not unique to this place. I guess when I book in the future I will need to request that they be toned down or removed before arrival.

This house was the perfect location for our stay in Nashville. Our events for the weekend were at the Grand Ole Opry and it was easy to access. We also went downtown several times with easy access. The house had everything we needed and the host was extremely helpful and attentive.

I recommend staying here as the location provides good access to downtown, and there are food and grocery options close by. The house is clean and there was plenty of room for the four of us. The owners were attentive to making sure our stay was good. I would definitely stay here again.

First, Jack was a great host. Great communication from start to finish. Very quick to reply to a text but we really didn't have to text too much because the house was set up so well when we arrived. Second, the house is fantastic. A great value, very clean, nice furnishings and everything you need and expect in a VRBO. We have family in the neighborhood and we will definitely be booking again for our next visit. Five stars all the way!

This property was perfect for us. Owners were wonderful. Would stay there again anytime!! No complaints at all!! Had trouble running the TV but we’re not very techy advanced!

Had a very enjoyable time staying here. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans to do our cooking. The only suggestion I would make would be to upgrade the beds in the upstairs bedrooms from full size to queen.

The property was in a great location and perfect for our vacation. The house was as advertised and had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Property looked just like photos. Weather was cloudy or rainy so we did not use the outdoor grill. The stove's burners are uneven/tilted. They looked like they didn't fit, but they worked. We are chef's so cooking amenities are important. I wish they had newer towels (white and fluffy). Some of the wash rags smelled like they were left in the washer overnight and looked like rags. Master bath is slow to drain, but it could be because the water pressure is awesome! Driveway is steep and narrow, be careful. Overall it is a cute, comfortable place. The Owner came by soon after we arrived and he was very nice. That alone will make me want to stay there again.

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. Convenient to Nashville and surrounding areas. Appreciate the personal touch and service the owners provided to make it even better.

Our family stayed here several days while one of our sons had a baseball tournament in the Nashville area. The house was nice and clean and in a great location. The house was close enough to everything we needed, but still in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Four of us came from Texas to attend the CMA festival. I have a friend who lives in Nashville that was driving us back-and-forth to the festival every day. It was a bit of a drive for him from southeast Nashville. The house itself was charming and we loved eating at nearby Chef’s Market (recommended by owner).

Family of 4. Nice neighborhood. We did end up going into Nashville quite a few times and the drive did get somewhat monotonous, but it was a very nice, clean house. Host communication was great.

Everything was perfect! Jack and Lenore were so welcoming and gracious in making sure we were completely happy while staying here, We opted to stay a little outside of Nashville and this was perfect for easy access to both downtown and to the Opry. Will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Nashville. A big THANK YOU to Jack and Lenore!

We all enjoyed our three night stay in Goodlettsville. We actually met the owners Jack and Lenore when we got to the house. That was very nice and Jack gave us some suggestions for restaurants which was great. House is in a nice neighborhood and close enough to Nashville and many other areas of interest. The living room furniture is very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and bedrooms and baths were nice. We did have a few issues trying to figure out if the TV in living room was a smart TV and whether there was a streaming service provided by the owner. We did have some of our questions answered via text and VRBO messaging, but did not get complete answers about the TV situation. Though we did not actually call the owners as we did finally figure out a way to watch the NFL draft that we wanted to see. Overall, we had a very nice stay. Thank you Jack and Lenore!

The house is in a lovely neighborhood that was nice and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. About a 15 minute drive downtown when not rush hour and about an $18 Uber ride. Loved having 3 bedrooms and a nice sized family room. Beds were super comfy!

Great place to go when you want to see Nashville and escape the crowds and noise at night. Close to the Opry Mills area. Easy on and off the interstate.

The home provided everything we needed .. the only thing we had to do was buy the food and cook it. The only thing I didn’t understand was the departure checklist. It stated how you had clean everything, wipe out frig, stove, put up dishes but you’re charged for cleaning service… I even had to sweep under the throw rugs that were pretty filthy underneath (as well as the rug itself) and I noticed dust in the cracks on the carpet in the bedrooms. Besides the minor cleaning issues… the stay was peaceful and management was reachable he even paid us a visit to check in on us.

This property was clean, quiet, the relaxing we needed after the hours of driving we had done. Boys next door played with grandson. That was so nice since he is an only child Jack was awsome and always checking on us and helping us find stores and restaurants

What a wonderful place to stay and destress. My longtime friend and I finally were able to meet up after not having seen each other for 5 years. She from Ohio, me from Wisconsin and we had a wondreful time because the home was conducivie to talking all night long, playing board games and very close to great eating establishments and places to go. If you are into antiques, you are only minutes away from the downtown area and lots of cool shops. The hosts were available when needed but not hovering. Even with the storm activity, we felt safe and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together!

The owners of this home are wonderful. I had a number of changes that I needed to make due to weather problems. Jack was on top of it and has been great to work with.

The owners of this home are very caring and have a beautiful home they shared with us! The house is in a great location for going in and out Nashville, which we did daily! The neighborhood is quiet and clean! The house is exactly as described! Furniture was very comfortable and everything you need for a home away from home vacation. The owner has great suggestions for local places to eat. If you need anything, have questions or problems, the owners are right there for you! We are a family of 5 adults who spent Christmas and New Years at this home and had absolutely no problems at all! So glad we decided to stay at this house! Another trip to Nashville, we will be contacting this owner without a doubt!
