I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was incredibly disappointing despite the positive reviews. First, the check-in process took 10 minutes. We were two families, but the rooms were allocated at opposite ends of the hotel. When we arrived, people were smoking, drinking, and barbecuing in the parking lot, which made us feel unsafe. We requested rooms closer together and eventually got them, but the key to the new room didn’t work. It took three attempts to activate the key, and they finally gave us a master key. The room itself was awful—there was no lock on the bathroom door, and the AC sounded like a running generator. The bathroom felt like a dungeon, and part of the ceiling in the room was exposed. I couldn’t even find where they kept the towels. Late at night, I went to the reception and waited for 20 minutes with no staff in sight. When someone finally showed up, they hesitated before giving me a fresh set of towels. The pool was covered and unavailable, and the parking lot was filled with large vehicles, making me wonder if they rented the space out. Breakfast was practically non-existent—just some bread and muffins that even the staff wouldn’t eat. Overall, a terrible experience.

Didn't understand how the the deposit amount was more than the room...60 buck room...100 dollar deposit..stayed 2weeks ago for two nights 170 bucks .60 deposit...smh

They will try to get you for every penny they can. It was really odd that they called and asked when we were going to be at work so they could go in and change the sheets and stuff but they never went in while we were there. It was very odd.

Overall cleanliness and condition was good. Rooms were clean as were the surrounding grounds. Amenities were limited, particularly the breakfast selection!!! I have a growing disappointment in Wyndham properties.

When we got to the hotel, I told person at the desk that I had a reservation and had completed the online check in. He then began asking what kind of room we needed, how many guest and then told me how much it was and asked for my credit card. I told him I had already paid. He checked again and said okay. On my confirmation email it said our room was 302 however he told us 120. When we got to room there was a bad odor. We had trouble sleeping because even after we turned on air conditioner and turned it down low the room was hot. The bathtub faucet dripped the entire we were there. The room was nothing like any of the pictures online.

The rooms are very old and musty and there were roaches on the counter by the television. I do realize that this is one of the cheaper motels on Conference Drive. But they could at least update their rooms and clean them better and spray for bugs. Wont be back.

The room next to us was playing music loud outside our room grilling food right in front of our room. Room air unit was in pieces no iron or ironing board

There was only one ice machine available. The breakfast was terrible. We had Mexicans grilling and partying outside our bedroom blocking the walkway. I would have picked a different hotel for sure.

I booked this hotel last minute while on the road. I chose it because of how close it was to Nashville and the price was good. We didn't check in until after hours but the room didn't have the AC going so it was very hot in there and it took awhile to cool off. For a one night stay it was okay. The mini muffins in the morning were a hit with the kids!

Not enough towels. Told I had to wait until morning or come down and get pool towels. No elevator. Very outdated.

This hotel was very clean, and the staff were very quick, polite, and professional. The electrical storm knocked out the electrical key system, so it was a bit difficult to get into the room as the door locked did not want to cooperate on several occasions. Staff quickly fixed it so I could get in and out of my room.

There was black mold on the ceiling, the lamps, tub, and mirror were rusted, the shower curtain was dingy, and there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter.

The room was very smelly , the Blankets were very dirty and the bathroom very very dirty they need to clean it up with bleach

Room was not clean. Had to ask for towels and a first was told they sent them all out to be cleaned.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there, which they didn’t know until we told them it was still dirty. Put us in a different room that was smaller and had smaller beds than we were suppose to have. The breakfast (if you could call it that) was honestly pathetic. Couple muffins, couple pieces of bread and some cereal. Not the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed but would recommend not staying here.

The rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast was great! For the price I was very pleased! Would stay there again.

We had someone trying to get into our room. The shower did not have any temp but cold and like warm and the handle was about to fall off. The tables in the room were sticky , the remote was sticky , the majority of the stuff was rusting and the ac sounded like it was about to fall off the wall. Their so called breakfast was fruit loops, Frosted Flakes or toast. They had juice but it didn’t work or milk kept in a cabinet. One of the managers got to arguing with someone staying there over taking his food and juice outside the itty bitty dining area and then called the cops on him. Would not recommend this place to anyone or anything.

It's an older hotel but very quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very old musty, moldy smelling property. The bathroom had very old fixtures. The tub, shower was cracked. The carpet, bed smelled. Picture 1970’s 3 rd world country. Clean appearing, but, with low standards. I did not see an effort to better the condition. It’s as if they were just hanging in there until it’s sold or they retired. So, it was good for 1 night. I would not go there again. Especially for the price. But for 1 night, it fit the bill.
