This home was absolutely perfect for our family. There were five of us plus my father in law. We had plenty of room. We were in the area for a youth sports event and wanted something more than a hotel for our down time. This place was perfect. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was at the top of the list. The paint was fresh, the furniture was nice, and the home was well stocked with the essentials you need. The kitchen and bathrooms were all updated and nice. The owners were also very accessible and wonderful to deal with. We would and will book this property again. No question.

My family and I gathered from around the country for several quaint days at The Eagle's Nest for a relative's wedding.
While we were away for the ceremony and other sightseeing in the Greater Houston area The Eagle's Nest made for a wonderful retreat. We enjoyed our drives through the neighborhood, the winding paths and canopy of the trees throughout.
My father especially enjoyed his mornings on the back patio and evenings on the leather armchair, daily rituals from home that he could continue so many miles away.
Very thankful for the highly communicative hosts who made their home available to my family in such a welcoming manner. Thank you!

House is as represented, very well equipped, and owners were great - thorough communications, all with the home as represented, and very nice people. Top-notch VRBO experience - I wish they were all like this.

This is our 2nd time to stay in this home. The house is clean and well supplied and very comfortable in the Houston heat and humidity. The house is located in the heart of everything - we had no issues getting to stores and shops in the area all within a 10 min drive. The neighborhood is also very quiet and walkable. Really enjoyed the stay.

The home is in a nice neighborhood close to walking trails and pretty much everything you might need near by in terms of shops and grocery stores. The home is really nice with a small yard in the back and a deck. The bedrooms were all decorated nicely as well as the home in general. Overall, we really liked the house and enjoyed our stay - we felt very comfortable there.

This home is a real jewel. Matt checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed and it was so well equipped for all of our needs. Best VRBO I have stayed in!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Foremost Matt and Debra were great in communicating with us and ensuring that we had all of the information that we needed. It was great having a very well stocked kitchen for cooking our breakfast and other meals. We really appreciated the games room in the garage that allowed for some fun ping pong and darts. We also really enjoyed hanging out on the deck enjoying all the birds and squirrels under a great tree canopy. We would definately stay here again.

Very nice. Love all the extra touches. Darling decor. Very nice beds. Large sized rooms. Great shower in the master bedroom. The game room/garage was fun. Peaceful neighborhood. No noise heard from neighbors, etc. Easy access to surrounding areas.

Wonderful stay! This home is definitely a ‘home away from home!’ Clean, tasteful fun decor, comfortable bed and furniture, well stocked kitchen, fenced yard and ping pong in the garage.
Debra was available for questions or suggestions and kept us informed if there were things we might want/need to know. We thoroughly enjoy our time there.

We stayed while visiting family that live in the neighborhood. The layout of the house was great and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. Will definitely stay again when visiting!

Perfect place for our family while in town for a rehearsal dinner/wedding. Extremely clean and Debra made sure we had a pack and play and high chair for us. Highly recommend!

Debra's property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family (including baby!). It had everything we needed for our stay and was centrally located. Debra is extremely on top of it and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely stay again while visiting family.

We were in town for an athletic event and Debra was quick with support for any needs concerning area. There were no needs concerning the house as it was wonderfully prepared with everything needful. And more.
This was a great place to hang out with our kids while we were in town for a Highschool athletic event.
Highlight for the kids- They loved the garage, ping pong and the spotlight on birds/birding. Lovely place and lovely owners. Will book again when we come next year!

This was our second time at this house and it certainly won’t be our last time. The house is adorable. The decor is happy and cheerful. Everything in the house was spotless! Debra thought of everything. I have stayed in many VRBO’s through the years and by far this home is the best.

My wife and I stayed here with our two grown children, their partners and our little dog. Everyone was comfortable and happy. Great back yard for the dog. Nice bedrooms for each couple. Great open areas inside and out for hanging out. And a ping pong table in the garage was a big hit. Owners obviously care about the home and stock it with everything you need.

Debra’s property is in a beautiful woodland setting. We were in Houston for a wedding. Her house fit our family group of 8 nicely. There were sites in the home where all family members could gather together. Enjoyed the bird related decor scattered through her place

We were in town for a church conference and the Eagle’s Nest was perfect! Very nice and comfortable house, looks exactly like the pictures. Tucked back in a cozy neighborhood and pretty peaceful. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property!!

My wife and I met my cousins from Oregon in the woodlands for my brothers wedding. We rented a house that was 5 minutes from my brothers house. The house was very clean and met our expectations. Debra was so easy to work with and next we are in the woodlands with a large group we will definitely rent one of her properties again. Thanks for making it so easy to visit my brother.

We loved this property and are planning to return to one of this owners other properties - The Peaceful Perch soon. The game room was awesome!! Darts, ping pong, card table, and sitting area to watch movies. Just be careful of the different room levels from entry to all other rooms and into family room. They can be tricky after a few drinks.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at The Eagle’s Nest. The home was super clean and everything was in tip-to shape. The check-in process was nice and easy. The online listing pictures are great, but I recommend seeing for yourself just how cute this home is! We loved the bird theme throughout. There was great attention to decor and detail. Communication with property manager was great! She was quick to respond and very accommodating.
The location and neighborhood was very cute and convenient. I would give The Eagle’s Nest more than 5 stars, if I could. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay Debra!

We were in the Woodlands to attend my son's wedding at Addison Woods in Spring. We rented this property while my brother and sister rented properties from the same owner closeby. It worked out great! We could walk to each other's place. All three homes were very nice, spacious, clean and well stocked. They are well located for area fun. Each morning, our families met up for a fitness walk around the 3-mile loop just across S. Millibend. We went kayaking on the Waterway at the Riva Boat House and ate at Market Street area just a few minutes drive. And bonus, it was only 8 minutes from the wedding at Addison Woods.

A very nice, clean, comfy and quiet property in the Woodlands. Great location with access to many trails and walking paths. The house was nicely furnished with plenty of space to visit with family.

My friend and I were in town for the Ironman. The location was perfect - close enough to the venue but just far enough away for a quiet night's sleep!
Debra was very easy to work with, communicative and even tracked us during the race! The house had everything we could have needed, and then some. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a quick family getaway, peaceful, quiet, calming, and close to everything we needed. Even better in person than the pictures. Usually I have found that the beds in VRBOs are not comfortable, but these were all great! We hope to come back soon.

Eagles Nest was a wonderful home away from home. It is adorably decorated and the furniture and bed comfortable. It has a very well stocked kitchen….dishes, service ware, pots and pans, storage containers, glassware . And a fenced yard for our dog made it even better.
Debra checked in with us regularly and was available whenever we called/texted her.
We look forward to returning!

The home is as pictured, location was perfect for our need near our granddaughter’s wedding venue. It is a ranch but with a sunken living room, the level changes were a problem as I broke my ankle the week before arriving. Well appointed, cute we would stay here again!

This property was a great solution for a long 10 day visit to the area. The owner ensures that you have everything you need so that the only thing you’re stocking up on is food. A thoughtful snack basket was provided as we arrived late in the evening. Very nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Fully fenced backyard for pet or little ones. Toys, games and books for children are available, which was handy when our grandchildren stopped in. The only detractor was the traffic noise, which could be heard from the 2 guest bedrooms. We had to do some juggling the first few days to put the heavier sleepers on that side of the house. But it worked out just fine after that. We felt fortunate to have found this wonderful rental.

Cute, clean and comfortable! The Host was so responsive and friendly. The home was just as the photos show, well equipped and in great proximity to shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay… our furry family members did too! Will definitely request future stays!
