Frank's Place is the perfect place to stay if you want a home base for Point Reyes area adventures or if you just want a quiet getaway. We had big hiking plans that were thwarted by rain, but we didn't mind too much because the house was so inviting and cozy. Beautiful and comfortable retro furnishings, a roaring fire, even listening to birds and taking in the nature all around from a warm hot tub in the rain. The owners and innkeeper were kind and available if we needed anything, but we were all set. The house was well-stocked with pantry essentials, books, DVDs, games. and the owners provided detailed instructions about how everything worked. We can't wait to visit again.

We loved Frank's Place so much we're thinking about making it our home away from home. Our stay was perfect...from the homey comfort and conveniences to the scenic beauty and proximity to our favorite places, we can't wait to come back. Kitsy is a gem of a property manager...very responsive and caring. Thanks for making Frank's Place so special!

Relaxing stay in nature with no difficulties. Hot tub operates well. Road to the house is very steep so old car may have trouble, but otherwise very easy stay! Thank you

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Frank’s Place. The house is spacious and airy, with beautiful views of Tomales Bay from 2 different decks. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the hot tub was a wonderful plus. Easy access to Pt Reyes Station and Pt Reyes National Seashore. This was my 4th stay at Frank’s Place and I hope to go back again and again!

This was our fourth time staying at Frank's Place. We were lucky to be there during one of the big storms. It was the perfect place to be because of the warmth, coziness, and beautiful scenery. The owners go out of their way to make your stay five stars. We will be back next year.

“Frank’s Place” was a great retreat high above Tomales Bay. Kitchen was well equipped and the fireplace and hot tub were a plus. Kitsy, the Innkeeper, was extremely welcoming and accommodating (very much appreciated). A great location for exploring the Point Reyes National Seashore.

This is the second time we've stayed at Frank's Place, this time with family visiting from out-of-state. It was a great experience for everyone, and such a perfect location for exploring Point Reyes and Tomales Bay.

Staying at Frank’s Place was a lovely experience. The view, the seclusion, and the hot tub were the highlights. Carpeted areas could use updating but otherwise the place was spacious and well appointed. Caretaker was friendly and responsive. I’d definitely rent this place again!

The house was well stocked with all the amenities to cook a great meal. It’s a great place for 6 people to sleep comfortably. The decks are so peaceful, looking into the trees and our into the bay . I love the seclusion . Our family had a great time just eating , playing games , emoting the hot tub and beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful home in the trees
We stayed at Frank's place for a three day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the view, hot tub and watching the birds from the many decks.
The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and Kitsy, the property manager, is very helpful and friendly.

Charming Inverness house
Very good. The house has a somewhat filtered view of Tomales Bay due to tall trees on adjacent properties. The house was clean and very comfortable.

We had such a wonderful relaxing vacation. The house was gorgeous and well equipped, the abundance of windows allowed us to enjoy the view, including the amazing rain storm that we caught while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of clean towels, the hot tub was clean and beautifully situated. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was gorgeous and well equipped, the abundance of windows allowed us to enjoy the view, including the amazing rain storm that we caught while we were there. Even though the furnace wasn't working, and it gets chilly at night, this large home felt cozy with the addition of heaters in every bedroom and the living room, plus the working fireplace. We enjoyed fires at night and in the morning, and soaking in the hot tub in the afternoons/evenings. The location is perfect for exploring the Point Reyes National Seashore and it's beaches and visitor's center, and to get to nearby Point Reyes Station for restaurants, supplies, gas, and shopping. The owner and innkeeper were both excellent and very communicative, ensuring we felt very welcome for our stay.

The location was great and the house was spacious for 4 adults. This is a quiet, tree loaded property with a peek-a-boo view of Tomales Bay, lots of birds and a wonderful hot tub. A complete kitchen, work out room and lots of space. We loved our time here.
