This condo was spectacular!! So much room. So much to offer. Beautifully decorated. The views from this corner condo were amazing. From the city lights at night to the sunrise and sunset. It had it all. It was perfect for our family vacation!!

This was our first time in PCB. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had so many things to use for cooking in. We loved sitting on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee and looking out at the ocean. We got to see some marine life pretty much every morning. The condo itself was A++. I loved that it is a corner unit. We never had to hear other guests outside the door unless they were waiting on the elevators. Here are my tips for future renters as far as the condo complex. 1)Park on the 3rd level of the parking garage. The skybridge is on the 3rd floor, so if you park on the second, you have to take an elevator up one level to get to the bridge, then another elevator to get to your condo. The first level is only for oversized vehicles (anything taller than 7'. We have a GMC Sierra and it was not considered "oversized" as we got a "friendly" notice on our windshield the first time we parked there) and handicapped vehicles. 2) If you are planning on spending the day on the beach, take your umbrella/tent and chairs out early and put them where you want to set up. The beach gets pretty full pretty early. If you are taking a beach wagon, be aware that there is no ramp to the beach. There are two sets of a few stairs. My son and husband had to carry the wagon up these few stairs. Other than these couple of inconveniences, the vacation was wonderful. It is so close to so many things too.

This was our second time staying and the upgrades from last time was mind blowing! The best vacation beds we have ever had! Keep up the great work. The only down side is the parking passes and the wrist bands. That just has come bug us we are tourists.

We loved the condo and the layout was great!! The views were amazing! The chairs and beach toys in closet were a great addition. The owner was quick to respond to any emails with information. I would recommend loading your car the night before(like we did), as only two elevators and busy at check out times.

Unit #1701 is GREAT! The model is cut-up wonderfully. Great for family with kids (Bunk room) GREAT Balcony, pool is good, plenty big enough. Starter Kit in unit is just enough for a weekend. Lots of items in the kitchen, decorated is Beach Perfect! 17th floor and the ELEVATOR IS FAST! no waiting. the Front Desk was Great help. KELLY helped with check in, she help with the paperwork, she helped with the Tag Print off for parking. BUT STERLING BREEZE....they went up to $50 per car on parking (this was done by the HOA of the building- not the owners) THEY ARE NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. There is NO WAY to the beach from Sterling Breeze. You have about 20 step on stairs to get to the beach. If you have older people, wheelchairs, walkers anything like that - any trouble walking or have ALOT of kids stuff to take to the beach - Sterling Breeze is NOT the place for you! I asked the front desk why & how they got around NOT being Handicapped Accessible - and the front desk replied "I don't know how they got around that? We have had ALOT of Complaints about the" It is a Surprise once you get there - you expect Everyone to be Handicap Accessible - but This place IS NOT. But the CONDO was GREAT! and wonderful!

This condo was Amazing , fully stocked with anything you would need . The space was perfect for 10 people. the owner was very good about communication and very helpful. The view was awesome. I will definitely be staying here again.

We loved staying in this condo - it was just as described! Condo was very clean, fully appointed, great location & walking distance to all the attractions. The owner was very responsive & easy to communicate with. We had 8 adults with plenty of room for everyone. Property itself was great - well maintained, well staffed & the pool was heated (they told us not many are) which was great on the cooler days. We hope to stay here again soon!!

Communications with owner was great, condo was large and very clean. Would highly recommend staying.

Everything was great except the concierge desk where you get parking pass and luggage racks. I went by there 4 times the first day and was unable to speak to anyone or get a luggage cart I notified the front desk and they couldn’t help either.

Very helpful owner and great communication with her at any time.

This condo was amazing in every way. The condo is very spacious. It was also very clean and well kept. The location was perfect for walking to Pier Park. Also, conveniently located for the Softball World Series.

We came down for a dance competition and had six adults. The property, amenities and communication with the owner was amazing. The elevators are still slow but we would stay again. Thank you for wonderful memories.

This was perfect for vacationing with our children and three small grandchildren. Loved that this condo was located in the corner right off the elevator. It made it safe and easy getting in and out with the kiddos. It was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great as well as the beach. Sterling Breeze is within 5 minutes of restaurants, shopping and groceries. We also stayed at this condo in 2019 and definitely will again.

Perfect place for a vacation! Hotel amenities with the space and warmth of a home. Location was ideal, close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo is also only next to one larger condo so the beach isn’t over crowded. The lobby, pool and jacuzzi area were updated and condo staff were present in keeping it nice daily. The condo was extremely clean, well appointed and updated. All the little things really set this place apart. Anything you need from cooking to the beach was kindly there. (Pots, pans, coffee maker, blender.. beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.) Our family of 6 adults, could comfortable spread out and come together to cook family meals. Perfect blend of family time, and enough space to keep everyone happy:)

The condo was great. Proximity to the beach and shops was awesome. Condo was very spacious and had excellent amenities. The manager was very attentive and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.

My husband and I went to PCB for his 50th birthday. The view is amazing! It was clean and is beautifully decorated. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. The beach was not super crowded which was nice. I would go again but next time we would probably bring more people as there is a lot of room. It is priced perfectly for the size, We would defiantly recommend staying there. The property manager Danette DeLeo responded in a timely fashion and the people at the desk on the bridge are friendly and helpful. This is a must stay!

This condo was perfect for our family of five. It is large and gives plenty of room for us to stretch out. The kitchen is well stocked for all of your food prep needs. Furniture and beds are comfortable and clean. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The beach toys and included beach front chairs with umbrella were a bonus. This property is ideal for families with children of all ages. Our kids loved the bunk bed room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

There were 2 unexpected hiccups on the properties end (water off for pipe repair one day and 1 elevator out for 2 days) however, overall the view and comfort of the condo made up for it! Location and amenities were perfect!

This property was well appointed from the facility (pool, hot tub) to the condo itself. Everything was first class with the kitchen well stocked with the basics should you want to do any cooking. We'd stay here again.

Second visit to this condo, same room. Always enjoy it. Plenty of space, all necessary amenities included. Comfy furniture/beds. Clean. Safe neighborhood. Elevators in this unit are not slow. The decor is so cute! The balcony on the corner is so nice. The host is always very responsive.

We had a wonderful week at Sterling Breeze! This condo checked all the top boxes. It was super clean, well stocked, and most importantly, the beds were comfortable! We’ve stayed so many places where the decor was fabulous but had a horrible mattress and if you don’t sleep comfortably, what’s the point? It easily sleeps our six. The pool was nice and was just a few steps to the beach. It was a full ocean view. We will definitely book again next time we go to PCB!

The condo is much bigger than it seems which was nice. And the majority of everything was in great condition. We did notice a lot of little things that in the grand scheme of things don’t matter but were noticed. ( back of the tv remotes missing, chairs shaky cause they were broke, decorations cracked, washer door super shaky, etc) nothing that ruined the trip. But just things that could have been updated. Otherwise the location was great. The view was amazing.

We loved the property! A lot of extras found in the condo that were very useful!!! That only problem was dirty dishes in the cabinet. I had to rewash everything to make sure it all was actually clean as there was obvious food on several things. This was a little disturbing considering the recent pandemic. Unfortunately, housekeeping does not handle dishwashing, the residents do.

This condo was super awesome! Exactly what you see in the adds, clean, and great view! The rooms were super roomy and the back room bunk beds great for children and adults, the bottom beds are full size. Would love to come back again!

My family and I loved this place. The owner was very easy to reach at any given time. The only thing I found wrong was a bunch of mold in the dishwasher, but that was easy to get rid of with some bleach. I can't even fault her for that because who even thinks to check? Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was already right there in the room.
