This was our second time staying. Such beautiful scenery even in the winter. So relaxing! Hey, I discovered why the bed sags! It's not the mattress. The frame holding up the mattress and twin box springs is broken in the middle. The bed is a king mattress on two twin box springs and the frame it sits the wheel broke off in the middle and leg is partially collapsex underneath. So it just needs a new bed frame and the sagging mattress will be fixed!! Thank you for replacing the bulb in the master bath. So much better to see in there since last time. Loved how clean it was when we walked too! Keep up the good work!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. A few minor issues should be addressed such as master bed which sinks in the middle and kitchen cabinets that don’t close. None of these issue had a major impact on our stay. Overall place is nicely decorated and a great place to unwind. Property manager was excellent with communications.

The MBR mattress made me long for the rice paddys of Vietnam. The Wi-Fi worked for 2 days, then went dead. The MBR toilet runs on every 10 minutes all day and night. The dark, woodsy decor needs an update from its initial installation in 1995.

My wife and I booked this unit for our anniversary and when we walked in the door we were floored. It was far nicer than we expected, definitely a five-star room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. A few negatives, the gas fireplace we were unable to get to operate so we did not get to enjoy it, and the king bed in the master bedroom the frame has collapsed and needs to be repaired. Other reviews I've read also noted this. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

This property wasn’t quite as described on the VRBO website. It was BETTER. Very peaceful and scenic location, literally feet from the lake. Only a couple of minor issues had to do with the fireplace being inoperable and the distance to town. The latter actually contributed to the overall charm of the place as we didn’t have any traffic congestion or unwelcome noise. Absolutely a beautiful rental property that would recommend to anyone seeking serenity.

What a nice place to stay while visiting Harrison. Our daughter was engaged while here and we looked at properties around the area. The condo was beautiful and very nicely furnished and comfortable. The view from the patio is spectacular being right on the lake so getting up early with a cup of coffee and sitting outside was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

Great lake front unit! Well appointed kitchen and living areas. Bring ALL of your supplies - there are few options other than heading back to CDA (about 30 minutes). I think we may have gotten lucky in renting dock space at the neighboring marina (Discovery Marina / Gozzer Ranch). I would not head there again with a boat without having previously made arrangements for a slip. The lake is busy on the weekends but you may nearly have the place to yourself mid-week!

Right on the Lake, Very Cute Decorations and has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms and 2 king size beds and a private patio off the kitchen. 1 parking spot is included with this rental in the parking garage. Elevators to the 2nd and 3rd floor was a big plus with this super cute unit. For the amount of money spent for a Memorial Weekend 4 night getaway was extremely disappointing because part of a vacation trip is have the comforts of a comfortable bed to sleep in. The other complaint is that the dishwasher isn't mounted in and the whole thing tips forward when you are loading dirty dishes or putting the dishes away and may cause injury to someone. The hot water at the kitchen sink was so hot that it could easily burn your skin. These issues can be easily fixed and should be addressed and solved before you reserve this unit. Plus your not allowed to use the pool because it's private. There is no lounge chairs near the lake because the places you could use them, were also private. Volleyball court is under construction and couldn't use it either.* BUT don't get me wrong the VIEWS ARE AMAZING and the unit fits the vibe of the lake and it's beautiful surroundings. Perfect location on such a beautiful lake! The condo is super cute, with an incredible view, and very clean. We would definitely go back.

Easy chicken but they never mentioned that the name of the building was S or the number for the condo was 205. We had to figure that out ourselves. Toilet was running so we needed to turn off the water and the fireplace didn’t work. But overall this is a lovely property, quiet With a beautiful view

Arrived late in the evening after dark. It was great to wake up to the lake view and take in the scenery.

Very quiet and beautiful location. Disappointing that the fireplace did not work. Overall it was a wonderful couple days of disconnecting from stress and spending time with friends. Would love to have opportunity to go again. Well supplied with many amenities

Overall, a decent unit. Nice homey decor, with an outdoor-sy theme. Really made it feel cozy inside. Knocked off a star for the master bed, which had a u-shaped mattress that was pretty bad/uncomfortable (obvious visually before you even get into bed). If owner and/or property manager reads this, I would recommend that you correct that and then reply here so that others know that this has been addressed. Besides that, overall, a decent place to stay.

Beautiful location. The condo was nice and clean. The king bed was as bad as others have mentioned. The closets and cabinets were so full they couldn't be used. The fireplace stopped working half way through our stay. The toilet in the 2nd bath leaked around the flapper and ran constantly. The only quiet days were Sundays. Every other day there was some type of outdoor construction or adjacent unit remodeling which started early in the morning and went on until well after dark. Relaxing during daylight hours was pretty much impossible.

Great lakeside condo that is much larger than the photos. Especially quiet during the late-fall/winter season.

It was a very relaxing place, which is what we wanted.

My only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay longer. The area is stunningly beautiful, peaceful, and the condo is so comfortable. Covered parking, easy key code access, comfortable beds, and whatever we need at our fingertips. We loved it.

We had a great stay in this condo. Easy to make the reservation and good communication on the questions I asked prior to our arrival. The location was good, great views, right on the lake and very quiet and peaceful! The condo was well equipped, especially the kitchen. It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and we enjoyed the personal touches. We liked having so many trails and hikes close by, lots of fun. There wasn't, however, much to do right on the property. There was not good access to the lake that didn't involve geese and goose poop. Our condo unit shared space on the grounds with a "members only" property and it would have been nice to be able to take advantage of a few of those amenities (pool, restaurant). We felt like those amenities were taunting us all week, lol As it was we had to drive into Couer d'alene for all activities and restaurants (30 minute drive). We did enjoy our stay very much with the following observations. We lost power for one whole day and had no flashlights, candles or the means to cook anything, the BBQ was even electric. We'd suggest having some emergency lights, candles etc. handy. We also think refreshing both bed furnishings would be good. Neither of the beds were comfortable. The master king mattress rolls to the center. The pillows were flat and lifeless and the linens did not fit well. The fitted sheets kept popping off the corners of the mattress. The lake front condo with an across the lake view of Coure D Lene was great. Could see fire works New Years eve. Lots of geese and deer. Home well supplied with cooking gear. Elevator was a blessing for two old widowers. Cable gave us access to all the Bowl games. Well done by the home owners.

We enjoyed our time at CDA lakefront condo, minus the noise.
I had read In a past review before renting complainits about construction but thought it would be over by now. It was not, construction was very loud and I feel they should let you know or discount the price for the noise you have to put up with. Glad we were out and about during the day's exploring the beautiful surroundings.

From the beautiful views to the comfortable beds, this is the perfect place to stay, thank you so much!!!

This condo was way above and beyond our expectations - it was spectacular! The views off the deck, the great and well apportioned kitchen, the living room, and the two tremendous bedrooms, it was perfect, we could not be more grateful. Thank you!

Beautifully decorated room!
Master bedroom sheets do not fit the bed correctly. There is no corkscrew in the kitchen except an inexpensive plastic one. The second bedroom bed was too hard. The ironing board was broken. The rest of the furniture was beautiful!!!!! View was awesome, but main window was dirty and impossible to clean. Overall great place!

I couldn't ask for a better place to be when its hot outside. Just a very short walk across the green grass in a quiet neighborhood to a cool dip in the lake!
