The house was close to everything -- we walked almost everywhere. Cotton Manor, a lovely historic home that all four of us found to be delightful, was a gem. The decor was beautiful -- warm and inviting. We made the most of the charming courtyard enjoying coffee or wine, depending on the time of day. We would stay here again and definitely book through Lucky Savannah.

We had a very bad experience at the property April 4-7, 2024, because of, (1) the loud, constant exterior construction next door (one day it started at 7 am; another day it ended at 9:45 pm), including table saws, cranes, 3-6 workers, etc; (2) Lucky Savannah’s inattention and then indifference to our situation and the construction's disturbance of our peaceful enjoyment of the rental. Also, one worker told us the property manager (Lucky Sav.) had been notified in advance of their work, yet Lucky Sav failed to tell us in advance, and kept the property in its inventory for rental. The manager at Lucky Sav ultimately told us we had been generally warned of occasional construction in the area but the referenced area is two square miles and there was no way for us to know in advance that there was active, loud, exterior construction right next door to our rental. Lucky Sav should be ashamed that it kept this property be in its rental inventory under these conditions. Also be aware that the property on the other side of our rental property appears gutted and primed for either demolition or extensive repairs/renovations.

Fantastic location!!! Lovely courtyard & just right combination of historical home with modern conveniences. Only negative was annoying construction noises surrounding the house- early mornings and late afternoons on courtyard.

The check in process was easy. The home was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Fun to be able to walk to a grocery store or walk around the squares or down to the river. Everywhere we wanted to go seemed accessible by foot. Savannah is beautiful and we loved our stay at Cotton Manor.

Close to Forsyth Park and in the middle of a architecturally gorgeous neighborhood. Loved the courtyard and the property’s other amenities. For those who like to walk, not much of anything is too far away. Plus, who wouldn’t want to walk in one of the most beautiful cities in the U.S.?

Great location. The trolley stops right across the street. The house was so charming. Only complaint is there is construction going on right next door. Do don’t expect to sleep past 7am. They are there at 7 on the dot and the dryer does not work. Other than that it was a very great experience.

Cotton Manor was amazing!!! we loved being able to relax in the outdoor courtyard. The location was right in the heart of the south historic district, very quiet, within walking distance to restaurants and historic sites. My only criticism is to get the pull out couch fixed..... it could not be used so I slept on top of the couch. I would definitely recommend this booking and I would stay here again....100%

Great area in walking distance to all the sights, beautiful outdoor area to relax, the only problem we had was during the week it was not quiet or relaxing due to construction next door ( understand that it won’t go on forever but for the price we paid that was my gripe). But overall this historic home was gorgeous!

Location was great, it was clean except for the ice maker had mold in and the hot water in the master bath didn't get hot and the dryer didn't work. Would defiantly stay again.

This is the perfect little house in every way. You can walk to anything you want to do I’m downtown Savannah, have drinks or coffee on the sweet courtyard and there’s enough space for everybody to take some time away from each other when needed. Ok too if that the management company responded immediately even though it was a weekend. We will definitely make this our go to place in Savannah💕

Located feet away from the trolley stop, a quick walk to Forsyth Park and a healthy hike to the river front, but still in a quiet residential area. The courtyard proved a relaxing part of the day. Excellent house that sleeps 6 with baths and showers to meet their needs. Beautiful neighborhood and remodeling/construction next door but not loud nor dusty. Great accommodations. Seemed extremely safe neighborhood.

Overall we enjoyed the city, black history and time together. The house was nice. I would suggest a new mattress in the 2nd bedroom upstairs, better lighting in the kitchen and to put the lo kbo. I grew up in Savannah and moved away mnay years ago, however my entire family still lives here. Now that my children are young adults- we wanted to NOT pile into a family home and decided to rent this fabulous VRBO. It was absolutely perfect for my family of five. We loved being downtown and took full advantage of walking around Forsyth Park and beyond- something I had not done in years! The home was stocked with everything we needed and more! The beds were very comfortable and all bathrooms were modern and renovated. We LOVED the outdoor patio area and spent lots of time out there day/night. Thank you again for your beautiful home- we hope to return next year!

And the house itself was phenomenal! It was clean and comfortable and you actually felt like you were staying in Savannah during its heyday. We spent many nights outside, sipping drinks and relaxing from walking around so that all day I would definitely recommend this house and we would stay there again.

All the Ac vents are covered with black mold. It is past time for the upholstery to be cleaned. I called the number regarding the AC vents and they never sent anyone out. Overall the house had a musty, damp smell.

It's a lovely home with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is small, but nice. And it is decorated so nice. There was an enclosed garden area outside but even after I asked for help, we never did get the lights or the fountain to work. Most disappointing was that the master bathroom shower leaked through the floor to the living room below and two of the four toilets ran all the time and wouldn't flush. I reported the issues, was contacted a few hours later, and asked not to use the main shower, which was a huge inconvenience, as was the toilet situation. We chose that home for the extra bathrooms! But the location was perfect for what we went to Savannah to experience. And hopefully they get their plumbing and garden issues resolved soon.

The property was exactly as described. Great mix of modern meets southern charm. Location was perfect, you can walk to everything. The master bedroom and bed was very comfortable!
